BIRDS do it BIG on B-DAWK Day at the LINC...EAGLES hold on to a 19-17 Win as the Game became SUPER ELI vs the Broad Street BOUNCE LeSean McCOY...#NYGvsPHI

They put one of the Best Eagles ever into the Eagle Ring of Honor in Safety Brian Dawkins a Death Valley Orange Alum the Clemson University Tigers. The Eagles had no other choice but send their Guy Home with a W.

The game for at least 2 Frames was at a Snail's Pace ands a 7-3 Eagles lead at the Break. Then Eli and Cruuuuuuz  (9 Grabs for 109 Yards and 1 TD)got going with a Snippet of Hixon (6 Grabs for 114 Yards) and Barden. Eagles RB McCoy got it going dancing and prancing like Donner and Blitzen on Broad Street. The G-Men add 2 TDs in the 2nd Half and the Birds add 4 FGs in the same Half. The G-Men get a Shot to win it at the End off the Foot of Lawrence Tynes to no avail as he is dead on but short. The Eagles hang on and move to 3-1 on the Season and the G-Men move to 2-2.

The Defensive Fronts on both Sides had the game in the Balance in the 1st Half. Then the Offenses both went to a lot of Max Protections and both Eli and Vick went to work moving the Pigskin at will.   Super Eli was 24 for 42 and 309 Yards and 2 in the Birds End Zone and a Red Zone Pick. Vick was more subtle in his approach with 241 Yards on 19 of 30 and 1 in the G-Men End Zone. Eagles WR D-Jack 10 (6 Grabs for 99 Yards and a Score) did most of the Birds Damage receiving. The Eagles have to be ecstatic of Vick's Performance as he didn't turn the Pigskin over. I thought Eli's Red Zone Pick may have been the difference in the Game.

Eagles RB LeSean McCoy (pictured #25) showed the Sunday World he can dance with the Best of them and I am not talking about Backs in the Game now but Backs of the Past. Not since BARRYliscious Sanders of the Lions has the Bluedude seen such Vision and Feet move at the Drop of a Dime. The G-Men Defenders were in the Gaps and Disciplined its just that McCoy's Elusiveness is mistakenly Outta Control. A Definite Nominee for "Monsters Inside Tackles" he is with 23 carries for 123 Yards. Don't worry Osi (Osi Umenyiora Giants DE #72) this won't be the last time McCoy does in a Defense so your not alone.

Big Ups to One of the Baddest Safeties in the Game in the Last 15 Years Eagles Brian Dawkins and his Eagle Ring of Honor Ceremony.

Next up for the Eagles @ Heinz Field for a 1pm ET Game. The G-Men will host the Dawg Pound of Lake Erie at 1PM ET also. Both Games are October 7th, 2012.

TEXANS show the SUNDAY WORLD why they are the Best in the AFC though 4 Weeks...TEXANS take energy right out of the TITANS 38-14...behind A Balanced Offense and an Agressive SECONDARY

The Titans were really never in the Game and the Texans were only up 14-7 at the Break then......

The Defense gets not One but Two Pick 6's in the 2nd Half  as 2nd Stringer Matt Hasselback of the Titans could only do so much against one of the more talented 53-Man Rosters on Sunday. The Titans lost QB Jake Locker in the 1st Half due to a Shoulder Injury and the Texans didn't run up the Stats they just played Solid Football and that's why they are 4-0.

Texans QB Schaub was 20 for 28 and 208 Yards with 2 Scores and no Picks. RB Arian Foster had a quiet 86 yards on 24 Carries. TE Owen Daniels led the Receiving Corps with 6 Grabs for 72 Yards and a Score. Its was the Two Titans INT's for Touchdowns that did the Titans in.

CJ28 finally exploded for 141 Yards on 25 carries with a 19 Yarder being his longest. QB Matt Hasselback did a Nice Job considering he came in after the Locker Injury throwing for 193 Yards on 17 for 25 and 2 Scores but he threw the Two Devastating Picks for TDs. Along with 7 Penalties for 73 yards as the Texans had only 1 Penalty for the Whole Game.

The Texans are by far the one Team in the AFC that is dominant in all Phases of the game and they shouldn't be challenged in the AFC South. The Titans continue their Downward Spiral as the Only Positive for the Titans coming out of this is CJ28's 100 Yard Game.

Texans move to 4-0 and Titans move to 1-3 on the 2012 Campaign.

BOLTS take the HEAD off of ARROWHEAD and HEAD back to DIEGO with an AFC West W...CHARGERS 37-20 over CHIEFS and maybe time to blow the I-70 Missouri Contingents Front-Office up...#BOOOOOM

This AFC West Clash was summed up by one word...Turnovers. The Chiefs in their 1st 5 out of 6 Possessions turned the Pigskin over 5 times with 3 Fumbles and 2 Picks included in that a Pick 6 right before the Half.

The Bolts and QB Philip Rivers didn't put up Huge Stats but didn't have to as they had a Short Field for the majority of the Day and the Bolts Defense wins this one for Bolts Lead Man Norv Turner. Rivers led a pretty Balanced Attack with 200 Yards Passing and just over 100 Yards Rushing. Philips threw for 209 Yards on 18 for 23 with a Score and a Pick. Bolts RB Ryan Mathews getting his Legs under him had a solid 61 yards on 14 Totes. Longtime Chief RB and now Bolts Situational Back Jackie Battle had a tough and hard 39 yards on 15 Carries and a Score. The Passing Attack was led by who else Gates with 59 Yards on 3 Grabs.

The Chiefs were never in it down 27-6 at the Break and QB Matt Cassell among others stunk Arrowhead up with a 3 Pick on the Day Performance. He wasn't alone with Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles   putting the Pigskin on the Ground twice although he had 92 yards Rushing, Chiefs WR D-Bowe is going for $100 Million as he gets another 100 Yard  Game and it is all about Self right now with a New Contract in the Balance for D-Bowe.

The Bolts now move to 3-1 and 2-0 in the AFC West. The Chiefs have work to do as they are ran by more Ex-Patriots Top to Bottom which means absolutely nothing look at their Record. GM Pioli and Lead Man Crennel's Seats are getting Hotter by the Week.

I still don't know what the Bolts Identity is and the Chiefs Identity is simple...the I-70 Missouri Sunday Project.

CAM's Homecoming SHOT DOWN by MATTY ICE to RODDY on a Go Route in the Waning Seconds...DIRTY BIRDS get the WORM and the W over PANTHERS 30-28

The Response from Panthers QB Cam Newton was excellent as he let his astounding Play do the Talking in what looked to be a Panthers Huge Win vs arguably the Best Team in the NFC.

With the Falcons backed up at their own 1 Yard Line and facing at least a 60 yard Offensive Series in about a Minute looks pretty bleak unless you have QB Matt Ryan and WR Roddy White (pictured) on your side. With just under 50 Seconds to play Ryan from his Own End zone goes 59 Yards up top to his Go-To-Guy Roddy White for a 60 Yard gain to the Panthers 46 yard line just like that. Then Matty Ice gets a few more Completions to set up the Game-Winning 40-Yard FG with 5 Seconds and Just In...the Dirty Birds got a Thing going on in the Derrty 404.

Falcons QB Matty Ice Ryan took his NFL League leading 114 QB Rating and threw for 369 Yards on 25 for 40 with 3 in the Panthers End Zone and 1 Pick. Cam Newton of the Panthers didn't disappoint coming back Home in ATL throwing for 215 solid meaningful Yards on 15 for 24 with 2 in the Falcons End Zone. Newton also led the Panthers in Rushing for 86 yards on 8 Carries. Falcons RB "Burner" Turner went for 113 Yards on Only 13 Carries.

