The Denver Nuggets survived the See Red comeback last night with a little help from the Zebras but they won. They are Deep so playing a Back to Back out of the Motel suits their Roster as it is fairly young. OKC has been resting and should be raring to get at the Nuggets their last loss and that was in the Big 2-Liter...the Pepsi Center in Denver.
The Premier Match Up will be Ty Lawson on Uncle Russ at the point and that alone is worth the price of OKC Admission. Both teams will have to make a concerted effort to get back in Transition D to stop both of these Points as they like to go on the "One Man Fast Break" occasionally.
"Swiss Army Knife" Thabo Sefolosha will get Iggy of Mile High who hit the game-winning Money Ball in Chi City last night. Both are defensive stoppers with a propensity to get hot from the Land of Plenty. Iggy is also one of the best Dunkers in the Logo and he and King James are the only Small Forwards in the Top 10 in Dunks in the Logo.
KD will get Nugs SF Wilson Chandler who had a night last night by pouring in 35 points in just over 39 minutes vs the Bulls. KD will have to make him work on Defense and try to wear him down. The Nugs will also throw SF Corey Brewer at KD and he also had 16 points last night vs the Bulls including 8 points by Elevator.
The Front Court will be the difference in this one with Javale and the MANimal going up against Perk and Air Congo...Ibaka. Which every team closes down the Lane and controls the Glass on both ends should win. Remember you have Two of the top Three Teams in the logo in Fast Break Points and when Teams shoot jumpers that leads to easy transition baskets.
