MAKING NOISE...U of L and CARDINALS Nation...gets's Two with ONE STONE....WOMEN beat BAYLOR...and MEN beat DUKE...ELITE 8 for Lady CARDS...and Final 4 for CARDS...CARDS Sophomore G KEVIN WARE out with Leg Injury #UofLBiz

The Louisville Basketball Program had a Sunday they will remember for three reasons as the Cards Women's Team upset Brittney Griner and Baylor. The Men beat the Duke Blue Devils in a game that was a little bit closer than the score indicated. Then the Horrific Leg Injury of Cards Sophomore Guard Kevin Ware.

The Lady Cards may have pulled off the biggest Upset in Tourney History in a long long time as they beat heavily favored All-American Brittney Griner and the Baylor Bears who were trying to repeat as National Champs. The Ville 82-81 over Baylor behind the lights out shooting of Slaughter and Schimmel Twins who combined 15-34 from the Arc derailed Baylor. The Lady Cards were 30 from the Arc and that beat Baylor on this night. The Lady Cards will now see the Lady Volunteers in the Elite 8. Baylor's Brittney Griner calls it a career as she nets 14 points and ten rebounds in her last outing as a Collegiate Student-Athlete.

The Louisville Men's Team had a rough go of it early but kicked into high gear midway through the 2nd frame to beat the Duke Blue Devils 85-63. The Game though was hard to digest after the horrific leg Injury of Cards Sophomore Kevin Ware. Ware attempted to block a Money Ball by a Duke Player and landed as normal as you could land only to find out he shattered his Tibia Bone right through his Leg. The Cards had to pull themselves together and it was extremely tough with just under 4 minutes to go in the 1st half.

The Cardinals eventually wore down the Cards and it was their Guard Play from the Best back Court in the Land...Russ Smith and Peyton Siva. They combined for 39 points, immense pressure on the Duke Guards, and a Red Pain in the Dukies backside all night. The Cards move forward to the Final 4  to face the West Regional Champs Wichita State Shockers.

To Kevin Ware and the Louisville Cardinals Family the Bluedude and Bluedude Sportstalk wishes you a Speedy Recovery and you will be back as strong as ever #5 from the 404 in Kentucky Red.

LOGO WATCH ALAMO City...No KING JAMES...No WADE County...No REGULAR Mario...CHAMPS 305 still take the ALAMO City SPURS on a BOSH Money Ball...who wants to play the CHAMPS 305...Nobody! #MIAvsSAS

The Miami Heat go into San Antonio and beat the Spurs in AT&T Center with no King James, Wade County, and Regular Mario and beat the Spurs 88-86 as the Heat throw back what the Spurs gave them when San Antonio came to Miami. The Spurs played the Heat with no Dunc, Manu, TP9, K.L. of Alamo City, and DG of AT&T. The Heat wanted to see the Spurs at their best and those players were not playing. The Heat  come to town a little over two moths later and they didn't get to the Heat Stars...just a little Gamesmanship.

The Heat get 23 points and nine rebounds from Bosh, 14 points from Sugar Ray of Jordan Brand, 13 points from "Hollywood Cole, and 12 from M&M Plain...Mike Miller. The Heat were +15 from the "land of Plenty" and that's what was the deciding factor in this one. The Spurs were led by Dunc and K.L.'s 17 apiece and 12 apiece from both D.G. and TP9. The Heat with the win move to 58-15 and are a lock for the Logo's Home Court Advantage throughout Winning Time.

Meanwhile the Spurs have work to do as they march towards the finish line with the Young Gunz OKC only a game and a half behind them. The Spurs are in a must-win on April 4th as they will be in OKC for the Western Conference Showdown.  Who ever wins the home court through in the West will be the favorites going into Winning Time and that is a fact.

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORTS SHORTS Take 81...MAIZE and BLUE only Big Ten Team to ATLANTA...BLACKHAWKS tell HOCKEY Town USA..."Happy Easter" and take this L with you #OneGoal

The Michigan Wolverines were not going to be denied on this day as they take the Gators to Sunday School 79-59. Its wasn't Burke, Hardaway Jr., Robinson III, or even McGary...but Freshman Shooter Nick Stauskas with 22 points. Stauskas carried Big Blue early and often going 6 for 6 with the Money Ball and seven for eight from the field. Michigan at one point in the game led in the 1st frame some 41-17 and it was over by then. Maize and Blue All-American Burke dod end up with 15 points, eight rebounds, and seven helpers. Michigan now will face the Syracuse Orange as the only Big Ten Team to make it.

The Chicago Blackhawks take a tough loss at home last Friday Night to the Anaheim Mighty Ducks but amends for that loss on Easter Sunday. So much for Red Wing Great Gordie Howe's Birthday as the Hawks beat the Wings in Hockey Town USA 7-1. The Hawks dominated in every facet of the game and put a crooked number up in all three frames. Hawks Dave Bolland scored twice and Toews once as Hawks Net Minder Crawford stopped 33 of 34 shots on goal.

Now the Hawks get two more points and move to 55 points for the Season and that put them one point behind the Pens who are at 56 points for most points in Ice Games 2012-13. Hawks lead the idle Ducks by six points as we go to press.

March Madness ELITE 8 PART 2...MAIZE and BLUE tackles "BILLY Ball" n the GATORS...Coach PITINO vs Coach K in what should be a Classic...CARDS n DEVILS #UMvsFLORIDA #UofLvsDUKE

There are a few lead stories going into Elite 8 Part Two as the Big Ten is 0-2 in the Sweet 16 and 0-1 in the Elite 8 after having four teams headed into the Sweet 16. The Wolverines hold all the Big Ten Cards and we will see how that plays out. The Gators beat In-State Upstart FGCU Eagles and "Billy Ball:" is once again in familiar territory.

The 2nd half of today's Elite 8 pairs arguably the Two Best Coaches at the Division -1 Major Level in Louisville's Rick Pitino and Duke's Mike Krzyzewski. The Cards come in playing the best of the #1 Seeds (all Number One Seeds are out of Tourney) and they are playing just 2 hours from Home in NAPtown. The Blue Devils have been getting better and better as the tourney has moved forward and Plumlee and Curry have been the Stars.

Maize and Blue WOLVERINES vs "Billy Ball" GATORS

This will be brief as the Gators must do what Kansas couldn't do and that is to stop Columbus, Ohio Native Trey Burke of Big Blue. He simply took over the Game on Friday Night vs the Jayhawks late and played well in all Pick and Rolls up to that point. Gators Lead Man Donovan has seen this before and it will be interesting to see how he defends Burke. The Gators must all so worry about "Bloodline" in Tim Hardaway Jr. and Glenn Robinson III. Both are capable as they strike in spots and can impact the game in so many ways like Burke. The Gators must not let the Maize and Blue leak out or run out into easy transition buckets. The Gators best Guard former 2008 Big Mac and St. Anthony's Jersey City, NJ  and Rutgers Transfer PG Mike Rosario and 2009 Big Mac Scorer Kenny Boynton.

In the Paint the Gators have a decided advantage with Patric Young leading the way. The Wolverines will counter with Freshman Big Mitch McGary (25 pts 14 rebs Friday Night on KU's Jeff Withey) who was a man vs Rock Chalk. Joining Young will be Senior PF Erik Murphy and the Gators can go Inside and Out and they are very balanced and will adjust to darn there anything. This will be another barn burner near Big D.

Duke BLUE DEVILS vs the 'Ville CARDINALS

Three Names in this one to start...Duke's Sharpshooter Seth Curry and Louisville's Dynamic Duo of Peyton Siva and Russ Smith. The Cards must slow down Curry to have Duke under control. The Dukies in turn must find a way to stop the "502 Cape Crusaders" in Siva and Smith. The Game will be won and list with Guard Play and the Cards have a distinct advantage here.

In the Front Court Duke has Ryan Kelly and Mason Plumlee but hardly no quality depth behind them. Can all that Length and Athleticism from the 'Ville slow down and get to those two outstanding front court players? The Cards will come with Center Gorgui Dieng and Super-Soph Forwards Chane Behanan and Wayne Blackshear. The Dukies must be aware of Behanan and Blackshear at all times as one is Perimeter-Oriented (Blackshear) and the other is all in the paint playing above the Rim with Strength (Behanan).

Must-See TV right here and the Cards have been a runaway Train and their Bread and Butter for Louisville besides the "Kentucky Derby" is that Vaunted Zone Press after makes and even after misses. Duke Guards and Players have to be aware of this and handle that pressure.

LAKER Gang #1 Soap..."As DWIGHT Turns" the Black Mamba passes "WILT 20K" Episode...the BLACK MAMBA passes the Late Great WILT 20K for 4th All-Time on NBA Scoring List...DWIGHT of Three Stripes goes in on the KINGS...LAKERS back on top of the "CRAZY 8" Seed in the WEST #ILuvL.A.

The L.A. Lakers just get by the SACtown Kings 103-98 to get back into the saddle for the "Crazy 8" Seed of the West. Dwight of Three Stripes goes in on the Kings for 24 points, fifteen boards, and five blocks. Yes he saw Kings Man-Child of a Big @BoogieCousins and went to work as the Black Mamba (pictyred right #24) played the "Magic Man" tonight looking for others, for his, a Lakers win, and of course to move ahead of the Late Great Wilt Chamberlain on the Scoring List.

The Lakers needed all hands on deck as there was no Point Guard NASHty nor M.W.P (out after Meniscus Surgery) as Kobe did his best to keep everyone involved and it worked. The Laker Gang gets 15 points from the BLAKEshow "Purple and Gold" Edition, 14 points from Meeks, and 12 points and ten boards from the Spaniard..Gasol. The Kings came at the LAKEshow like the LAKEshow knew they would with six players in double figures. REKEhavoc Evans led the Kings with 21 points, nine helpers, and six rebounds. The Aforementioned @BoogieCousins playing DeMarcus Cousins had 19 points and eleven boards. The Kings just couldn't stop Kobe the "Facilitator".