Falcons WR Roddy White, who made the Biggest Play in the Game, had 8 Grabs for 169 Yards and 2 in the Panthers End Zone.  Panthers TE Greg Olsen led the Panthers with 6 Grabs for 89 Yards and a Score.

The Falcons were challenged and they responded to a resilient Bunch from Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Now the Falcons move to 4-0 and 1-0 in the NFC South and Cam Newton and the Panthers move to 1-3 and 0-2 in the NFC South.

The Dirty Birds keep Winning and who cares how you win on Sunday as the Objective remains the same win them all if you can. The NFC looks like it might be going through the Bird Cage 404 in January....

The Real PURPLE PEOPLE are Standing Up!...VIKES behind "Super Purple People 28" All Day ADRIAN PETERSON and the KICKING GAME slow the Big Assembly Line FORD Field and the LIONS 20-13 Final #NFCNorthLeaders #VIKINGS

The Vikings and Lead Man Leslie Frazier (the 1985 Super Bowl Chicago Bears Starting Corner) has the Minnesota Vikings flying high and he has the Avenger and you don't.

Just 9 Months ago with a Torn ACL and MCL Vikings RB Adrian Peterson had defied all odds and he continues to dazzle onlookers. All Day rushed for 102 Yards on 21 Carries with 18 yard Scamper being his longest to lead the Viking to an Unimpressive Win by Stats anyway 20-13 over the Lions.

The Vikes scored on a 105 Yard Opening Kick-Off Return from PercyLand USA Harvin and a Marcus Sherels 77 Yard Punt Return TD and that was almost all the Scoring in this one. Lions QB Matthew Stafford scored on a QB Sneak late but that wasn't enough to overcome the resurgent Vikes who are now 3-1.

QB Numbers for the Vikings Christian Ponder were 16 for 26 and 111 Yards and none in the Lions End Zone. Ponder continues to impress with his QB Savvy and Poise in the Pocket and he is making the Right Play when it presents itself. Lions QB Stafford is living under the Old Adage," Don't tell me how many Yards you threw for but tell me the Yards that led to a Score". He again throws for 300 Plus Yards but No Scores. The Lions Limited Running Game has them a One Trick Pony on Sunday and them Ponies don't win too many Races. Lions WR "MEGAtron" Calvin Johnson did all he could do with 5 Grabs for 54 Yards and No Scores.

Vikes Defense again comes up Big as the Vikes record 5 Red Jerseys and "Monsters Inside QBs" Nominee Jared Allen of "Jared in the Box" Fame had 1 of the 5 Sacks.  The Lions move to 1-3 and the you would think they could right the Ship so that Thanksgiving Day is a Meaningful Game since there is no NFL HOF Lions RB BARRiliscious Sanders to watch anymore.

FORTY-NINERS take out the D's in grounD and pounD and beat up J-E-T-S in MET LIFE Green with No SOUND...Shhhhhhh...JETS are not that Good!...NINERS 34 - Zero Final #49ERSluvYoungstownOhio

They spent a Good 9 Days away from Home traveling as though they played in the Logo and on a 6 Game 9 Day East Coast NBA Swing. The San Francisco 49ERS left no doubt in any ones mind that they are going to be a Factor coming Winning Time and the Trek to #47 in the Big Easy in 2013. 49ERS Love Youngstown State University and Youngstown, Ohio thanks for the Hospitality.

The Niners used Smith and Kaepernick at QB, a RB GORE-ing through Holes, a Defense that was led by "Monsters Inside QBs" Duo #52 and #53, and slowly but surely took the VALENTINE right out of Gang Green 34-0 for a Final Score. What's that Old Saying, "It's not getting your Butt handed to you but it's the Anticipation of the Actual Act that is demoralizing".

Looking at the Box Score the Niners didn't do anything one thing spectacular but they had 9 Different Players get a Rush, 6 Different Players catch the Pigskin, and QB Alex Smith had Numbers that would've have been Great on a HS Homecoming Night at 12 for 21 and 143 Yards none in Gang Green's End Zone and no Picks. The Niners just lined up and played Old-School Smash Mouth Football.

On the Other Hand who needs to wait for the NY Daily and the Tebow for SANchise Headlines when  Gang Green Nation you knew what your were getting yourself into and this is the End Result. 3rd Straight Game SANchise has been under 50% Completion Rating and is it Eva Longoria has his head or what. He is Dunzo so call Urban Meyer and get Tebow's Favorite Plays and get to work.

Jets RB Shonn Greene 11 carries for 34 Yards, SANchise 13 for 29...103 Yards and a Pick. Leading Gang Green WR Chaz Schilens in his 5th Year from SDSU is he on any ones Fantasy Roster No he isn't even on Madden 13.  Bad News out of Jets Camp WR Santonio Holmes went down with a what looked to be a Serious Left Knee Injury. Don't tell me their Best Offensive Weapon might be Gone like Revis Island.

Rex Ryan what do you have for us this Week and before you get anything in motion for  Week 5 dust off that Resume and jump into LINKED In and Career for D-Coordinator Job Openings on any Level. Rex and the Jets don't think about Tebowing now...the Football Gods aren't in this Mess.

WES is MORE...PATRIOTS Circle the Wagons on the BILLS in an ORCHARD PARK MINUTE...a 45 Point EXPLOSION after BILLS go up 21-7 in the 3rd Frame #SameOldBills #SameOldBrady and #FoxboroWES83...PATS 52 BILLS 28 F...A QB DRIVEN League

The Bills Misery started right before the Half when it looked like they were going to go up 28-7 when Bills RB CJ Spiller fumbled at the Goal Line and Pats NT Vince "Training Table" Wilfork pounced on the Pigskin. That Red Zone Turnover cost the Bills more than a Score but that word they call MO as in Momentum.

The Patriots go on a 45-7 Barrage in the 3rd and 4th Frames to send a Message to the Bills your the Same Old Bills at least to us you are. The Pats Run Game just took off in the 2nd Half led by Stevan Ridley of #GeauxTigers LSU and Brandon Bolden of Ole Miss who combined for 38 Carries 243 Yards and 3 in the Bills End Zone. The Bills front led by Marcel Dareus and Kyle Williams couldn't be denied in the 1st Half but led the Front Door, Back Door, Garage, and Side Windows open to the Pats Run Game in the 2nd Half.

As for the Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 350 Yards on 22 of 39 and 4 in the Pats End Zone but he also threw 4 "My Bads" to the Pats. Bills RBs Spiller and Jackson played but were not effective to say the least as they combined for 21 Carries and 62 Yards.

Here is something Pats Nation has been waiting on #FoxboroWES83 (pictured #83) had 9 Grabs for 129 Yards and he dominated the Bills Underneath and on the Outside as Brady without Aaron Hernandez went to Wes as his #1 Target and Safety Blanket. "In Wes...Tom Terrific Trusts". Gronk also had a Huge Game with 5 Grabs for 104 Yards and 1 in the Bills End Zone.

It's demoralizing for the Bills as Defensive Coordinator Dave Wannstedt got ate up by Pats Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniel in the 2nd Half just ate up. Where do the Bills go from here well if Past History appears again they are headed to your Mama's Basement in the AFC East. Both Teams head to Week 5 at 2-2.

