The Hawks come off a long layoff to take on the 2011-12 Stanley Cup Champion L.A. Kings who have been playing steady. The Kings 36 points puts them in the lower Half of the West Playoff Teams as we get close Ice Games Winning Time.

The Hawks are holding on to the NHL's Best record by one point over the Pens and three points over the Mighty Ducks. The Hawks come in with the Premier D on Ice and the Kings have had their difficulty putting the Frozen One in the night. The Hawks are 7-3 in their last ten games and the Kings 5-5 in their last ten games.

The Defending World Champs are led by Center Anze Kopitar's 28 points, RW Justin Williams and Center Jeff Carter's 21 point apiece. The Hawks are led by Winger "Citizen Kane" 88's 38 points , Toews 30 points , and Hossa's 23 points. This will be the last meeting for the Hawks vs Kings for the 2012-13 season as the Hawks lead 2-0. Hawks must stay ahead of both the Ducks in the West and the Pens in the East for Home Ice in Ice Games Winning Time.
