No they didn't as they already boast the #1 Record in the Show coming out of the Home Team's Clubhouse and now add three mow W's to that record.

Both Zack Wheeler (6 IP 2 H 0 R 5 BB 7 SO) of the Amazins' and Tom Koehler (8 IP 2 H 1 BB 5 SO) of the Fightin' Fish both were on their game leaving the ball game with goose eggs on the board. It came down to the bottom of the 9th as Marlins CF Marcell Ozuna gets a Sac-Fly off Phils' Reliever Kyle Farnsworth to break up a 0-0 ties as the Marlins sweep the Mets.

The Fightin Fish 2014 Home record now moves to an MLB Leading 17-5 and the Fish moves to #2 in the NL East at 19-15 right behind the Braves who just ended a 7-game skid last night beating the Redbirds at the Chop Shop. Marlins reliever Steve Cishek gets the "W" and moves to 3-1 in 2014. Marlins All-Star Smasher OF Giancarlo Stanton was 1 for 3 but his single started the 9th inning rally as he came round for the game-winner on that Sac-Fly.

The Amazins'  drop to 16-17 which is dead last in the NL East but just 2.5 games out of 1st...go figure! Mets Hot Corner David Wright and First Baseman Lucas Duda had the only two hist for New York.