MAKING NOISE....O's and BRONX BOMBERS enter Sunday Tied for AL EAST...PALE HOSE down 2 in AL CENTRAL with 4 to play... RANGERS leads A's by 2.5 for AL West...AL STANDINGS with 4 to play

The Baltimore Orioles got word early on Saturday as the Yankees lost their Afternoon Game and the O's capitalized beating the Carmines 4-3 to put themselves in a Tie for the AL East with 4 to Play. It's this simple who ever loses the AL East will have to play this Week in the 1 Game Playoff to move onto the Divisional Round. They will most likely get an Oakland Athletics Group that is Young and playing with House Money...How 'bout that #BigLeagueChew.

The Pale Hose could've stayed within a Game of the Tigers but lose to the Rays who are chasing the AL Wild Card but at this point both teams need major help. The Sox are now down 2 Games with 4 to play and the Tigers look like they will not be slowing down as they also have 4 to play.

The Rays are 3 Back of the Athletics and a 1/2 back of the Halos and now they will rely on others as their push is too late. The Halos are 2.5 Back of the A's and they have the Rangers Tonight and by beating the Rangers they are helping the A's move within striking distance of the AL West Crown as the Rangers know it is getting too close for comfort.

With all this going on the Ranger lead the AL with the Best Record and whoever ends the Season with the Best Record will have Home Field Advantage throughout the AL Fall Classic Tourney 2012.

Teams that are vying for the 5 Available Spots in the AL Fall Classic Tourney 2012

Rangers (92-65) lead AL West and AL's Best Record
Orioles (91-67) tied with Bombers for AL East
Bronx Bombers (91-67) tied with Bombers for AL East
Tigers (85-73) lead the AL Central by 2 Games over Pale Hose

NYY/BAL (91-67) Loser will be #1 Seed in 1 Game AL Playoff

A's (90-68) #2 Seed in AL Wild Card but trail Rangers in AL West by only 2.5 Games
Halos (87-70) trail A's by 2.5 Games with 4 to play
Rays (87-71) trail A's by 3 full games for #2 AL Wild Card Spot

NFL SUNDAY NIGHT Football WEEK 4...the NY Football GIANTS head to the LINC to take on the BIRDS in an Good Old Fashion NFC EAST Donnybrook #NYGvsPHI Game Preview

Let's get right to it Eli Manning of Gotham City Blue aka "Super Eli" has been putting it together the last Two Games especially in the Thursday Night Game last week vs the Panthers.  The Mike Vick Experience has turned into an Experience for Vick and not the Defense. One QB Arrow going North and the other going South. G-Men and Birds will battle regardless of the Story Lines and Current Records as its NFC East Grown Man Business Sunday Night.

Sunday Night Football
September 30, 2012 8:20PM ET

Eli Manning will be without his WR Hakeem Nicks but that sure didn't stop him vs the Panthers. The Defense he will face is way better than the Panthers though and led by 2012 Pick Up DeMeco Ryans. The Giants got their Run Game going minus Ahmad Bradshaw and Andre Brown has been more than just serviceable for the G-Men. The Emergence of Cowboys Castoff TE Martellus Bennett has been a God Send for the Giants and the play of WR Ramses Barden who torched the Panthers Secondary. The Eagles will have their Hands full.

Defensively the G-Men know you can throw out the Vick is playing Talk as the G-Men play Vick better than anyone. Those same Rules will apply Tomorrow Night in the Linc and Vick thought his Play was bad he better be on his Passing Grade Game forget his A Game. G-Men Safety Antrell Rolle is Probable.

The Eagles on the Other Hand have a "Monsters Inside Tackles" Nominee in RB LeSean McCoy they just have to make sure he gets his Touches both by Air and Land. WRS DeSean Jackson (pictured Below #10) and Mac Attack Maclin have to play better an Vick's Insurance every Sunday is WR Jason Avant and TE Brent Celek.  The O-Line is a Mash Unit but they have to make due of the Fact that the G-Men are coming and no one at this point will feel sorry for you.

Defensively they have to guard against the G-Men's better than Average Run Game and Eli's New Weapons and of course with no Hicks it will be all about Cruuuuuuuuuz. Cruz (pictured Above #80) will get Nnamdi Asomugha and the Real Refs are in Town so all that Holding after 5 Yards will, be null and void.  The Eagles have to keep Eli in 3rd and long and stop the Run Game.

The Line Scrimmage will be Key for Vick. Can the Eagles banged up O-Line create Holes for McCoy and keep Vick clean will be the Eagles Winning Formula. They have not kept him clean all year including Practice.

The G-Men have to keep that what use to be Explosive Offense from Exploding and Vick in the Pocket. Eli and the Offense will do their thing.

Winner: GOTHAM City BLUE 30-24 as Vick and the offense just didn't make enough Plays and they were playing from behind all night....

WEEK 4 Late Slate 4PM ET Sunday Games...AQUA Boyz 305 @ RED ZONE...RAIDERS @ New MILE HIGH...and highlighted by #GEAUXsaints @ LAMBEAU among other Games

The Week 4 NFL Late Slate which are Games starting at 4PM ET Time is highlighted by the 0-3 New Orleans Saints traveling to 1-2 Green Bay and who would've thought of those Records in 2012 by Week 4 for both.

That Game is centered around the 1-2 Raiders traveling to the 1-2 Orange Crush. The 1-2 Dolphins in the Valley of the Sun to take on the 3-0 Arizona Cardinals in the Red Zone. The Bengals take on the Jags and Pocket Hercules. And the Redskins are on the Road again this time in the Big Pirate Ship to play the Buccaneers.

AQUA Boyz 305 @ RED ZONE vs the 3-0 CARDINALS

Ryan Tanneyhill and the Phins let one slip away last week to Gang Green as the Jets didn't want it either. Perhaps No RB Reggie Bush and a sluggish Passing Game will have its work cutout against a Top 5 Defense on Sunday in the Arizona Cardinals. The Phins must try to establish a Run Game or Short Passing Game to have any Luck at moving the Pigskin in this one.

The Cardinals are telling the Kevin Kolb Science Project to make Plays when they present themselves an don't be Super K2 and the Defense will do the rest. At some point Cards WR Larry Fitzgerald will have a 10 Grab and 200 Yards Day but he hasn't got the Pigskin is often as he would like but they are winning.

The Game will be decided on the Premise of the Aqua Boyz 305 Offense Effectiveness vs the Red Zone (pictured) 5 Star -Like Defense.

Winner: RED ZONE 23-3 as they smother the Dolphins at every Rip and the Cards, NINERS, and 12 Zone are on a NFC West Collision Course.

The Raiders put up 34 on the a Steelers D that was not Steeler-Like. Carson was Super Clean in the Pocket and most Sunday Signal-Callers when they are that Clean all day will rip you up.

The Raiders have to get Run DMC going in the Run Game. They also have to keep protecting Palmer so he can get the Pigskin to his Weapons in the Intermediate Game. The Raiders D is less than Stellar so the Raiders need Points.

The Orange Crush took another Step Back and they were pushed around last week pretty bad by the New Texans. Peyton Manning and the Offense need to do some Damage Control and Start these Games like they have been finishing them with Urgency. The Defense was lit up last week and they have something to Prove as Miller and Dumervil were less than effective vs Schaub and that Texans Offense. They must slow down Run DMC and then attack the Raiders Passing Game.

Winner: BRONCOS 31-16 as they are at Home and Peyton and a 3-Game Skid doesn't sound

The Bengals are 2-1 and they should be with a Heavy Dose of the Redskins and Browns. Yes they have scored Mid 30s in both but they have given up mid 30s in both as well. One would think moving Forward in the AFC North that the Bengals need to fix that Porous Defense.

The Jags took a Step back last week and Pocket Hercules is in the Media again for nothing Positive. The Jags will have to Score on the Bengals with a Mix of MJD and Gabbert's Arm. They can put up points its just How many are they going to put up.

