Do not count the Blazers out of the West Winning Time yet as they are only 2 1/2 games back as they head into Thunder Alley to tackle the Young Gunz OKC and KD and Uncle Russ. The Thunder is 2 1/2 games back of the Spurs and that loss to the Silver and Black of Texas last week was huge. The Thunder know they must try to win out to get the all important Home Court Advantage in the West. (pictured left former OKC PG Eric Maynor now Blazers and pictured right RUSS..enough said)

The Blazers are riding a mini wave and have won two in a row but they are officially on the clock trying top get to West Winning Time. The Thunder have not been playing their best Basketball and that is alarming since we move to April next week. Can the Young Gunz throttle it up to get that #1 Seed in the West.

The Point Guard Match Up will pit the Rookie vs the Established Star in Rip City Dynamic Rook Damian Lillard taking on Jordan Brand and Olympian Uncle Russ..@RussWest44 of the Young Gunz OKC. There is a monkey wrench thrown into the Game as former Thunder 1st Rounder and back up PG Eric Maynor was dealt to Rip City at the Trade Deadline and that was a huge pick up for the Blazers and the rookie D.L. Maynor has to be licking his chops and looking for Blood as well as Thunder GM Sam Presti. Westbrook will have his hands full.

Wes Matthews is capable of putting up 20 plus and the Young Gunz OKC "Swiss Army Knife" ..Thabo Sefolosha. Can the Thunder slow Matthews Jr. down and Thabo and Company must run him off the Arc. Junior and Batum will shoot the Money Ball and knock it down.

Batum, the French National Team Starting Small Forward, will get KD and he must make KD work on D. Batum is rounding into an excellent NBA Custodian as he does a lot of things well. KD must make Batum put the Orange on the Floor and make plays instead of leaving Nikolas at the Arc.

The Front Court will have Air Congo with his toughest assignment yet taking on the Best power Forward in the logo and yes the Bluedude went there. L-Train...Blazers PF LaMarcus Aldridge is a "Nightmare on your Street". Pick and Pop....Pick and Roll...back to the basket, face up, off the bounce, and and excellent rebounder and shot-blocker as Air Congo must ,make it difficult for L-Train. If Air Congo shows on the Pick and Roll the Thunder must have tight rotations to force L-Train of his sweet spots. This is the best match up in the game right here.

The Thunder must win to keep pace with the Spurs and the Blazers have to win out to keep Winning Time alive!
