The Injury Bug has spread like the Flu Bug on the Yankees 2013 Rosters as everyone who is in Uniform has been hit and some are even doubtful to be in the Opening Day 2013 Line Up.

Taking a look at the obvious is Yanks Third Baseman Alex Rodriguez to start the Season on the 60-Day DL. After Hip Surgery it will be a struggle to see A-Rod before the Mid-Summers Classic 2K13. Curtis Granderson gets hit by a Pitch in Spring Training and breaks a bone in his forearm  as he is doubtful for Opening Day. First Baseman Mark Teixeira is out until May with a Wrist Injury. The Injuries keep piling up and you just hope it doesn't start hitting the Rotation.

Yankees Key Players with Injuries

SS Derek Jeter ...ankle swelling day to day
1B Mark Teixeira...wrist injury back in May 2K13
3B A-Rod..Off Season Hip Surgery August 2K13
CF Curtis Granderson...Broken Forearm Late April 2K13
SP Michael Pineda..Shoulder Surgery June 2013
SP Phil Hughes...Back Contusion Day to Day

The Yanks haven't had the Key Injury on that Rotation which is good. Hughes was just hit with an injury in a game earlier this week. The One thing the Bombers have going for them is they have a locked in 2B in 2K13 WBC MVP Robinson Cano and for starters that almost as good as anyone.