The Bengals have Strawberry Rifle Dalton and WR AJ Green with a nice Run Game of Green-Ellis and Scott. Jags have to stop the Run and force Dalton to beat them with him making plays.

Winner: JAGS 38-31 as they go back and forth and it will be Rook WR Justin Blackmon getting his inner Dez Bryant on....#StillwaterCowboys

RG3 and the 'SKINS @ BUCS

You already know what Lead Man Greg Schiano of the Bucs has said put hits on RG3 anytime you get a chance. RG3 has to be well aware that the Bucs are coming at him so Slide or get out of bounds ASAP.

It will be Freeman and a Good Run Game vs a Banged Up but hanging on 'Skins Defense. Rook RB Martin has been better than good and WR Jackson and Williams need for Touches.

It will come down to how effective is RG3 and Freeman vs these Defenses. It will be physical as the Bucs are Borderline over the top so there will be some Fed Ex Envelopes going out Monday to Tampa and Washington.

Winner: BUCS 20-16 as RG3 takes a pounding in this one....

#GEAUXsaints @ LAMBEAU vs the PACK

The Real Refs will be at Lambeau so the Packers have already pout one in the Win Column. The Packers know they can't move to 1-3 and the Saints know they will not live to tell about it if they move to 0-4.

The Packers Offense found itself in the 3rd and 4th Frame of their Tilt with the Seahawks. WR Greg Jennings (pictured #85) and QB Aaron Rodgers looked to be back on the Same Page. That is Positive Energy moving into this Game on Sunday with the Struggling Saints.

The Saints have so many Questions and not enough Answers right now and it is looking like a Train Wreck as the Bounty Saga has taken its Toll mentally. And the Commish has another Ruling on it this week as to what are the Suspensions to be handed out.  Its just One Guy with too much Power but that's for another Story.

The Packers D also did an Excellent Job in the 2nd Half as they got back to their Principals of that Base 3-4. The Saints will have to try to slow down Aaron Rodgers and the Brees and Company have to try to match the Packers. It Looks, Smells, and On Paper looks like a Mis Match in the Packers Favor.

Winner: PACKERS 38-27 as the Saints D looks like a Conference USA outfit #RealTalk

"MONSTERS from 60FT 6"...WEAVER vs PRICE for AL CY YOUNG or is there a Few More Names? A Cup of JOE in the SHOW Report #164...the 2012 AL CY YOUNG Award goes to....

The Two Best Starting Pitchers on the Junior Circuit for 2012 and Two of the Top 5 one would argue is Halos RHP Jered Weaver and Rays LHP David Price. These are my Two Favorites for AL Cy Young 2012. But are there others in the mix and are they all Starting Pitchers?

The Consensus is a Starter has more leg work to get the Job Done than Relievers but to be a Reliever in the Show one must have past Thick Skin. The Bluedude is going to add a at least Two Relievers to my Top 5 AL Cy Young Candidates for 2012 and he Names should be no surprise.

The Top 5 AL Cy Young Award Candidates for 2012 is sponsored by...We Know your Alone on that Bump with nothing to hide but the Best take it as a Challenge each and every day.

The Top 5 AL Cy Young Candidates

1. David Price LHP Rays (19-5) 2.56 ERA 201 Ks  1.10 WHIP

Price has been Lights out from Day 1 and has taken the Ball every 5th Day for Rays Skip Joe Maddon and the Rays. 2nd in Wins, 1st in ERA, and tied for 3rd in WHIP.  He is all what the Ray thought he would be coming out of Vandy in the SEC. He has the Rays on the Verge of a Possible AL Wild Card. He gets the Edge barely over Weaver.

2. Jered Weaver RHP Halos (20-4) 2.73 ERA  141 Ks  1.00 WHIP

Weaver is Poetry in Motion on the Mound with the Changing of Speeds, different Delivery Points, Long and Slender as he looks like he is right on top of the Mound. Like Price he is a True #1 in every sense of the Word. #1 in Wins, #3 in ERA, and #1 in WHIP is very impressive.

3. Justin Verlander RHP Tigers (16-8) 2.72 ERA 231 Ks 1.06 WHIP

The 2011 Cy Young Winner has been just as dominant and if it weren't for a couple of Fingers worth of Bad Starts Verlander would be getting his 2nd Cy Young and a Repeat. Tied for 5th in Wins, #2 in ERA, #1 in Ks, and #2 in WHIP.

3A. Chris Sale LHP Pale Hose (17-7) 2.86 ERA 185Ks 1.10 WHIP

The Rookie John Tudor Like with a More Heat has cooled off ever so slightly down the Stretch. But you can't take away from the Numbers he has put up inn 2012. 4th in Wins, 5th in ERA, 9th in Ks, and tied for 3rd in WHIP. The Chi-Sox have themselves a Game right here and he is a Lefty.

4. Fernando Rodney RHP Rays (2-2)  0.62 ERA  46 SAVES in 48 SVO  72 Ks in 72.1 IP

He has Shot that Arrow over his Stadium or yours 46 Times in 48 Chances and he is Electric. Throwing that Express at 100 MPH and then a Change or Slide Piece at Mid-80s. When he comes in he is nearly untouchable. He is #1 in ERA, 2nd in Saves, and Only 15 walks to 72 Ks. That is for every Walk he strikes out nearly 5.

5. Jim Johnson RHP Orioles  (2-1) 2.60 ERA  48 SAVES in 51 SVO 40KS in 65.2 IP

Look no further in the O's being 1 Game Behind the Bronx Bombers for the AL East Crown. JJ doesn't miss when Skip Buck Showalter hands him the Stitched One. He Throws a untouchable Mid 90s Hard -Sinker with a Low 80s Curve. WEEK 4 Early Slate A QB DRIVEN League...49ERS visit GANG GREEN...BILLS try to CIRCLE the WAGONS on the PATS....CAM Homecoming in 404...PURPLE PEOPLE visit the Big Garage FORD FIELD and the LIONS...1PM ET Games

Sunday Tackle Football enters the end of the 1st Quarter and if your 2-2 or Worse your chances of getting to Winning Time are sliding quickly. Divisional Games are on the Menu this Week and some Rivalry Games are on Tap.

Week 4 is sponsored by can the Texans and Dirty Birds finish Quarter 1 at 4-0 and put themselves in the Catbird Seat for Quarter #2?

September 30, 2012 1PM ET

Cam Newton knew it was coming and now he has to adjust to the Defenses and execute. No one said it was going to be easy. He has Help if help steps up in Oft-Injured Running Backs DeAngelo Williams and J-Stew. On the Outside Smitty will make plays but Brandon LaFell and others have to make plays as well.

Defensively the Panthers will have to contend with NFL MVP after Week 3 Matty Ice and the "Peach Drop 3" starring Roddy, Gonzo, and Julio. And if that's not enough RB Michael "Burner" Turner and his California Redwood-like Legs will be coming at you. The Panthers have to pick their Poison.

As for the Falcons they are running on all Cylinders and they will be tough to Stop in the Birdcage. The Defense in the Off season went to Extreme Makeover and added D-Coordinator Mike Nolan with Ashante Samuel  Island and they have been exceeding expectations.

Winner: DIRTY BIRDS 30-17..Cam plays well coming back Home but the Falcons have bigger Fish to Fry and unfortunately the Panthers were on the Schedule this week.

The Pats are 1-2 and the Bills are 2-1 and the question will be when will the Bills turn into those Bills or are they ready to make that Next Move?