Speaking of the Black Mamba he needed 4 points to pass the Late Great Wilt "20K" Chamberlain (pictured right) for 4th All-Time on the NBA Scoring List. Kobe ends up with 19 points, fourteen helpers, and nine boards. The 19 Points puts him #4 ahead of Wilt with 31,434. Wilt is at 31,419 as Kobe was at 31,415 before tip-off. Up next on the All-Time Scoring List will be Michael Jeffrey Jordan himself as Kobe needs 758 points to pass Air Jordan and that will be in the 2013-14 Season.

Laker win and move into the 8th Seed in the West and this has been another Episode of Laker Nation #1 Soap.."As Dwight Turns".

YOUNG Gunz OKC gets past FEAR the DEER 109-99 as KD nets 30 pts and Uncle RUSS messed around a got a Triple-Double...REGULATORS Report OKC Game #74 of 82 ..REGULATORS!...Mount Up!

A lot of firepower in this one as KD and Uncle Russ met head on with the Beer Town Lefty and Mississippi Lightning of the Bucks. And yes the thunder after an 83-83 tie at the end of the 3rd frame OKC pulls away in the 4th frame outscoring the Bucks 26-16 behind an explosive games from Russell Westbrook.

The Regulators knew coming in that the Bucks Back Court might be a problem but what they found out is that the Bucks have one heck of an Import Small Forward. Turkish-Born Ersan Ilyasova led Fear the Deer with 29 points and fourteen rebounds but all that was for not as the Logo's #1 Scoring Duo was in Beer Town USA on this night.

Behind a 30 point regular night from @kdTREY5 the night belonged to No not that...but this:

Also chipping in was Young Gunz OKC Sniper K-Mart of thunder Alley with 17 points, Air Congo 16 points, and Nick-C of Rock Chalk Lore...10 points. The Bucks didn't have any answer for OKC when the Thunder reached back for that "Kill Switch".

MARCH MADNESS March 30, 2013...WEST REGIONAL Final...can the SHOCKERS upset the "Air Tight" BUCKEYES of The Ohio State University...SHOCKERS must get excellent Guard Play and control O-STATE's PG CRAFT #WSUvsOhioST

With Gonzaga, K-State, and New Mexico out of the Region early the Wichita State Shockers and Ohio State Buckeyes have stayed the course and no it comes down to Twenty Minutes in Los Angeles, California to see who will represent the West Region in Atlanta at the final Four 2013. Wichita State SHOCKERS vs Ohio State BUCKEYES

The Shockers have played excellent from day one of the Tourney and will not be surprised about anything the Buckeyes do. In turn the Buckeyes will ready and they have arguably the best PG in the Tourney that can impact the game from every angle in PG Aaron Craft. The Shockers must not let him dictate the Game as well as control the Shockers back court.

Can Carl Hall, Cleanthony Early, and Malcolm Armstead among others rise to the challenge of playing OSU's DeShaun Thomas, Craft, Lenzelle Smith Jr., and Quinton Ross among others? If they can match the Buckeyes Defensively it will be a ball game as well as match them on the glass. The Shockers do what they do as they are equally effective in Transition as well as in the half court. The Buckeyes likewise as that's why you see both Teams making it this far.

MARCH MADNESS March 30, 2013...EAST REGION Final...a BIG EAST Affair...Marquette GOLDEN EAGLES vs Syracuse ORANGE...#MARQvsCUSE 430pm ET

The East Regional Finals has come down tho this as there is no Indian Hoosiers (#1 Seed) and no Miami Fl Hurricanes (#2 Seed) as they both bit the dust on Thursday Night. Now its all about the last Hurrah for the Big East as they field Three Teams (Marquette, Louisville, and Syracuse) in the Elite 8 and only Two can go to the Final Four in Atlanta next weekends. #3 Marquette GOLDEN EAGLES @ #4 Syracuse ORANGE

The biggest question going into today's match up is can the Golden eagles solves that vaunted 2-3 match up Zone the Orange shut the Hoosiers down with? The Hoosiers got down early and that played right into the 'Cuse Hands running that zone. Marquette must get out in Transition and make good decisions and hit open looks. 'Cuse is real good also in converting "Live Turnovers" to easy run outs or leak outs. That in turn creates easy Offensive Opportunities for them and they score and run back into that 2-3 Zone and make you work.

Marquette's Combo G Vander Blue and PF/SF Jamil Wilson will be monumental in the Golden eagles Success as they must be productive. That's not just making shots but also making the play when it presents itself. The Zone is broken down on Swing Passes (ball Movement), Player Movement (some kind of Zone Motion Offense), and Penetration and all that is easier said than done. The Golden Eagles make a concerted effort of Points in the Paint or Looks in the paint and that will be tough up against that "Cuse 2-3 one.

The Orange have explosive and long-Athletes that can get out and finish on the Break and also be a nuisance in that 2-3 Zone. 6-6 PG Michael Carter-Williams is the Truth as he has displayed his ability to get people involved, get his own off the bounce, and can finish on the Break. His back court mate , Bloodline Brandon Triche as his Uncle Howard Triche played for the Orange on that 1987 'Cuse National Runner-Up Team that lost to now UCLA Lead Man Steve Alford and the Hoosiers, can play as well, and he and Carter-Williams are the two players that are most important to the 'Cuse Success.

CJ Fair is also one to keep an eye out on as he is the Orange's @number one threat in the Front Court and is super-athletic. Can the Golden Eagles continue to beat Teams on the Offensive Glass as the "Cuse does it by committee with their Guards getting a bulk of the rebounds.

The Mavs are in a different road as they lost to the Indiana Pacers on Thursday was huge in them trying to stay in the mix for the Western Conference #8 seed. The Bulls will put C-Booz 5 on Dirk with a heavy dose of the "TAJmanian" Devil...Taj Gibson. Shawn Marion formerly known as the "Matrix 31" now back to government name is a shell of his former self but can still defend and hit the offensive glass.

The Bulls back court of KRYPTOnate and Marco Belinelli has been better than average and on most night they are the leaders in energy and the offensive charge the Bulls need on a nightly basis. Mavs 2G OJ Mayo has been the one constant for them through the 2012-13 campaign and he will be the focal point of who the Bulls have to stop in the Mavs back court.

MAKING NOISE...GIGANTES sign POSEY to 8-Year $167 Million for the 2012 Senior Circuit MVP...#GiantsNation #OrangeOctober...go get that BUSTER POSEY Jersey as he is #28 in your GIGANTES Team Store and your #1 GIANT...#SFGiantsBIZ

The Tigers strike a deal and pose with their #1 Pitcher and now the Gigantes have won two the last three Fall Classics and their #1 Player Catcher Buster Posey will be in the Fold until 2022 that Gigantes Club Option.

Posey reached the largest Deal for a player with 3-Full Years of Service or less but the Gigantes have already got a bang for their Buck as they have the 2010 Chip and 2012 Chip...c'mon Show Heads all that Cash don't mean a thing without the Ring!  The 2012 NL MVP also is one of the best Run Producers and Clutch Players in the Show we have Today.

Looking at the Gigantes moving forward Pitching and Defense wins Chips and all that Starting Pitching is Five-Star and will they be able to keep all of them is the question. Bumgarner, Cain, Vogelsong, and Lincecum is the Core with Barry Zito the #5 Arm but the most important Arm in that Rotation in that NLDS vs the Red Legs last season.

The Gigantes are loaded and they also just extended that Duo...Skip Bruce Bochy and GM Brian Sabean until 2016. Is "Pablo "Panda Smash" Sandoval next?

"FROZEN TALK" 1901 West Madison...no they didn't...the Mighty DUCKS come to CHI CIty and beat the HAWKS and sweep the Season Series...ICE GAMES! Black and Red Nation C'mon #DUCKS 2 #HAWKS 1...HAWKS 53 points and DUCKS 50 points..PENS #1 now in Points with 54 points

The Ducks strike lat again vs Hawks and get a 2-1 win , win the season series, and give Hawks Net Minder Ray Emery his 1st loss in 13 tries. Yes from Ice game red and Black Nation...Ducks still suck. The Ducks led early in the 2nd frame as they get a Goal at the beginning of the 2nd period. Then in the 3rd frame "Citizen Kane" 88n strikes with the "Frozen One" and the Hawks tie it up 1-1. 17;26 in the 3rd frame as it looked like the game would go to Overtime the Ducks strike again late and the Hawks have to be thinking we can't beat the Ducks in 2012-13.

Can you read too much into this not really but they are 3-0 against the Hawks and the Hawks 23-2-2 vs the rest of the Western Conference...go figure! Now the Hawks (53 pts) have the Ice Games 2nd best record to the blazin' Pens of the 'Burgh as they have 54 points and the Ducks have the 3rd best record and have 50 points. The Pens are in the East and Ducks are in the West so the "Goal" stays the same for the Hawks as they need Home Ice for Winning Time and while your at it try to get the 31 overall Record to get Home Ice through the "Fight for Lord Stanley".

Hawks will face "Hockey Town USA"..the "Red Army"

MARCH MADNESS March 29, 2013 Recap....LOUISVILLE takes it to the Feisty DUCKS....MAIZE and BLUE stun ROCK CHALK Nation...SPARTY not enough Firepower vs DUKE...GATORS figure out FGCU

Who needs the entire back court when one can do the trick as Louisville Guard Russ Smith goes for 31 points on the Ducks as the Cards head to the Midwest Bracket Final with a 77-69 win. The Ducks could've folded early but kept coming at the Cards and in the end it was too little too late for the Ducks. The play of the Cards Freshman Guard Kevin Ware (11 points) proved to be what the Cards ordered as Star PG Peyton Siva again got in early foul trouble. The difference in the game was the Cards were just way more aggressive at the beginning and it proved to overwhelm the Ducks until they settled down. E.J. Singler led the Ducks with 15 points as they couldn't find the range early and often enough to stay within striking distance.

