I am so tired of the Merry Go Round that is the Chicago Bulls Coaching Carousel or Bulls Organization. That old adage really applies here as an "Organization is only strong at the bottom as it is at the top" and I can't put that in any other terms.
Like his predecessors the Mayor of Hilton Coliseum Fred Hoiberg had no chance of getting anywhere with the Bulls. The fight isn't just through the 82-game trek its with the two gentlemen everyone knows in Chicago if you really follow the Bulls year in and year out.
John Paxson and Gar Forman that is the President of Basketball Operations and General Manager. When do they have to face the "Black Monday" or the "West Side Story Report" Guillotine? I am not going to write this any other way as Chicago I am tired of watching an organization that was at the top in 1998 slowly deteriorate into 'Bottom Feeders".
Its 2018 and even when Air Jordan, the Zen Master dba Phil Jackson, Mr. Pip 33 and the Worm dba Dennis Rodman were doing their thing there was always friction at the top. Remember that 1998 second three-peat squad never had a chance of defending themselves as then Owner Jerry Riensdorf broke that up because he had made his cash and didn't want to pay Mike or deal with the best circus in town and in "Logo Watch" anymore. Now his son runs the operation Michael Reinsdorf.
I look at the Michael Jordan Statue every time I go to a Bulls Game (last one I went to 2011 when D-Rose was doing his thing) and i have mixed feelings because Mike and Company wasn't broke so you don't touch it. They did and that Dynasty was done way too early.
As for Pax and Forman until they get kicked out of Second City its the same ole B.S. yes I said it same old Bison Droppings and its pathetic. I worked in the League two decades back and it was with a Dallas Mavericks Bunch that was "Bottom Feeder" but has been there for quite sometime.
Look Bulls Nation and NBA Heads its the "Culture" in anything you belong to whether its your job or social club or whatever. "Leadership" is always hard to come by and Leaders are born and not attained over time that hog wash! Now you ask yourself if you really know what's going on like myself who will be the next coach as both Forman and Paxson's Jobs are safe and the are the problem!