The Pats miss Aaron Hernandez more than you will ever know and the MVP of their Offense has been RB Stevan Ridley. Brady is Brady and was flawless vs the #PurpleBrowns and the Bills will be coming for him as their Pass Rush is better than the Ravens. The Pats will have to win this Game with all they have for Sunday as the Bills D is getting better (OLB SuperMario #94 pictured) .

The Bills QB Fitzpatrick might have both RBs in Spiller and Jackson and he will need both to offset the Pats Front Seven. Can the Pats Secondary stop Fitz and Stevie Johnson and Company? This Game as interesting Story lines throughout as the Pats are waiting for the Bills to be Bills and the Bills Fans are wondering when is the collapse. Will the Real Bills start circling the wagons for Orchard Park Nation.

Winner: PATS 27-24...the Pats can't go 1-3 in the 1st Quarter and the Bills show the Sunday Following we are close to Arriving on Sunday.

PURPLE PEOPLE @ the Motor City Contingent...LIONS

The Vikings are coming in with that Attitude like Tony Montana..T.W.I.S.M...The World IS Mine well last Sunday was at least. The Lions looked like they have lost their Edge and Lead Man Schwartz already is doing Damage Control. The Vikes have Two Problems on Offense in Avenger "Super Purple People #28" and PERCYland USA Harvin (#12 pictured). Lions it's your turn to stop them as they are a Sunday Hand Full ask the Niners.

The Lions have No Run Game but they have MEGAtron and you don't. You have seen that Sign on Bluedude Sportstalk and your Local Acura Dealers, " Glad He's on Our Side".  Vikes Defense hit him Low if you can Catch him or call the Transformers for help. Bumble Bee and Chevy are not in the D but hold tight they will be on the way. Lions D has to man up and stop All Day AP and force Ponder to beat them.

Winner: VIKES 34-24 too much AP and Percy as MEGAtron still gets 10 Grabs for 180 #FantasyGod

The Bolts can put the Chiefs in a early hole if they can beat the Chiefs as they come in 2-1 and the Chief 1-2. We know one thing the Bolts are not an Upper Echelon Team as the Falcons took everything but the Chargers Pro Shop last Sunday.  They still have Phillip and Gates with Weapons but they lead you along like that HS thing you were chasing all the way up to the Prom and she says...No #LunchRoomMayhemTearItUp

The Chiefs were down in NOLA last week and they Unleashed the Arrowhead Beast in RB Jamaal Charles as he ran halfway back to K.C. on the Saints. If there was Bounty in that Game the House kept it. The Defense has to stop Phillip from making Big Plays down field and slow RB Ryan Mathews down. D-Bowe of the Chiefs needs help in the Chiefs Passing Game and Cassell has to make plays down filed as well.

Winner: CHIEFS 19-16 as last week woke up the Chiefs and here comes Romeo Crennel's 2nd Half of 2011 Squad #Menacing

I am not going to be long as the Titans need a Big Dose of CJ28, man up Upfront, and that Defense needs to show up.

Foster and Tate...Cushing, Area 99 Watt, Barwin, Manning, Joseph, Dre 305, Schaub, and Texans Dancers.

Winner By Unanimous Decision the TEXANS 11 rounds to 1 the Bluedude Scores the Bout 38-13 Texans.

HAWKS Nest @ Gateway Arch Contingent..the FISHER Group

Seahawks should be riding hide as the Replacement Refs left them A Gift before departing. They need to establish BEASTmode and get QB Wilson some Intermediate Routes to loosen up that Rams Front led by Chris Long that has been aggressive.

The Rams have to deal with that New Hawks D that is looking like the they have the Puget Sound on Lock.  Bradford will have to make Plays down field and Rams WR Danny Amendola will have his Mitts full with that Hawks Secondary. Steven Jackson needs to be part of his old self for the Rams to have any shot. Rams make Wilson beat you not a Big Bag of Skittles.

Winner: HAWKS Nest 20-9 as the Gateway Arch has succumb to Skittles....

A Loss, not going Home and practicing in Youngtown, Ohio all week, and Next on the Schedule is the NY Jets...Good Luck Jets.

The Niners will come in with that Packers Attitude in Hostile Territory and NY thinks they are better than us. Led by "Monsters Inside QBs" Nominees ILBs Patrick Willis and Navarro Bowman the Niners have Checks in the mail. Smith has to get the Artist formerly known as the "SuperFreak 84" back into the mix. Gore has to get his touches and they have to win the Battle in the Trenches.

Gang Green which SANchise will you get the Bills one, Steelers one, the Aqua Boyz one, or the "I am Seeing Eva Longoria one and I am the NY Jets Starting QB #IFeelLikeBroadwayJoeMinusWinning?

The Jets D will have to answer the Call and they must watch WR Crab and TE Vernon Davis ..the "Predator". This will be a Hard-Hitting Affair and the Niners don't want to go him with 2 Kinks in the Armor.

Winner: FORTY-NINERS 30-24...they have too much Pride to lose Back to Back and Gang Green has to go the Bullpen sooner rather than later.

SUNDAY TALK...the BOYZ from the STICK in the BAY going Old-Fashion with a 2 Week Trip EAST...49ERS practicing all week at Youngstown State Ohio after VIKINGS Loss to get ready for GANG GREEN at MET LIFE Green #AwayFromHomeandP*ssedOff...Watchout J-E-T-S

The San Francisco 49ers hit reality vs the Purple People as they get hit smack dab in the Chopper and they never regained self. But it is One Loss to a Team that I am almost 100% sure will be playing Deep into NFC Winning Time. As for heading back out to the Bay to fly back East again for their Sunday Tilt with Gang Green at Met Life Green No Sir!

The Gold Rush have been in Quiet Youngstown, Ohio for the 2nd Straight Year in a Row all week at Youngstown State getting ready for their Tilt Sunday Afternoon at Met Life Green vs the Jets. These Trips are to Bold a Common Bond and Team Leadership and Cohesiveness. This isn't the 1st Team to do it on Sunday but it is the right way to do it as Players have to Worry about Football Only instead of Football then Home Life and Outside Distractions. This is just what Niners Lead Man Jim Harbaugh ordered to Spice up Things to see where his Team is Mentally as they are the Hunted not the Hunters.

Coming off of a Loss and flying back Cross Country right after the Gang Green Tilt the Niners don't want to get on another Charter having got smacked around. The Challenge will be for them to play at a High Level on the Road an almost use it as a Playoff Road Game with that much Intensity.

Gang Green beware you will be getting a Team that hasn't slept in their Own Beds for a little over a Week and coming off of a Loss. You might need "Fireman Ed" along with Gastineau, Klecko, Lyons, Freeman McNiel, Wesley Walker, Al Toon, and Ken O'Brien for this one. And play that Baby  in Citi Field now that Shea Stadium is gonzo.

If your wondering if the 49ERS have picked up a Few Backers in North East've seen the Browns and Bengals...Killer B's not.

TRIPLE DIAMOND CHRONICLES #35...Notable STEELERS nominated for NFL HOF for 2013....STEELERS will come off the BYE WEEK needing to make a Charge and head into the Right Direction... vs BIRD GANG October 7th and a Short Week @ TITANS October 11th

The Pittsburgh Steelers get a Few Notable Nominee for Induction into Canton and the Finalists for Class will be announced at Super Bowl 47 Weekend in the Big East in 2013.

Notable players the "Bus" Jerome Bettis, OLB and Current Packers Backers Coach Kevin Greene, Kicker Gary Anderson, D-Coordinator Bud Carson, Coach Bill Cowher, and Director of Team Personnel for the 70s Run of 4 Super Bowl Wins Art Rooney Jr. .