The Kansas Jayhawks looked the part for about 35 minutes or so then they all watched the "Trey Burke Show" as the Maize and Blue come from 5 points down with just under a minute and a half to go to send the Game into extras to beat the Rock Chalk. Critical Errors in judgement doomed the Jayhawks late and even in overtime. Burke had 23 points and ten helpers as his point Guard Play distributing the Orange kept Big Blue in the game for the duration until Burke went to "Me" Time. Wolverines Freshman Big Mitch McGary played extremely well as he led UM with 25 points and fourteen rebounds. McGary played big against Kansas' Big Jeff Withey and that was huge considering Bloodlines Hardaway Jr. and Robinson III didn't have their best games. Kansas was led by Redshirt Freshman Ben McLemore's 20 points and the other four Kansas Starters were in double figures as well.

An issue for the Michigan State Spartans all season was Offensive Production at times as in games they had stretched were they were it was a challenge to get Offense. Well tonight vs Duke all that came to a head and Sparty ran up against a Team that if you struggle scoring you will get an L. Behind tough half court disciplined D and excellent Transition D the Duke Blue Devils played an almost perfect game from a defensive standpoint to beat Sparty 71-61. State didn't get the Memo or did get it and couldn't do anything about it stopping Duke Sr Sniper Seth Curry who poured in 29 points. He might as well been wearing a #DUBnation Jersey looking like Big Bro with that quick-release and High Basketball IQ.  Ironically enough both teams shot 40% from the field as it came down to Hustle Plays and the Dukies come out on top. Sparty Junior Guard Keith Appling led the Spartans with 16 points as they couldn't find the Range at all through the whole 40 minutes.

Cinderella came out blazing then the Gators calmed down and got timely dunk from Casey Prather and the Gators took off. Florida and Lead man Billy Donovan simply slowed the Game down and used their athleticism and Power inside to attack FGCU and ultimately in the end that prevailed as UF wins 62-50. Yes Dunk City was in effect early but the Gators also shut that down. Led by Mike Rosario's 15 points and the Gator's D holding the Eagles under 40% from the field was the answer in this one. That sets up a Florida vs Michigan Regional Final on Sunday in Big D.

ROMO hits the "JERRY Wipes" POWERBALL worth a cool $108 Million...$55 Million guaranteed...$25 million for signing his Autograph...A QB DRIVEN League...Yes Indeed!...A-ROG of LAMBEAU Lore...your next!..#12 and #8 of COWBOYS Lore...you played too early!

Imagine how many NFL Players as we go to press would love to be a Sunday Signal-Caller. All those extra-Benefits like Trophy Squeeze, Golf Outings galore, your own personal Red Jersey for Practice and Games depending on what QB you are, and Huge Payments on Demand...A QB Driven League...like no other.

Well One QB in North Texas is smiling Tonight as Cowboys QB Tony Romo (pictured right) hits the "Jerry Wipes" Powerball for a cool $108 Million. Forget terms being undisclosed look at these Cheddar...$108 Million 6-year deal, $55 Million guaranteed, and $25 million to come see Jerry and talk to the Press about it. It pays to be a Sunday Signal-Caller unless your in that Pistol Offense (Career Expectency in the Pistol...Play to Play).

Now Tony was good last season and he is another that walks that fine line of "Do we keep him" or "Do we go get another QB? Look NFL QBs get paid and now who needs to get to the "Fight for Vince" to be validated as an Elite QB. Romo is a good Cowboys QB and yes he passed #8 (Pictured below right Troy Aikman with Cowboys 70s/80s QB Roger "the Dodgers" Staubach also pictured above right) of the "Cowboys Triplets" in Career Passing Yards in 2012 but then count the Rings and all those Numbers are just Hog Wash without that Bling. Plus its a Passing League now as the NFL is a Spread Formation League as all kinds of Offenses are starting to come into play and who needs a Running Game...the Cowboys do but they have #9 though.

Look Bluedude Heads the Bluedude isn't shocked by any stretch as A Good Sunday Signal-Callers is about as rare as you going into the Forest seeing a T-Rex or even the "Predator". Now Bigfoot ..I have seen him a few blocks from the House who cares about him.  Matter of fact that Fool was in my Trash last week and I almost let him have it.

Speaking fo Romo's New Deal Cowboys Nation..Packers Nation "brace yourselves" for the Aaron Rodgers Contract as that he could get North of $150 million and take that Brett. The Packers Brass probably finds Romo's New Deal none too pleasant....as the Packers Brass says...Thanks J.J for setting the Curve.

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORT SHORTS Take 80..."JUSTIN of Comerica" gets "PAID in FULL"...TIGERS lock up their ACE with all the CASH the MOTOR City has to offer....D-TOWN might need a Cash Bail-Out after this Contract..KID FELIX of the M's grab that #2 Paycheck please... #TIGERSbiz

"Kid Felix" of the Seattle Mariners inked a record 7-year $175 Million Deal not too long ago and what you think the #1 Pitcher in the Show is worth? Say...$200 Million and about $30 Million per as Felix's Deal is around $25 Million per....

The Detroit Tigers and RHP and Ace Justin Verlander have inked a Deal that would put him  at $180 Million and around $28 Million per season MLB Network is reporting. Not bad for a Pitcher who is worth every penny although that's too much pennies. The 2011 AL MVP and Cy Young Award Winner is all of that and is amongst the Top in all Key Categories from the Bump.

"Justin of Comerica" the Bluedude refers to him as will make $20 Million inn 2013 and '14 then that new Extension kicks in in 2015. The Numbers Verlander threw up last season for the Junior Circuit Champs:

17-8 (4th in AL) 2.64 ERA (2nd in AL) 239 Ks (1st in AL)...Numbers are Key as well as durability and Verlander covers all of those. With Justin, Miggy, and the Prince of the D in the Fold the Tigers have one more move to make and that is getting RHP Max Scherzer signed the #2 Arm in the Rotation.

One has to wonder what will 2012 AL Cy Young Winner LHP David Price of the Rays get in 2014 as his deal will be up as Verlander is $28 million per and Kid Felix is $25 million per...Ouch Rays! And there will be suitors as the rays have to be thinking "Loyalty" hopefully is a factor as Price is Home Grown from Vanderbilt to the Rays. Will he give the Rays a Homegrown "Loyalty" Discount?

The Spartans lost the Recruiting Battle over consensus #3 overall Schoolboy Star Jabari Parker of Chicago Simeon HS. Izzone and the Spartans love for this and as long as Izzo is leading Sparty they will always be in the Sweet 16. The Blue Devils have two Problems in Plumlee and Bloodline Curry. The Spartans in order for them to have any success must contain both. Duke's Versatile C Ryan Kelly will meet his match in the also versatile Adrienne Payne. Can the Dukies handle the ruggedness in which the Spartans play at? Can Curry find the Mark early and often vs Sparty?

Winner: Spartans as Izzone and that Glass Work will be too much for Duke

The Jayhawks started slow vs WKU and the Tar Heels but might have found there stride in the last half of that UNC Game. The Maize and Blue come at you with Three on the Perimeter (Two of the Three Bloodline in Hardaway Jr. and Robinson III) with All-American PG Trey Burke handling all things in front of him. They also have a Freshman Big in Mitch McGary that is finding his Role.

The Jayhawks will counter with Big Jeff Withey Shot-Blocking Prowess and that KU System under the Best in the Land...Lead Man Williams Self...Lol. The Jayhawks must get Good Numbers from talented but hard to figure out Freshman 2G Ben McLemore or they will be packing with the Wolverines Firepower.  This can either be real close or a blowout either way and it all depends on who shows up.

Winner: Jayhawks...too much Withey and McLemore shows up as Hardaway Jr. and Robinson get him going.

The Gators have seen the Tape and will not be surprised by anything that FGCU is capable of doing. The most interesting thing going on in this one is how will FGCU Eagles play being the Hunted and not just the Hunter? That will go a long way in this one. The Cinderella and the "Sneak Up on You" Factor is null and void. The Eagles must contain a bevy of talented Gator Players like Patric Young, Kenny Boynton, and Mike Rosario to name a few. High-End Talent playing "Billy Ball" is always a Recipe for the Final 4.

Talking FGCU you have sen the talents and here is the Top Eagles flying through the Field of 64 wearing Cinderella Nike Basketball Scooby Doos.

LOGO WATCH "TGIF Games"...the Impact of these Friday Night NBA Games are in both Conferences as everyone continues jockeying for SEEDS #ATLvsBOS #BKNvsDEN #HOUvsMEM

The NBA Playoffs are near and all but One Slot is up for grabs. The Champs 305...Miami Heat have all but locked up #1 in the East and it would be safe to say they will have the #1 Seed overall unless King James and Company take a "Right Turn Clyde".

The West is up for grabs as the Spurs are getting chased by the Young Gunz OKC. Then the Clips, Grizz, and Nugs are playing "Scrabble" as they move around for three through five. The #RedNation and #Dub Nation are vying for #6 with the Warriors holding it down as we go to press. Then the LAKEshow as they try to give that "Crazy 8" Seed away have the Jazz, Mavs, and #BlazerMania.

The Top Three Games for March 29 impacting the Standings in the Logo:

the Highlight Factory 404 HAWKS @ the Green Team CELTS

The Hawks come in two and a half games up on the C's at the #6 slot in the East as the C's are trying to stay away from the #8 Bucks and playing the Heat in round 1. The Hawks also find themselves percentage points behind the Bulls for #5 and just two and a half games from the #4 Nets. With the Bulls being idle tonight and at Big D on Saturday and the Nets in Mile High Tonight the Hawks can make up some ground.

