The L.A. Dodgers are a runaway train and the Cincinnati Reds are an unfinished product with still a Story to tell in 2013 of a division winner, wild card team, or another disappointing finish. Well on a night where Dodgers Shortstop Hanley Ramirez continues to show MLB Heads he is a Top Five Player in 2013...the Red Legs show some resolve and rise their former NL MVP to the right column...the Win Column.

After Hanley Ramirez took Red Legs Starter Chris Leake for a two-run bomb in the top of the 1st inning it looked like it was going to be one of those Dodger Nights. Things turned quickly though as the Dodgers lose Starter Chris Capuano to an injury and the game stayed tight until the 5th inning with the score 2-1 "Boys in Blue". Red Legs First Baseman Joey Votto connects with a Two-Run HR to make the game 3-2 Red Legs and that would be the ball game.

Votto wasn't done there for the night as he finished Agent 22222 and that is 2 for 2 with two runs, two ribbies, and two walks. To the Dodgers Credit their Pen didn't a yeoman's job considering the circumstances losing Capuano in the 2nd frame. The Dodgers only managed to get five hits and they see Cuban Flame Thrower Aroldis Chapman as he sent the "Boys in Blue" down in the 9th 1-2-3.

The Red Legs are just two games back of the Buccos and a 1.5 games back of the Redbirds. And here come the Red Legs as the Redbirds beat the Pirates in a wild one in the Lou 12-8 Friday Night.