Speaking of Steelers Player the Bye Week can't go by quick enough as the Steelers have put themselves in a Hole as they will probably get no help this Weekend. The Browns could've helped us last night but Winners don't look for Help your create your own space.

The Steelers will come out the Bye Week hosting the "Bird Gang" from Philly those Philadelphia Eagles and one hopes the Vick Experience will look like it has that last few weeks. The Eagles pose a lot of Problems but they have bigger problems this week in the NY Football Giants.

On a Short Week the Steelers then travel to the Music City to see CJ28, Jake Locker, and those 44 Point High-Powered Offensive of the Tennessee Titans. The Steelers hope to get back both OLB James Harrison and Safety Troy Polamalu back on that Defense that looked anything hut a Dick LeBeau coached D in the Black Hole.

The Steelers have yet to play a AFC North Game and the 1st will be @ the Jungle on the Ohio vs the Bengals on October 21st, 2012.

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORTS SHORTS Take 34...Red Legs RHP BAILEY goes No-No...Halos CF TROUT breaks another Club Record...PALE HOSE gain on TIGERS...YANKS and O's stay the Course

Red Legs RHP Homer Bailey (pictured) goes No-No vs the Buccos at PNC Park and the Reds needed all those 9 Innings for a 1-0 Win. Bailey went 9 Innings walking 1 Pirate and striking out 10. Not to be out done Pirates #1 AJ Burnett (16-9) went 8 Strong Innings giving up 1 Run on 7 Hits and striking out 5 Reds.

Bailey (13-10) faced 1 over the Minimum of 27 Hitters with the 1 Walk. He threw 115 Pitches on the Night with 64.3% of them Strikes and that would be 74. He also induced 10 Groundouts to 3 Fly Outs which mean he had Hitters Off-Balance with a Changing of Speeds. More importantly the Win also gets the Red Legs into a tie with the Nats who lost in Baseball Town USA Friday Night at a Record of 95-62. Bailey's No-No was the 7th No-Hitter this Season in the Show.

Halos AL Rookie of the Year and possible AL MVP CF Mike Trout breaks another Rookie Record in the Halos Organization. This time he gets the Rookie Hit Record set in 1986 by Angels 1B Wally "Wally's World" Joyner. Trout will be the 1st Halos Rookie of the Year since 1993 when Halos OF and Great Tim Salmon did it.

Bands will make them Dance especially on the South Side as the Pale Hose take care of Business Tonight and beat the Rays 3-1. The Tigers trying to protect their Two Game lead on the South Siders lose to the Twinkies 4-2. the AL Central is a 1 Game Lead by the Tigers with 5 Games to play.

Both the Yankees and Orioles win in convincing fashion and the Yanks AL East lead is still 1 Game over the O's. Yanks slap 'Jays 11-4 and the O's made quick work of the Carmines 9-1.

They are usually in the 3 or 4 Hole in the Line Up and can do a multitude of things in trying to get Runs to the Dish. The Big Fly, Hit it where pitched, Sacrifice (Ground or Fly Out even Fielder's Choice) getting Runs Home, and arguably at times the Toughest Hitter to get out in any Line Up especially when the Ducks are on the Pond.

The 2012 Show's Best Run Producers is sponsored by that's why they pay me the Big Bucks to Run Produce and carry the Load.

The Top 10 RBI's Leaders in the Show for 2012

9. P. Fielder Tigers 105

10. B. Butler Royals 104

Hamilton has slowed tremendously but should be revved up to go in the Playoffs.

Braun Pictured above Top Right) has proved his naysayers wrong by putting more MVP-Type Numbers.

Encarnacion (pictured above in White) has filled the Blue Jays Void in the absence of Jose Bautista.

Willingham, Butler, and Headley are Future Stars in the Show.

Adrian Gonzalez should be super once he gets settled down in L.A. with Ethier, Kemp, and Hanley Ramirez.

Alfonso Soriano of the North Siders has to be NL Comeback Player of the Year with 106 Ribbies and 31 Bombs.

FALL SATURDAY's WEEK 5...the BUCKEYES travel to EAST LANSING to take on SPARTY and the 1 Loss MSU SPARTANS...Is it the Buckeye's QB BRAXTON MILLER vs Sparty's D or Sparty's RB Le'VEON BELL vs the Buckeye's D... #Big10GameoftheWeek

Contrasting Styles in this one as the Ohio State Buckeyes and Lead Man Urban Meyer get their 1st Road Test in their 1st Road Game in tough East Lansing, Michigan. The Spartans are coming off of a Home Loss to the Fighting Irish and a win vs Eastern Michigan but the Irish Loss doesn't bode well in Sparty Land USA.

BRUTUS of O-H-I-O @ East Lansing, Michigan to take on STATE & SPARTY Game Preview

September 29, 2012 Spartan Stadium 3:30PM ET

QB Braxton Miller fits the Urban Meyer Spread Offense perfectly and his Passing has improved but on would think the Spartans would rather see him Passing than Running. Miller has chewed up nearly every Defense he has seen and has made the Big Plays when they present themselves. Miller leads the Buckeyes in Rushing and Passing and the Spartans know if they slow him down they slow the Buckeyes down.

Defensively the Buckeyes have been adequate but they will be Tested in East Lansing against one of the Nations Best RBs in Sparty's Le'Veon Bell as he looks like a mix between TJ Duckett and Lorenzo White. Bell is that good and the Spartans will have to win the Battle up front to get him loose. The Buckeyes Run Defense must be sound and aggressive at the Point of Attack with Great Pursuit and Gap Discipline as Bell needs to be Gang Tackled.

Bell will be a Load but the Spartans have to win the Battle Upfront and if they do that all else will take care of itself. QB Andrew Maxwell will have to make plays with his Arm. Look for Sims and Mumphery to be the recipients of Maxwell's Passes.

The Defense will by far be the Best that the Buckeyes and Miller have seen an one wonders if they can handle that Spartan D up front led by Monster DE Will Gholston of the D. The Secondary is also very Solid for the Spartans and they will get their chances vs Miller.

Both Teams are starting their Big 10 Seasons on Saturday and an early hole is tough and for the Spartans who already have One Loss can ill afford to get #2 this early and we are not even out of September.

Winner: BUCKEYES 20-16 as Braxton Miller is too much for the Spartans and Bell doesn't do enough Damage for the Spartans....

NFL MVP Race 2012...A QB DRIVEN League Yes...All QBs for the 2012 NFL MVP thus far...NO...the TOP 5 NFL PLayers that lead the Early Voting for SUNDAY MVP...and No Brady, Brees, Rodgers, or Peyton Manning...GotNoBias?

The 4th Week of the NFL Season has started and already we have a Plethora of Players who aren't named Rodgers, Brady, Brees, or Peyton Manning leading the NFL MVP Race for 2012. It is a QB Driven League yes it is but are their more than just Signal-Callers needing consideration for the MVP Trophy right it is.

The Top 5 NFL MVP Candidates for 2012 in order is sponsored by can you keep this Torrid Pace through Week 17 and your Team winning at the Same Time?

Top 5 NFL MVP Candidates for 2012 through Week 3....

1. MATTY ICE Dirty Birds: He is the Signal-Caller for only 1 of the 3 Teams that are undefeated. He leads in QB Rating with 114. He has thrown a league tying 8 TDs and only 1 INT. He also has the #1 Completion % to boot at 72%. GotRoddy? GotJulio? GotGonzo? GotBurnerTurner? ...Matty Ice has all of them....