Key Match Up

C's PG Avery Bradley vs Hawks Emerging Star PG Jeff Teague (pictured right).

"Brooklyn has a Home Team" NETS @ Mile High NUGGETS

The Nets are a stones throw off the #KnicksTape and and the Bulls and Hawks are within distance of getting to them. The Mile High Nugs are four a half off the Northwest leading Thunder but have to stay away from the Grizz as they are one game behind the Nugs for the #4 slot in the West. Nets have been playing some of their best Basketball of the Season and they cannot get into a track Meet with the Nugs and turn it into the Nuggets Relays or they will get blown out.

Key Match Ups

JJ vs Iggy of Mile High

Mr. Evans vs the "MANimal" Faried

#REDnation ROCKETS @ Grind House GRIZZ

The Rockets are in a position to where they have to either catch the GSW or get off the pot. The Lakers are not catching them at #7 but playing in the Grind House tonight vs a all of a sudden vulnerable Grizz Team that has forgotten their staple.."D" is an enticing match up for the Rockets. The Grizz have to get back to their Defensive Principals and get back in the saddle as Winning Time is near. The Grizz are a game behind the Nugs and if they keep losing they will be going to Mile High as a Five Seed with the Nugs having the Home Court Advantage.

MARCH MADNESS West Region...the BUCKEYES outlast the U of A 'CATS....SHOCKERS roll into the ELITE 8...Big Ten and Missouri Valley..Stand Up!

The Ohio State Buckeyes are at it again and I don;t care what anyone says Buckeyes Lead man Thad Matta has a machine in Columbus. The Buckeyes stay the course down just 38-34 at the break to comeback to beat the Wildcats 73-70 with a last second Money Ball as they only do around this time of year.

Led by Super Junior DeShaun Thomas' 20 points, reserve Q-Ross' 17 points, and the steady hand of Mr. Craft-y with 13 points, five rebounds, and five assists the Buckeyes hold off the 'Cats who played well all the way up to the final horn. The Difference in the game was a play here...and a play there. Both Teams played hard and 'Cats Lead Man (a former Lead Assistant under Thad Matta at Ohio State) Sean Miller had the right game plan it just took a shot at the end to beat them.

The 'Cats were led by PG Mark Lyons' 23 points and All-Pac 10 SF Solomon Hill's 16 points.       Numbers wise the game was even a mirror image as the Buckeyes will play MVC Power the Wichita State Shockers.

The Shockers will get the Buckeyes full attention as they go wire to wire to beat the tough and talented A-10 's LaSalle Explorers 72-58. The Shockers do it like they have been all season with their guard play. Behind Malcolm Armstead's 18 points, Carl Hall's 16 points, and 13 points from Rod Baker. The Shockers hold a LaSalle Explorers Team to under 40% from the Field and the Arc. The Shockers had a 16 point lead at the
Breal and about time the Explorers appeared comforatble it was too late. LaSalle was led by Jerrell Wright and Tyrone Garland's 16 points apiece. Explorer Star Guard Ramon Galloway only had 11 points on 4 for 15 from the field.

The Buckeyes and Shockers now will go at it Saturday Afternoon in L.A. for the West Region Title.

MARCH MADNESS East Region...BIG EAST is the BEAST no matter whose leaving...MARQUETTE and the 'CUSE make it happen in D.C...another #1 bites the Dust and the "U" also done #BigEASTRules

The Indiana Hoosiers and Miami Hurricanes were in a lot of brackets moving forward as that was suppose to be the East Regional Final. Well the Big East Big Dawgs had different plans as the Marquette Golden Eagles and Syracuse Orange had other ideas.

Behind an Offense that was aggressive and in Attack Mode an the 'Canes not hitting any shots the Marquette Golden Eagles advance to the East region Finals. Plain and simple the Eagles went right at the 'Canes and they knock the "U" down and they never recovered. The 'Canes picked the worst time to go cold as they shot some 35% from the Field and because they were playing from behind and trying to make amends for bas 2-point shooting they went 8 for 26 from the Arc. The Plan for the Eagles was attack the Paint and the Offensive Glass and they only shot six money balls and made three.

The Eagles two Top Players, Jamil Wilson and Vander Blue, led Marquette with 16 and 14 points respectively. Shane Larkin led the 'Cans with 14 points as they play arguably their worst game in months.

Speaking of the Big East the Syracuse Orange will meet the Golden Eagles in the Finals as they took it right to the #1 East Seed Hoosiers early and the Hoosiers never recovered. 'Cuse had the same plan they have been using for Years under Jimmy B and that is to get up big early and let the Hoosiers try to figure out that patented 2-3 match up 'Cuse Zone. The Hoosiers didn't as they looked dazed and confused and the Orange walk right into the East Finals.

The Hoosiers I think were exposed a little by the Temple Owls (who the Hoosiers beat in the 3rd round in Dayton, Ohio last week) and that opened up the Game Plan for the Orange. Fabulous 2011 Big Mac from Toronto Michael Carter-Williams led the Orange with 24 points, six rebounds, and four thefts. Bloodline Triche also came up big as he has been for the Season adding 14 points. The Hoosiers might have played the best back court they have seen all season minus the Louisville back court of Siva and Smith in Carter-Williams and Triche. Indiana gets 16 points from Victor Oladipo, 13 points from Watford, and 9 points and ten boards from Cody Zeller. A Disappointing end for the Hoosiers Big-Time Regular Season.

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORTS SHORTS Take 79...PENS making a move...Welcome Home IGINLA to the 'BURGH....TAVON AUSTIN is trending at Bluedude Sportstalk #NHL #NFL

After spending all 16 seasons with the Calgary Flames and a Flames Treasure will head to the 'Burgh and join the likes of "Sid the Kid" and Mr. Malkin and try and help the Pens get to Lord Stanley's Cup in 2K13. The rugged and tough Canadian Jarome Iginla (pictured left in Calgary Flames Duds with the "C")will now call the Pittsburgh Penguins Home and we will see shortly if J.I. has anything left in that 16-Years of Ice games for the Pens to salvage.

The Pens are currently right behind the Chicago Blackhawks with the Ice Games 32 Best Record and on a 12-game win streak. Malkin and Cosby and Company have been light out if late and that toughness and leadership Iginla will bring to that Locker Room has no price tag but it may have a Cup. Iginla was the Prized Free Agent and moved a week before the NHL's Trade Deadline. Good Luck "Iggy of the 'Burgh" and grab a Terrible Towel while your at it...Go Pens!

Tavon Austin (pictured right) is trending at Bluedude Sportstalk and he ha lit up all the NFL Draft Boards as he moves North into the 1st round and now many say inside the Top 10. Look Speed kills and we know that look at Mike "9 Route and in your Endzone" Wallace formerly of the Steelers Bugatti Boyz  to the Phins. "I Live in PERCYland USA" Harvin to 12th Man Space Needle from #SKOLnation who has value everywhere from Jersey Sales to the Parking Lot as a Parking Attendant. Fast is Faster than your Fast because Austin will join that fray soon as he is a Blur in Morgantown and a Gadget for an Explosive Offense like that Pistol Stuff.  Austin fits in that same mode as those Players who have Backers to Safeties fits and always on the l

Mr., Tavon Austin you have arrived and as fast as you are between End Zones is as fast as a Sunday Team will be calling you on Day One. LAKER Gang #1 SOAP..."As DWIGHT Turns"..."Deer Hunting" Epsiode...LAKEshow try to slow down the BEER Town Lefty, MISSISSIPPI Lightning, E.I., Colonel SANDERS, and the "Only Game in Town minus the Suds"...the Milwaukee Bucks #LALvsMIL .."Fight for the Crazy 8 Seed"

The LAKEshow has had problems on 2nd legs of Back to Back Games coming out of the Motel and this game will be no different. The Lakers have at least five teams chasing the that "Crazy 8" seed in the West. Meanwhile the Bucks know no one will catch them from behind in the East as they are trying to catch Green Team Celts for #7. Bucks are trying to avoid that East Winning Time Opening Round Match with King James and the Heat....not good.

PLAYBOOK

The Lakers will have to amp this one up as I would suggest a stop on the South side of Beer Town at Leroy's Cigarillos and Go and get all that Energy Stuff...5-Hour Energy, AMP, Red Bull, Monster, and Throttle all those literally and figuratively speaking.

The Lakers must make the Bucks Back Court play Defense and stop all those Splash Plays coming from B-Jennings (playing the Beer Town Lefty) and Monta Ellis (playing Mississippi Lightning) as the Black Mamba must garner their attention from Warm-Ups to when the Game Clock strikes Zeroes. Kobe is coming off a game where he hit 10K Lakes last night with little resistance but he had to play minutes to get it. Jennings and Ellis will go at all comers NASHty, the BLAKEshow, and Doo Doo Duhon...if he is still on the Roster. Lakers slow the Bucks Back Court down they win the game that simple...well almost.

No Ron Ron or Government Name Metta World Peace the Lakers must put a Security Guard and P.I. on the baddest thing in Beer Town at the Small Forward spot since Big Dog Robinson. Turkey's Ersan Ilysaova is all of that and Lakers Nation is #11 in the Bucks Program and maybe your #1 Problem Tonight. Look for the Lakers to throw the "Earl of Staples" Clark and A.J. Jamison on him to slow him down. The Dude has a bag of Tricks and they will be on display Tonight.  Watch Mike Dunleavy Jr. after a few Injury Riddled Seasons (and of course Guaranteed Direct Deposits still flowing) he is back in living in the "Land of Plenty".

The Play in the Middle should be fun as the Logo's #1 Shot Blocker Larry "Colonel" Sanders and that Pistons "Bad Boy" like Attitude will get the Star of "As Dwight Turns...Dwight of Three Stripes. LAKEshow must go to Dwight like they used him last night to take pressure off of Kobe and NASHty. Lakers when in the Lane and Colonel Sanders is there with you ...either Flush it or pas it because your not going through him.

LAKEshow must do these Five Things for a W:

1. Slow Down and Contain Jennings and Ellis
2. Transition Defense
3. Control the Glass
4. Protect the Arc (3 pt line)
5. Get "Dwight of Three Stripes" involved early and often

Bluedude Sportstalk FRONT LINE March 28, 2013....EIGHT Teams enter....FOUR will leave...Who will fold under the immense pressure of the SWEET 16 Cooker?

The East and West regions will get it on Tonight as by now you have started a new Bracket as your was done by 3pm ET on Saturday.  The Pressure is mounting but who will win these four games tonight and move into the Regional Finals?

East Region

7:15pm ET

3 Marquette
2 Miami FL

The 'Canes lose their leading rebounder in Reggie Johnson but they have their most important part and the part that the Marquette Golden Eagles will have to account for..'Canes PG Shane Larkin. The Golden Eagles must slow him down and on Pick and Rolls force him out of the middle of the floor and double everything to the sideline. Make someone else for the 'Canes beat you. The 'Canes are efficient from the Arc as well run those Shooters off the Line.

Marquette Key Player is Vander Blue and is starts and stops with him. Can the Eagles get the Game at their pace to get Miami dazed and confused?

Winner: 'Canes..too much size with Bigs

West Region

7:47pm ET

6 Arizona
2 Ohio ST

The Buckeyes have Bobby Hurley 2K13 in PG Aaron Craft. The 'Cats will try to the Orange into someone else's hands other than Craft's. The 'Cats have a decided edge in the front court with Freshman Brandon Ashley. Solomon Hill is an excellent defender and he will get the Buckeyes #1 Gun in DeShaun Thomas. It will come down to Turnovers and Execution in this one.

Winner: Buckeyes...they have been under the Heat for quite sometime and Big Ten Tourney Champs riding that wave.

East Region

9:45pm ET

4 Syracuse
1 Indiana

A rematch of the 1987 National Championship minus names like Alford, Smart, Coleman, and Siekaly. The Hoosiers might be the one team in the tourney that matches up with the Orange and that vaunted 2-3 Zone better than anyone. They have all the ingredients...Big, Athletic, Fast, excellent guard play, and they know who they are. That Temple Games was a Hoosier Wake-Up Call. The Orange must get Carter-Williams and Fair going and maximize transition opportunities.

Winner: Hoosiers..all those Pieces led by Oladipo and Zeller

West Region

10:17pm ET

13 LaSalle
9 Wichita State

The Shockers play physical and they have very good player in their back court. LaSalle is battle tested coming out of the underrated A-10. Explorers Sr. Guard Galloway is a Problem and the Shockers must account for him and not let him dictate what LaSalle is trying to do offensively. Wichita State comes at you in groves and they have at least eight players averaging at least 5 ppg led by G Cleanthony Early (13.6 ppg) and that is balance. LaSalle pick your poison.

Winner: Shockers as Wichita State has too much balance and depth

"MONSTERS Inside 94 X 50"...the LOGO's Top SCORERS through March 26, 2013...Can @kdTREY5 get his 4th Straight Scoring Title? #KD #theDURANTULA #PlasticManOfThunderAlley

Kevin Durant is lined up once again to get another NBA Scoring Title as it looks like it will go down to the wire. The Black Mamba, the Bully of New MSG, and King James are all viable candidates to throw Spalding Oranges at KD's Throne but can they do it?

The Top 10 Scorers in the Logo through March 26, 2013

1. @kdTREY #YoungGunzOKC 28.2

2. the BULLY of New MSG #KnicksTape 27.5

3. Black Mamba #LAKEshow 27.2

4. @KingJames #Champs305 26.8

5.  "Respect the Beard" #13 #REDnation 26.2

6.  Uncle RUSS #YoungGunzOKC 23.2

7.  Young Steph #DUBnation 22.4

8.  Wade County #HeatGang 21.4

9.  L-Train #RipCityBlazers 21.0

10. TP9 #AlamoCitySPURS 21.0

KD , 'Melo, and Kobe will battle it out as 'Melo can get Hot and go upper 30s to 40s in a Week straight. The Problem with 'Melo trying to catch KD is teammate "Get Shots" J.R. who thinks he is just as important as 'Melo and he takes just as many shots...Tick...Tock...Tick...Tock...get down!

James has been carrying the Heat but Wade has slowly but surely got back to being Wade and that makes the Heat virtually untouchable moving into Winning Time and hence to their 27-Game Win Streak that ended last night...O-Zone Layer.

James Harden aka "Respect the Beard" #13 is all that and the Rockets have a Piece to build around and they should look even better in the 2013-14 season.

Uncle Russ rides Shotgun with KD bit on some Nights he goes for the Solo Act and a Drive through OKC by his lonesome. The Top Scoring Duo in the Logo and you think KD is Not Nice....Uncle Russ is becoming Legendary.

Young Steph to Death is the Warriors who should have been in the All-Star Game and he is proving his worth. He should lead #DUBnation on #WarriorsGround to the #6 seed in the West and Planet Oracle is here to stay as is Run T.L.C..

LaMarcus "L-Train" Aldridge is the best front court Player no one talks about as he is tucked up into the Great Northwest in Rose City playing for Rip City. Add L-Train to Rook D.L. of East Bay and ADIcolor Three Stripes they have All-Stars at the Point and at PF...Inside Out.

TP9...Spurs PG Tony Parker whose Game has been Top Notch since the start of the 2012-13 season and it took off when he traded his Nike Scooby Doos for Peak USA around All-Star time. No pun intended Nike but we will see if those others hold up like TP9's Game.

It is a Three Trick Pony..KD...Melo...and Kobe..."KD is not Nice...Melo "Become Legendary"...and the "Kobe System"...enough said.

LOGO WATCH Hump Day Recap Take 2...GREEN saves GREEN Team in the Q...GOLD SWAGGER hits #REDnation in the Big TUNDRA #BOSvsCLE #INDvsHOU

Down 73-67 after three frames the C's hung close enough to the Cavs to steal it at the end. C's SF Jeff Green get a layup in as time expires to give the C's a 93-92 win. Just what the Logo Doctor ordered for Team Green as they stay at #7 in the East and ahead of Fear the Deer. In the mix the Truth of Green Team...Paul Pierce almost messed up and got a Triple-Double with 19 points, ten rebounds, and eight helpers. C's PF Brandon Bass had a game-high 22 points as the Hero Green added 21 points. The Cavs lose another tough ball game without their All-Star PG who is shut down for the 2012-13 season. The Cavs were led by 16 points by 2G Wayne Ellington and get 13 apiece from CJ Miles and Mo Speights.

Behind a huge 1st frame and a 35-19 lead the Pacers used that as a spring board for the rest of the night and hod off the #REDnation Rockets for 100-91 victory. Both Teams came in trying to help their Playoff Chances and the Pacers stay close to the Knicks as they won. The Rockets fall back and now lose a game of the 6 seed and the idle Warriors.

Area 55 of Gold Swagger played Big after delivering his Post game Remarks to his Teammates after they gave up that Big lead on Monday Night. Hibbert scored 28 points, thirteen rebounds, and three blocks. Pyscho T..Pacers PF Tyler Hansborough chipped in with 16 points and eight boards and Lance Stephenson added 21 points. James Harden had 22 points for the Rockets bit no one else came to play. Pacers move to 45-27 and the Rockets fall to 39-32.

SUNDAY TALK with CHARM City and ATL on my Mind...#PURPLEbrowns making more Moves as they pick up SAFETY HUFF of #RAIDERnation...DIRTY BIRDS get them G-MEN's DE OSI #NFL2K13FA

The Baltimore Ravens prospects were looking bleak for the 2K13 season but one should never count out a Team that has Ravens General Manager Ozzie Newsome's Full Attention.

The Ravens, thanks to a 1985 Fax Machine, get ex-Broncos OLB Elvis Dumervil to go opposite of T-Sizzle after losing OLB Paul Kruger. Now after losing Future HOF Safety Ed Reed to the Texans the Ravens go get them former 1st Round Raider Pick and Safety Mike Huff (pictured left) a former All-American at DB-U...Hookem' Horns UT Austin. Huff will fill the void left by Reed and remember he is a converted Corner to Safety in College but has really goo Cover Skills. Huff will play opposite of James Ihedigbo who will play Strong Safety. When the Ravens strike...and we are not even at the 2K13 NFL Draft yet.

The Dirty Bird Falcons say enough is enough as they were a p[lay away from getting to #47 and now they solidify their D-Line after losing DE John Abrahams. Former G-Men DE Osi Umenyiora (pcitured right) is the newest Falcon and he will be a welcome edition as he is a Verified and Certified Sunday Red Jersey Collector.  The Falcons now will play Osi opposite of Kroy Biermann who is as versatile as they get as a 4-3 Defensive End on Sunday.   The Falcons are still right there and they have made enough moves to put them right back into the thick of things in the NFC along with the Niners and Seahawks.