2. MEGAtron Motor City: He always gets Doubled and Bracketed in Coverage. The Lions have a Bottom Half of the League Running Game. One would think all that would stop MEGAtron..Absolutely Not. 369 Yards for a 123 Yards per Outing and leads Sunday for 9 Plays over 20 plus Yards...Child Please

3. BIG BEN STEELERS: Has the 2nd Highest QB Rating at 109.2% and is tied for the Sunday Lead with 8 TDs and only 1 Pick. Big Ben has also carried an Offense that is almost last on Sunday in Rushing. 5th in Total Passing yards at 904. The Steelers are also #1 in 3rd Down Efficiency at 56% going 27 for 48....Wow!

4. Ordinary JOE #PURPLEbrowns: Having played a Week 4 Game last night he is #1 in Totals Passing Yards at 1,269 Yards. Flacco also leads Sunday with 23 Plays over 20 Plus Yards. His QB Rating is 11th at 95.8%. He is also #1 in Completions with 99. Flacco also has 56 1st Down credited to him and the Ravens Offense. Flacco has definitely arrived as a Top 12 QB on Sunday.

5. JJ WATT TEXANS: He has 5.5 Red Jersey Collections and that is 2 and on Sunday behind the Packers OLB Clay Matthews. He has 15 Tackles and through the 1st 3 Weeks he has been arguably the most disruptive player on Sunday coming off the Edge. Now you see why the Texans did away with Super Mario and are Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs about JJ Watt. It's also his 2nd Year and he hasn't even taped into that Veteran Mode and won't for a few seasons more...

The BROWNS try to put the #PURPLEbrowns down in the Traveling DAWG POUND but the Real BROWNS never came around and they come up Empty (As Always) on Game's Final Play...RAVENS 23 BROWNS A QB DRIVEN League Week 4 Thursday Night Football...Will the Real DAWG POUND ever stand up for Mike Holmgren?

The Plays were there to be made and when you don't make them time after time you just don't have what it tackles on Sunday to Win. After a Gut-Wrenching Sunday Night at Home vs the Patriots the #PurpleBrowns were running on Fumes and if it wasn't for the Football Gods putting the Browns on the Field. Put the Two Other AFC North opponents the Ravens might have gotten an L.

The Final from Charm City was 23-16 Ravens but they just escaped on the last Play of the Game. Missed Opportunities by the Browns all night long as the ravens weren't as sharp as they normally are and no one ever says there D is getting Old or is it?

Browns QB Brandon Weeden left some throws on the Field WR Greg Little couldn't catch himself let alone the Pigskin, and Offensive Coordinator Brad Childress can give it to All Day Adrian Peterson but can't give it All Day to Rookie Stud RB Trent Richardson. Then he wonders why he got ran out of the Twin Cities with the Favre Circus. Bad Teams do this Time and Time again and the Brown under Mike Holmgren's Watch is still headed to Lake Erie Stadium First.

Browns Rook QB Weeden threw for 320 Yards and made some Plays but was Only 25 for 52. Richardson touched the Pigskin for 14 Times fr only 47 Carries but the Rook is a Bruiser and Only gets better with more touches ask the Boyz from the Jungle on the Ohio about T-Rich of the Dawg Pound. T-Rich also had 4 Grabs for 57 Yards by Air along with Greg "Look Ma NO HANDS" Little who grabbed 4 Pigskins for 77 Yards and none of them had any Sauce on them.

The Ravens Flacco threw for 356 Yards on 28 for 46 and 1 in the Dawg Pound's End Zone. He also threw a Red Zone Pick but it's the Puppy Pound and Puppies don't bite too hard. Pahokee, Florida Native (who played in his share of Muck City Bowls in High School) WR Anquan Boldin caught 9 Pigskins for 131 all in the 2nd Half as he came out the Locker Room like I am the #1 WR Torrey Smith slow your roll. Ravens Rookie RB Bernard Pierce also ran the Pigskin well with 48 Yards on Only 6 Carries.

The Ravens move to 3-1 and an important 1-0 in the AFC North. The Browns move to 0-4 and an Important 0-2 in the AFC North.

Mike Holmgren your on the Proverbial Clock and where is Jim Brown and Lerner never got his Team back before he sold it Huh?

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORTS SHORTS Take 33...with 9 INNINGS of MLB PENNANT Race Talk...RAYS win #8 in a Row...PALE HOSE 2 Back of Tigers...O's 1 back of PINSTRIPES

The Tamp Bay Rays are trying to come back from the Dead in the AL Wild Card Race. The Rays have an Important 4 Piece with the AL Central 2nd Place White Sox in Chi City and they win Game 1. What does that Win do for the Rays and Loss for the Pale Hose?

The Rays now close within 2 Games of the #2 Al Wild Card Seed Oakland Athletics as they lose tonight in Texas vs the AL West leading Rangers. The Rays have won 8 in a row and they have 3 more on the South Side of the Go' vs the Pale Hose.

The White Sox have picked a Bad Time to be in  a Slump as they lose their 2nd Game in a row and now fall 2 Full Games back of the Detroit Tigers for the AL Central Crown. The Tigers won earlier Today vs the KC Royals and needed a Walk-Off Ground Ball to do so. The South Siders now have 6 Games to Play and down by 2 Games so they need help from the Twins as the Tigers have a 3 Game Set in the Twin Cities.

If the White Sox lose the AL Central they are already out of the AL Wild Card. The Rays only have the AL Wild Card to catch unless the O's and Yankees both go on a 4 Game Skid.

Speaking of O's and Yankees in the AL East the O's were Idle Today but beat the Blue Jays 12-2 Yesterday . The Yankees get the Blue Jays Today and throw up an Egg as they lose 6-0 North of the Border. They both, the O's and Yankees have 6 Games to Play for the AL East Title and the Combinations get crazier and crazier by the day. The O's also have Insurance as they lead the A's in the AL Wild Card by 1 Game as the O's are the #1 Seed and the Rays by 3 Games in the AL Wild Card.

Both the Yankees or O's lose the AL East they should be in the 1-Game Playoff as an AL Wild Card Team which for the Yanks would be devastating at this juncture.  "To play a Full 162 and no where to hide" is the Name of the AL Pennant Game.

A CUP of JOE in the SHOW report #159...the NL CY Young is between GIO, R.A., and Johhny...All Three with 19 or more Wins and All Three in the Top 10 in the NL in Key Categories

Then there were Three as in the Nats Left Side of the Potomac 2-Pack Gio Gonzalez aka G2, Johhny Cueto of the Red Legs, and the Amazins' Knuckleballer R.A. Dickey.

Dickey wins his 20th earlier Today and G2 goes for his NL League Leading 21st Win Tonight vs the Phightin' Phils.  Cueto will go Sunday in Pittsburgh and for his 20th Win as well. It looks like R.A. will get one more Start, Cueto goes Sunday vs Buccos, and Gio might squeeze another Start in but it would have to be on Shorts Days Rest.

Let's compare the Numbers of the Three....

Wins: G2 (20), R.A. (20), Cueto (19)

ERA: G2 (2.84) R.A. (2.69), Cueto (2.83)

K's: G2 (201) R.A. (222), Cueto (164)

WHIP (Hits plus Walks allowed Divided by Innings Pitched) the Lower the Better
G2 (1.12), R.A. (1.05), Cueto ( 1.18)

Dickey is 1st in Wins, 2nd in ERA, 1st in Strikeouts, and 3rd in WHIP in NL....

G2 is 1st in Wins, 6th in ERA, 4th in Strikeouts, and 6th in WHIP in NL....

Cueto is 2nd in Wins, 5th in ERA, 19th in Strikeouts, and 12th in WHIP in NL...