LOGO WATCH Hump Day Recap Take 1...SPURS hold off surging NUGGETS 100-99...#KNICKStape goes REDBOX Location on GRIZZ...get'em while their Hot! #DENvsSAS #MEMvsNYK

Tim Duncan went Retro Night and D.G. of AT&T along with Alamo City and Riverwalk Point God TP9 go O-Zone Layer to hold of the Mile High Nuggets 100-99. Dunc goes 23 points and fourteen rebounds, D.G. 20 points, and TP9 18 points and eleven assists as the Spurs inch closer to winning the West. The Nugs put up a fight as Javale McGee put his Clown Suit up and went straight Bankers Hours in Nuggets Suit and Tie with 21 points, eleven rebounds, and three blocks. The Nuggets Bench showed up but the Starters didn't and vice verse the Spurs whose Starters showed up but the Bench didn't. Final Tally...Spurs Starters 82  Nuggets Bench 59 points. Do the math for the rest of the results.  Spurs move to 54-17 one a half games up on the Young Gunz OKC. The Nugs have lost two in a row and are 49-24 (4th in the West) which puts them one game ahead of the Grizz who have also fell on hard times.

Speaking of Grizz they get lit up by John Wall in D.C. as Wall goes for 47 points. Well Tonight at New MSG if your going to play bad NYC is not the place to do it in. Led by "Get Shots" J.R.'s 35 points and the Bully of New MSG 22 points the Knicks roll and the final score isn't in no way indicative of what really happened. The Knicks were up on the Grizz some 69-41 at the Break. Yes Conley and Bayless go for 26 and 24 points respectively but that was after the Knicks Dancers did their thing and Rangers Zamboni cleared the Ice. The Grizz now are on a 2-game skid while the Knicks and Lead man Woodson are on a six-game win streak after that 1-4 Motel Trip out West.  #KnicksTape is now #2 in the East by Percentage points over Operation Gold Swagger.

MAKING NOISE with "Operation STOP #28" A Success...RED HOT sees RED and then puts a Check Mark in the Wrong Column...BULLS beat the HEAT and STOP the STREAK at 27...Operation STOP #28 Complete...10-4 Copy!...BULLS Nation that was our NBA Championship for 2012-13!

Bulls did it and who needs to see the ADIzero West Side Story Report Hero when the Bulls stop the 2nd longest Win Streak in NBA History.

Behind a collective effort, timely shooting, and tough hard-nosed half court Defense on the Best Player in the World and the #1 Team in the World the Miami Heat...the Bulls get the W 101-97. Finally the Heat come down to Planet Earth from the O-Zone Layer and meet their match with the Earthlings from Chi City. The Heat again dug them, selves a hole an to their credit came out after the break the Redeem Team like they have been in the previous games. But ion the 4th frame the Bulls traded blow for blow with the Heat and they didn't fold it's just that See Red made Plays and Shots when they had to.

The Bulls were led by 28 points and seven boards from Luol Deng as he played like the All-Star he is regardless what Reggie Rose says. C-Booz 5 had 21 points and seventeen boards as the Amnesty Clause and Boo Birds continue to hound a man that for the most part has played better than Boozer-Like for most of the 2012-13 season. Then 2nd year SF the See Red Butler...Jimmy added 17 points while KRYPTOnate Robinson led the Bulls in the 1st half while netting 14 points. The Heat just couldn't stop the Bulls when they had to.

King James led the Heat like always with 32 points and seven rebounds. He played in spurts and the game they have been playing with the Heat falling behind then here they come caught up with them tonight. That "Kill Switch" the Heat have been using was stolen on the West Side earlier this afternoon. Bosh gets 21 points and Wade County 18 points but the Heat Supporting Cast couldn't fins the groove as well.

Now the Heat fall to 56-15 and still leas the East by eleven and a half games. The Bulls keep the 5th seed as they are trying to rundown the Nets in the 4th seed.

Again Heat Streak stopped at 27 by the Chicago Bull and Luol Deng.....

SEE RED goes "Operation STOP #28" as the CHAMPS 305....WHITE HOT playing in RED HOT brings their 27-Game Win Streak to the MADHOUSE on Madison..WEST SIDE STORY Report Game #70 of 82 #MIAvsCHI #NBAonESPN

The Miami Heat have been on Fire for at least two and half Months and they will be under the watchful eye of the defensive-minded Chicago Bulls Tonight on the West Side of the 'Go. The Heat need just six victories to tie the NBA Record of 3 Wins in a row set by the 7-72 Lakers and that's been well documented. The Bulls need to get a better seed in the East as we go to press they are in the #6 slot. Will Wade County play and the ADIzero West Side Story Report Hero..D-Rose of course will not. MAKING NOISE at NORTHWESTERN University Hoops...DUKE Assistant and former ILLINOIS HS Star CHRIS COLLINS gets the Nod for the WILDCATS...Can he make the 'CATS Hoops like the 'CATS Football?

I have been saying this for more than a few years as Coach K of Duke Longtime Assistant Johnny Dawkins left for Stanford that there will be more soon. Well current Duke Lead Assistant Chris Collins and Steve Wojciechowski are in the Fold to be next Head Coaches somewhere soon as they have been under the watchful eye of many Division 1 Universities for the past few years after their Duke playing Days were over.

Fast Forward to March 27, 2013 and the Northwestern Wildcats have named Chris Collins (pictured left...Former Illinois HS Star at Glenbrook South HS and Big Mac and former Bulls and now current Sixers Lead Man Doug Collins Son ) to be the next Lead Man of the Northwestern Wildcats. The 'Cats had to be looking to make a Splash and they needed a big name with Ties not only heavy in Illinois and the Chicago Area but Nationally as Northwestern is a Top 10 Academic Institution.

Collins will bring his Resume from Duke as an impressive one as he help land some of the T
op School Boy Hooper at Duke in the last 10 years. Also having worked with Coach K for the Men's US National Team is a huge plus as well. The one question remains as can he get that Top 50 kid nationally to wear Purple and Black? I remember twenty some odd years ago they had one Hoosier All-American Alan Henderson almost signed and that was the closest they have had to my knowledge of a big time Recruit. That is neither here nor there as there are plenty of Kids to look at in the Chicago Area but will the Northwestern Academic Standards get in the way as well? The 'Cats are Hidden Gem in Division 1 Athletics ask the Women's LaCrosse Team.

Good Luck Coach Collins as that is a tall order and a nice Science Project.

Bluedude Sportstalk FRONT LINE March 27, 2013...Key INJURIES all over the Sports World Affecting Now and Later....#2 in PINSTRIPES...M.W.P. LAKEshow...and now 'CANES Back Up BIG #InjuryIssues

The Injury Bug can be devastating and now it has hit Teams at Key Moments in Training Camp, Regular Season, or even Tourney Time. Let's take a quick look at Three Teams that are losing Key Players at key junctures in the Season.

Bronx Bombers...#2 Shortstop...Derek Jeter tried to get back for Opening Day on that surgically repaired Ankle and they Yanks have shut him down. He reportedly will start the Season on the Disabled List and the Yanks have another Star not ready for Opening Day 2K13. The Yanks will have no A-Rod, Granderson, Tex, and now #2 in that Line Up but they have the 2K13 WBC MVP in Robbie Cano...enough said!

LAKEShow...terrible news out of Laker Land is that Starting Power Forward Metta World Peace reportedly has a Torn Meniscus and will be out indefinitely. M.W.P. is probably the one player that the Lakers could ill afford to lose outside of the Black Mamba as they push to get into West Winning Time. The Lakers now will most likely go with A.J. Antawn Jamison at the Small Forward or move Earl Clark in that slot and go big with a Starting Line Up of KB24, NASHty, Dwight of Three Stripes, the Spaniard, and the "Earl of Staples".

The Miami Hurricanes get a huge blow as Back Up Front Court Player Reggie Johnson will miss the Sweet 16 and possibly the Elite 8 as he gets minor Knee Surgery. The "Canes have work to do but that is a big blow too the Rotation up front. Now reportedly of they get to the Final Four in ATL next week R.J. is a go but they have to get there first.

LOGO WATCH Tuesday Recap...MAVS jump in JAZZ and LAKEshow Whip for the #8 Seed in the WEST....'MELO and "Get Shots" J.R. shoot a combined 54 Times to beat the C's 100-85...#LOGOWatchTuesday...Slow but Interesting!

Don't look now as everyone following the Logo closely thinks the 8th Seed in the West will be won by either the Jazz or LAKEshow...well think again. The Dallas Mavs join the Fray with their own Coach, Roster, Owner, Fan Base, Dancers, and DIRKilsicious!

Yes NBA Heads it's not a new Candy Bar or Bubble Gum but its the Mavs Best Player ever and German Royalty. @Swish41 has finally settled in as Mavs Lead Man Carlisle has did his best Coaching Job yet aside the Chip in the 2010-11 Season. Tonight the Mavs beat the Clips 109-102 in Extras with Dirk netting 33 points an nine rebounds. Not to be out done was the Logo's #1 Point God in CP3 of Lob City as he matched Dirk with 33 of his own coupled with six rebounds and five assists. The Mavs haven't been this close to .500 since early November the Start of the 2012-13 Season. The Mavs are tied with the Jazz for #9 and they both are one game back of the LAKEshow...Wow!

Speaking of Playoffs and creeping up on the pack the Boston Celtics had no shot vs the "Gotham Light" and #KnicksTape Two-Pack of the Bully of New MSG and "get Shots" J.R.. The Knicks beat the KG-less C's 100-85 as Melo and J.R. combined for 61 of the 100 points on some 54 shots. Now look you and a whole Men's League couldn't get that many shots off in Warm-Ups combined. The Knicks now climb over Operation Gold Swagger by Percentage Points for #2 in the East. The C's get 19 points, ten boards, and six assists from Jeff Green. The C's fall 2 1/2 games back of the Bulls and have Fear the Deer just 1 1/2 games behind them for the #7 seed.