If you had to make a Case it would probably go to Dickey who has been a little more Dominant on a Bad Team but Gio is right there. As for Cueto he would most likely get 3rd behind both of them.

HOMECOMING NIGHT for the #PURPLEbrowns as they host the Real BROWNS in a AFC NORTH Lil Debbie Snack Cake...Can the BROWNS attempt to put the CRAB CAKES into the DAWG POUND is what Bluedude Heads want to know? #CLEvsBAL A QB DRIVEN League Week 4 #TNF

Homecoming Night 2012 for the Charm City Grown-Man Tackle Football Club as they try to improve or shall I say as they will move to 3-1 before the Clock strikes Midnight Central Time Tonight.

The #PURPLEbrowns host the Real Browns in a Thursday Night Lil Debbie Snack Cake of a game as the Ravens have to be favored by at least Ravens RB Ray Rice's Jersey Number 27.

The Ravens come in after beating the Patriots in what looked to be a Wide-Right FG but nonetheless that Ravens QB Ordinary Joe is quickly becoming Regular Joe as doing it in Crunch Time when it matters most. Flacco has been flawless in the their 2 Wins and was not bad in the Eagles Loss. The Ravens D has missed the Sacks but they still have Big Time Players and are still doing the Job.

The Browns are the Browns and even the Great Mike Holmgren can't turn this Outfit around. They will have their Hands Full Tonight as they are Officially Homecoming Bait for the Ravens Nation.

September 27, 2012 M&T Bank Stadium

DAWG POUND @ #PURPLEbrowns 8pm ET "Homecoming Night Charm City"

BROWNS to Win: This might be entertaining if the Browns get a Tear-Away Jersey-Like Performance from Trent Richardson like the Great Earl Campbell. Can Browns QB Brandon Weeden make a Play down field for Positive Yards and a Positive Result. WRs Massaquoi and Robiskie have to make Plays but they also need the Pigskin thrown to them where they can do such. RB Richardson will have to play Big is one of their only shots at winning.

Defensively the Browns will be without their Best Island in Joe Haden as he finishes s 40-Game Suspension. The D is anchored by "Monsters Inside QBs" MLB D'Qwell "Q" Jackson who is the Best linebacker you never hear about. They will have to apply Pressure to Wacco Flacco and try to limit Ray Rice Touches and effectiveness which is easier said than done.

RAVENS to Win: The Recipe doesn't involve Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar but it does have Flacco, Rice, Pitta, Torrey Smith, Ray Lewis, Haloti, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy mixed in it.

The Ravens Offensively have to establish the Charm City Express #27 and that Intermediate Passing game along with an Occasional Shot Deep down field. They have to force the Browns to pick their Poison Rice or Flacco. Pitta and Dickson will also cause Problems in the Passing Game as Pitta has come on in these 1st Three Weeks.

Defensively I don't know if they really have to go after QB Weeden as they must Stop RB Trent Richardson as he is a Load. If Weeden can somehow give the Browns a Chance via the Air Game and Richardson is effectively running the Pigskin they may have a Shot although a Minuscule one it's a shot. The Ravens Secondary really has no Threats and outside of Massaquoi and maybe Robiskie you still have to pay attention to WR/PR/KR/ Joshua Cribbs.

Winner: RAVENS 30 - 13 as they dominate from the Opening Kickoff giving the Browns No thoughts in their Head about pulling a Surprise off on Homecoming Night.

Note: Homecoming Dance after Game at Harborplace Marriott Downtown Charm City...Ravens Nation invited

NFL Network quit putting these Games on T.V. the Dawg Pound needs to be no where near my Screen on a Dead Thursday Night...

SQUEEZE the ORANGE with a "Here comes BRITTENY GRINER to the WNBA"...the PHOENIX MERCURY get the #1 Pick in the 2012 WNBA Draft....and you know who is going #1 followed by Talented SKYLAR DIGGINS of The Fighting IRISH and ELENA DELLA DONNE of the DELAWARE Fightin' BLUE HENS

Not often in any Draft do you get a Shot at a Franchise-Type, A Game-Changer, or even someone who transcends the game on a different level. The WNBA Draft Lottery was a day or so ago and the Worst Team at least by Record received the Rights to pick #1 in the WNBA 2013 Draft. This is monumental considering who is projected as the #1 Pick in this Years Draft.

Baylor Center and "Monsters Inside the Paint" 2012 Nominee Brittney Griner (pictured below #42) is projected to be the #1 Overall Prospect in the WNBA Draft and she will join the likes Diana Tuarasi, Candace Parker, and Maya Moore as Women's Basketball Game-Changers.

Griner at 6'8" and just over 200 El Bees is a Dominating and Athletic Freak with Length and the prospect of her being still very Raw in her Offensive Arsenal is a Scary thought. She Rebounds and Block Shots like no one else in the Women's Game. She runs the Floor extremely well and has a Back to the Basket Game that is excellent. She plays like she is suppose to play and that's Big. Look at some of the Accolades Griner accomplished in her career at Baylor University:

2012 AP Division 1 Player of the Year
AP 1st Team All-American 2011, 2012
Big 12 Player of the Year 2011, 2012
Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year 2010-2012
2012 WADE Trophy for Best Women's College Basketball Player

Now Griner, who is projected to go #1, will be followed by the other Two Top Prospects in the 2012 WNBA Draft in Notre Dame Skylar Diggins (WF) and Delaware's Elena Delle Donne (Center).

The Top 5 Picks in WNBA Draft are as follows:

1. Phoenix Mercury
2. Chicago Skyy
3. Tulsa Shock
4. Washington Mystics
5. New York Liberty

Griner, Diggins, and Della Donne will have a Major Impact on the WNBA in the 2013 Season....

WHITE SOX in 2nd PLACE for the 1st Time since July trailing the TIGERS by 1 Game and look what the MLB GODS have coming to the SOUTH SIDE of the WINDY City...the RAYS...TAMPA Bay vs PALE HOSE 4 Piece Preview in A CUP of JOE in the SHOW Report #158

The Chicago White Sox have 7 games left to buckle down and get to where they have planned to get since April an Opening Day. They find themselves 1 Game out of 1st Place in the AL Central for the 1st Time since July 23. With the Tigers leading the Royals in Today's Game as we go to Press 4 -0 in the Top half of he 3rd Frame the Pressure is squarely on the Chi Sox.

Now the Bad News is the Tigers get to travel to Target Field (Twins) for a 3 Piece while the Chi Sox entertain the Al Wild Card Hopeful Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays and their Grade A Starting Pitching with AL Cy Young Hopeful David Price going to the Bump in one of these Games will be a unenviable task for the Pale Hose but they have to make due.

The Pale Hose have the AL Central or no shot at the Post Season. The Rays have the AL Wild Card or no shot at the Post Season and this Series is a Must-Win every Game with Post Season Implications all over it.

RAYS @ PALE HOSE 4 Piece Preview

September 29, 2012
TB Moore (10-11) vs CWS Sale (17-7) 4:05PM ET

September 30, 2012

The Rays and Pale Hose have both left Game 4 on Sunday Wide Open as they both will be looking at the Standings by then to see where they are at. The Rays have Shield sin Game 1 and the Sox have Peavy going for it to stay in the Race. The Pale Hose have the edge Saturday as they will throw Rookie LHP Chris Sale from the Bump. Look for the Rays to move up LHP David Price for Sunday if they are that #1 or #2 Wild Card Seed if they catch the O's or A's.

This is a Pivotal Series for Both with just 6-7 Games to be played until Postseason.