Bluedude Sportstalk SPORTS SHORTS Take 78...DELLE-DONNE carries BLUE HENS...Baylor's GRINER Dunks, Dunks, and Dunks again...FGCU Alum #1 on the BUMP for the PALE HOSE

After an inauspicious start to her Collegiate Career Delaware Blue Hen Women's Basketball Star Elena Della Donne (pictured left) leads the Blue Hens as a 6 seed over the 3 seed UNC Lady Tar Heels 78-69. Delle Donne scored 33 points in her final home games for the Hens. Delle Donne was the #1 ranked HS Girls Basketball Player and a 2008 Big Mac when she had already committed to play for UConn. Then after a Weekend on Campus she left UConn only to find herself apparently just burn out of School, Sports, and just being who she was. She then transferred to Delaware where she excelled at both Volleyball and Basketball like she did in High School. Griner of Baylor gets all the ink but Delle Donne is also "Next in Line" in the WNBA and maybe the 2013 Women's Final Four.

Speaking of Brittney Griner of Baylor the Bears smacked the FSU Seminoles 85-47 in her final home game as Griner tallied 33 points and twenty-two rebounds. Griner also had George W. in the House and he and the Baylor Faithful also were on hand to see Griner throw down not one, not two, but three taking the Elevator (Dunks). Both Griner and Delle Donne as well as Notre Dame's Skylar Diggins are the Three Best Draft Prospects for the WNBA in a long long time. They should all go in that order unless its filling an actual need.

The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles are getting a lot of attention and deservedly so.Now the Bluedude needed to look at the Famous Alum that hail from FGCU and I had to look no further than about 32 miles east of me. Chicago White Sox Left Hand Ace Chris Sale (pictured right) played 4 years for the Eagles from 2007-2010 and dominated. Along with Sale is Current Ohio State Football Coach Urban Meyer's Daughter also plays Volleyball at FGCU. How about that for 360 Degrees as we all look forward to FGCU and the Gators in the "Battle of Florida College Hoops" on Friday Night.

SCHOLASTIC DAYZ with a Crossover of the 2013 JORDAN BRAND Classic...the 2K13 JBC All-American Rosters are definitely "Next vs Next"...and Some will "BECOME LEGENDARY"... WIGGINS, RANDLE, HARRISON 2-Pack, PARKER, and YOUNG to name a Few....@JordanClassic

The Big Mac Classic (McDonald's All-American) is the Original of course an that will go down on April 3, 2013 at the Madhouse on Madison in Chi City as the Bluedude hasn't missed a Big Mac Game since 2008. Having said all that the Roster for the Jordan Brand Classic to be held in the "Barclays" the House that "Brooklyn has a Home Team" built is absolutely loaded.

They say at Jordan Brand," Become Legendary", well this 2K13 Class has a chance with an enticing Mix of the Future at all Five Positions as well as Fundamentally Sound Ziploc Tight Skill Sets. Bloodline is every where with Jabari Parker (Dad Sonny former NBA Player) and consensus Overall #1 Player Andrew Wiggins (Dad Mitchell Wiggins former NBA Player and Mom Track Star on Canadian National Olympic Track Team). Then a Two-Pack out of the H-Town Area that is TnT..."Dynamite"..the Harrison Twins who will man the UK Lexington Backcourt in 2012-13. Randle of Big D (who is the Best Big since Bosh (Heat) and L-Train (Blazers) to come out of Big D) who looks like current Knicks S.T.A.T. with a mix of the Late Great Boomer Sooner All-American and Pacer Great Wayman Tisdale....coming Left and stop it!

What about another Two-Pack (No Relation) going to the Swamp to play for Billy Ball and the Gators in electric Point God Kasey Hill and Custodian Chris Walker. Another Big D Texas Sniper that will take over for current Duke Sniper Seth Curry is Matt Jones of DeSoto, Texas. Lock him down off Big Bird (Yellow School Bus) or its Katy Perry..."Fireworks".  Another Bloodline as Kuran Iverson (Nephew of former Hoya Paranoia and Sixer Great Allen Iverson) going to Memphis is on deck at the 2K13 JBC. High-Flying Aaron Gordon of the Left Coast as he is Undecided where to pick up University College Core Cirriculum Studies along with that NCAA Orange. The Talent in this one is like a Whose Who among the Best to lace them up in the 2012-13 Scholastic Basketball Season.

Enough talk...Rosters please:

Florida, Kansas, Duke, and Indiana have two each to add to their Rosters and they are all Burners and can get down.

360 Degrees from the Bluedude...Five Schools account for 14 of the Twenty-Two Players. The Rich keep getting richer in Major College Basketball.

SUNDAY TALK....with a PRO DAY Watch of Hookem' HORNS Prospects and IRISH PRO Day w/ MLB Manti TE'O....also STEELERS say not interested to #92 #NFLDraft2K1330DaysAway

The Pro Day for the Texas Longhorns was interesting considering they have the #1 projected Safety in the Draft, an Olympian High Jumper and the 2k13 NFL Draft Combine's Fastest Man, and a QB that is recycling himself through Pro Day trying to get a look and interest to possibly signing a Deal in 2K13.

Texas Longhorns Safety Kenny Vaccaro III (pictured left) showed what he showed on Tape to solidify his 1st round projection of being the first Safety off the Board. That will be challenged by Gator Safety Matt Elam who is on a steady climb towards Vaccaro III or for some Teams past Kenny. Vaccaro was injured and couldn't run the 40 but from my point of view looked real good in other drills.

Texas WR and US Olympian Marquise Goodwin showed off some of his Route Skills as most Teams being 5-9 and just under 180 el bees will line him up in the Slot so Speed is not important as him having the ability to create space and get open. He had a 42" Vertical Jump and an amazing Broad Jump ...but he is an Olympian in the High Jump figure it out.

Hookem' Horns VY was throwing at Pro Day trying to show Teams that he could still play on Sunday and be an Asset as a 2nd String Sunday QB. He threw to the Tewxas WRs and TEs that are expected to be drafted in the 2K13 Draft as well as a few Longhorn Draft Hopefuls.

Moving over to South Bend, Indiana and this is no Hoax..real stuff trust me the Bluedude watched it. Irish MLB Manti Te'o (pictured right) cleaned up that 40 time (ran a 4.82 at the Combine) and ran a 4.75 40 yard dash. He also ripped 225 el bees on the Bench some 21 times. Some close to the situation are sticking with Manti going between the 17-21 Picks in the 1st Round. Many having him going to the G-Men at #19 as they need a few Good Backers" in Met Life Blue's Roster. Steelers you touch that

Man the Bluedude is heading to #PURPLEbrowns Nation and the Blog will be exiled.....

Steelers say they are no longer interested in signing #92 "Mr. Clean" James Harrison as the Steelers have closed that book. Harrison should have called some other Ex-Steelers that have dealt with the Black and Yellow in the Past and they probably would've told him sign to whatever they give you. Remember Harrison's Agent said he had some feelers and now it looks like Harrison will be joining the Bluedude for Red Zone and Sunday Ticket. Fellas quit listening to those Agents 100% of the time and try to get on the Negotiations yourself with Agent present. It's in you best Interest and your Checking Account.

#KNICKStape #1 SOAP..."GOTHAM LIGHT"...KNICKS head to BEAN Town for Boston CLAM CHOWDER and Date Night with the C's...maybe No TYSON of MSG...No KG...still its KNICKERbockers vs CELTS #NYKvsBOS #NBAonTNT...What's your Favorite Cereal 'Melo?

The Knicks roll into the New Boston Garden with one thing on their mind getting that #2 Seed in the East by any means necessary. The C's do not want the #8 seed as they sit in the #7 seed as they try to avoid the White Hot playing Red Hot in the Miami Heat until the Eastern Conference Championship. Drama unfolding in the East on NBA on TNT..Tonight starting at 7pm ET. (pictured #KnicksTape left and KG with a Nice bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios as the Knicks are in Town)

#KnicksTape KNICKERbockers @ Green Team CELTS

PLAYBOOK

The Knicks come into Bean Town trailing Operation Gold Swagger Indy by 1/2 game. That Eastern Conference Semifinal will pit the #KnicksTape vs #GoldSwagger and it is very important that the Home Court Advantage for that Series in Paramount in terms of trying to move to the East Finals to play White Hot turned Red Hot...the Miami Heat.

There will be no KG for the C's and Tyson of MSG is questionable but it doesn't matter as the Knicks don't run through Tyson on Offense anyway. The Knicks will try to get up and down a little as the Bully of MSG is a glaring mis-match for any Celtic. The C's will throw Bass, Wilcox, and Jeff Green at the Bully along with a sprinkle of the Truth and see how 'Melo handles that. The Bully is a Volume Shooter and the more shots he takes the better the chances of the C's winning.

The Guard Play will be "Everybody loves Raymond of New MSG" vs the C's Avery Bradley. C's Lead Man Doc Rivers knows Ray is just as important as Melo to the Knicks Success and Bradley will be ordered to shut him down and make life miserable for Ray Felton. Can the Knicks out play the Cs back court unit of Bradley, Lee, Terry, and Jordan Crawford with Ray, J-Kidd, "Get Shots" J.R., and Prigioni?

The C's must make up their minds what they want to do with 'Melo...throw multiple Bodies at him or leave him singled out so Knick Shooters don't heavily get involved. The Emergence of C's SF Jeff Green gives the Green two bonafide Scoring Options down the stretch and the Knicks have to pay close attention to Green as Pierce is going to get his.

The C's are only two games back of the Hawks for #6 and the Knicks are two game ahead of the Brooklyn Nets.

Game Time NBA on TNT 7pm ET.. Tonight!

LOGO WATCH RUN T.L.C. Edition as they account for 70 of GSW's 109 points in a WARRIORS win over the LAKEshow 109-103...LAKEshow only up One Game on JAZZ who beat SIXERS...#WeWillMakeThePlayoffs @KobeBryant

The Warriors put the Lakers to bed early as they led 63-40 at the Break and beat the Lakers 109-103 as the LAKEshow makes a late charge as expected. Run T.L.C....Thompson (22 pts) Lee (23 pts 12 rebs) and Curry (25 pts 10 assts 7 rebs) led the charge for #DUBnation as the Lakers stood shaky all night on #WarriorsGround.

The Black Mamba gets 36 but on 27 shot attempts as he went Vintage Kobe Tonight as its not the Lakers Offense but the Lakers Defense. Letting the Home Team do what they want to do right out the gate where is the Purple and Gold Urgency? Championship..Break!..please. How about Laker Pride and putting in some Work down the Stretch. The Lakers Equipment Manager should take the Names off the back of the jerseys (Big Tuna did that to the Cowboys in Training Camp and did it work ...Still don't know!...but it
got the attention then of Cowboys Players like we are all starting from scratch) and see how they play then.

The Warriors came out as though there is Playoff Seeds to be had and they go up one game on the Rockets. That win last week in Rocket City vs #REDnation for #DUBnation might have sealed the Deal for the Warriors as the lights have clicked on and they are playing for something that means a lot to them....Winning Time.

The Lakers now lead the Jazz by one game with 11 games to play and the if the Lakers do not get into Winning Time imagine that Environment at the El Segundo, California Lakers Practice Facility...Wow!

Dwight of Three Stripes scores 11 points and grabs fifteen rebounds as NASHty goes 19 points, eight boards, and 7 helpers. The Lakers have to now knuckle down and ask themselves are we all in or all out?

LOGO WATCH with some more WIZ-ardry...JOHN WALL gives the GRIZZ 47 and a 3-Months Free VERIZON Family Share Plan...WALL goes Circa 2009-10 Bluegrass State UK 'CATS on the GRIND House #WIZ 107 #GRIZZ 94

The Big Phone Booth or the Big Wireless was all John Wall as he came ready to give the Grizz all kinds of goodies. Wall and the Wiz beat the Grizz 107-94 but not after everyone in the Verizon Center went home with a Youtube Video Highlight Reel through Verizon Wireless of Wall's 47 Points barrage. (pictured right Wiz PG John Wall at UK after a Splash Play for all of Bluegrass Nation to see)

Wall's Numbers in the 107-94 win with some WIZ-ardry:

47 points
13-22 FG
2-4 3pt FG
19-24 FT
7 boards
8 to feed the Wiz
2 grabs (Fouls)
1 theft
1 No No (blocks)

Wall was getting to the rim on all comers as evident with his 19 of 24 from the Charity Stripe. The Grizz do not let One Man often get it going like Wall did but J-Wall is capable of this now only if he had a Mid-Range Game he would be D-Rose real talk. Wall went off like he was back in Lexington and the 'Cats were playing Morehead State or the East Tenneessee State Buccaneers...going Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs.

The Grizz didn't play all that bad they just got caught up doing the "John Wall" instead of worrying about putting the Wiz where the Grizz though they belonged...in the Grind House. The Grizz now stay a game back of the Nuggets who got stung on Hive Drive of NOLA. The Wiz..well they are headed to the Lottery but they will be a force come here shortly if they get another Player like the 2012 Pick Bradley Beal. The Wiz need Cody Zeller of the IU Hoosiers and make that happen Commissioner Stern.

LOGO WATCH Hive Drive NOLA...NUGGETS get hit with some VOO DOO and get STUNG in NOLA....the HORNETS soon to be PELICANS snap NUGS 15 Game Win Streak #HiveDriveNOLA Hoops

If you would have told me the Hornets would be without Eric Gordon and Greivis Vasquez their starting back court and they host the Nuggets the Bluedude would have told you to fire up the Hurricanes with the Umbrellas in them as it might get ugly.

Two Hours and some change after Tip-Off behind Certified and Verified Logo Sharpshooter Ryan Anderson and much-traveled Dayton Flyers PG in Brian Roberts the Hornets sting the Nugs all they way back to 5,280 feet 110-86 and snap the Nugs 15-game win streak. Anderson led the Hornets with 23 points and one of seven Hornets in double figures. PG Brian Roberts had 13 points and eighteen helpers. Rook SF Darius Miller had 16 and both Rook Ant Davis and Roger Mason Jr. each had 14 points. The Nugs couldn't get their Legs going until the 3rd frame but at the break it was 59-38 Hornets and that Hive had too many Hornets in it.

The Nugs were led by 24 points from Danillo Gallanari as he was one of only three Nugget Players in double figures. The others being Kenneth Faried (13 pts) and Wilson Chandler (11 pts). The Difference in the contest was a +27 from the Arc that the Hornets had on the Nuggets and that will get you beat every night. Now the Nugs have the Grizz only one game behind the them for the #4 slot in the West. The Nuggets chasing down the Thunder isn't out of the question but at 3 1/2 games back its a tall order.

SQUEEZE the ORANGE...with the Peek at the LOGO's Winningest Teams in an 82 Game Season...Can the HEAT make it in the Top Five...they would have to go undefeated the rest of the way #NBARoyalty

The Miami Heat are trying to tie and beat the 33 Wins straight by the 71-72 Lakers who then had one current Heat President on the Roster in Pat Riley. They have six more games to go and it looks like they have Two more tough opponents in their way in the Bulls (March 27) and the Spurs (April 2) that give them problems. If the Heat get the Record where would they rank All-Time amongst the Logo's Winningest Teams in an 82-Game Season?

The List is led by none other than the 1995-96 Bulls that had an NBA Record 72-10 and surprisingly enough that same team came back in 1996-97 and went 69-13 and narrowly missed another 70-win season. Then people are always talking about who had the best run ever in the Logo..Ok!  The Bulls rank at #1 and tied for #2 with those 71-72 Lakers. I know what your thinking as how many times the C's, Lakers, and Bulls are in the Top 10?

The Top 10 NBA Teams by Record

1. Bulls (95-96) 72-10

2. Lakers (71-72) 69-13

2. Bulls (96-97) 69-13

4. 76ers (66-67) 68-13

5. the C's (72-73) 68-14

6. the C's (85-86) 67-15

6. Bulls (91-92) 67-15

6. Lakers (99-00) 67-15

9. Bucks (70-71) 66-16

9. the C's (07-08) 66-16

9. Cavs (08-09) 66-16

Yes I threw the Cavs in there because King James had the Q on fire as he did C-Town and of course later Cavs Nation put something else on fire but that's neither here nor there.

Jordan had Two of the Top Two Records ever when he came back from the Show and that 95-96 Bulls Team was the Best Bulls Team and a Top Three in the logo All-Time.

That 71-72 Lakers Squad had a Top Three Back Court of All-Time in Elgin Baylor and Jerry West aka the "Logo".

The 66-67 Sixers had a Man in the Middle by the name of the Late Great Wilt "20K" Chamberlain. Also they had Hal Greer, Billy C the "Kangaroo Kid", and Chet Walker.

The 72-73 C's had John Havlicek, Dave Cowens, and Paul Silas

The 85-86 C's had Larry Legend, DJ, Danny, Chief, and McHale among others....

The 91-92 Bulls Team was centered around Mike, Scottie and Horace Grant along with John Paxson and Bill Cartwright.

The 99-00 Lakers was Shaq and Kobe's 1st Chip as "Showtime" transformed into the "LAKEshow"

The Bucks 70-71 Team was led by "Sky Hook" and the "Big O"...that is Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson.

The 07-08 C's were led by the New Big Three...KG, the Truth, and Sugar Ray along with a young PG names Rajon Rondo and a Big nicknamed Perk.

The 08-09 Cavs were led by King James...who else?

360 Degree Nuggets....

The Zen Master..Phil Jackson coached four of the ten Teams on the List with the Bulls being three of those Teams...See Red...Always!

The Heat if they win out would be at #5 tied with the 72-73 C's....at 68-14

Note: W-L Records from Basketball-Reference.com...name dropping the Bluedude

MAKING NOISE "Battle of the Sunshine State" Logo Edition...EL MAGIC stayed a Formidable Foe for Two Frames then...KING JAMES and BIRDMAN strikes as WHITE HOT is still RED HOT playing in WHITE HOT as the Streak moves to #27 DR SEUSS Mother Goose...EL HEAT 6 Games away from Record

The Miami Heat made it look too easy tonight in the House that "Dwight of Three Stripes" built as they eventually cruise to a 108-94 win. The Heat almost made a mockery of the Magic for the 1st Two to two and a half frames then as the Magic got close with that Faithful Magic Nation and the O-Zone Club high above getting into as though they smell upset....No!

King James then put his best feet forward along with a Heat Splash Play or two and they hold the Magic to 43% shooting while the Heat shoot just over 47%. King James led the way 24 points, eleven helpers, and nine rebounds. With Wade County out again Heat PG Regular Mario added 17 points and five assists. Sugar Ray and Bosh chipped in with 12 points apiece and M&M Plain...Mike Miller (who started in Wade's absence) had 7 points and five boards.

The Magic stayed close as they have some nice young pieces including SFs Tobias Harris (Bucks 2011 1st Round Pick) and Moe Harkless (Magic 2012 1st Rounder from the Johnnies of St. John's). Magic PG Jameer Nelson is still the heart and soul of the young Magic but they had no Arron Affalo, Nikola Vucevic, Big Baby Davis, and the suspended Hedo Turkoglu. Nelson led the Magic with 27 points and twelve helpers with Harris adding 20 points.

The Heat move to 56-14 and just think if they were 60-10 would people be talking about the 1995-96 72-10 Chicago Bulls Record? The Heat just missed it if they win out they would be 68-14 which would be the 5th best ever. Up next for the Heat Wednesday in Chi City and we might see the ADIzero Hero D-Rose....lookout for some Madhouse on Madison Theatre regardless if Rose plays or not.
