2011 Record 10-6 Overall NFC North (3-3)

Ok...they have had a Few Bad Men tackle the Law instead of Tackling Dummies in the Off Season. Coach Schwartz won't put up with that as One Player in the Secondary is already looking for work. For the 1st Time since Wayne Fonts Days the D-Town Tackling Football Club is Hammer Time..."Too Legit to not to be a Good Fit in Winning Time".

The QB is all that as he has been since he was a Star back in Highland Park, Texas HS near the University of SMU and under the Tutelage in College of Offensive Guru and Current Head Coach at UGA Mark Richt. Stafford is the Truth and if he is Upright he is a Problem. He has a Top 5 Trio of Wide Outs in MEAGtron, Calvin Johnson of the Ramlblin' Wreck ATL Fame, Nate Burleson, and Titus Young. A Tight End bigger than the Cowboys Scoreboard in JUMBOtron, Brandon Pettigrew of Stillwater Cowboys Fame, that will be a Monster Year.

The Back Field will be the Biggest Question and they need to off set that Passing Game with a Running Attack that is believable. Kevin Smith is #1 on Depth Chart with Kelland Williams #2. They need to get and hope for 2011 2nd Round Pick Mikel Leshoure to get back into the Fold and leave them Trees alone.

Defensively it all starts with Suh and Avril with a MLB and Captain Stephen Tulloch. Suh still needs to control his emotions but he is a Star Player right now. Avril is playing with no New Contract and that in itself will keep a Fire lit under him. The Back End is controlled by one of the Top Safeties on Sunday in the NFC in Lou Delmas and they needed some Patchwork at the Corners. Chris Houston and former Stud for the Wake Demon Deacons Alphonso Smith will hold down the Corners.

Key Players and Free Agent Acquisitions for 2012:

QB M. Stafford
RB K. Smith
TE JUMBO-tron
WR N. Burleson
T J. Backus
C D. Raiola
WR MEGA-tron

DE K. Vanden Bosch
DT N. Fairley
DE C. Avril
DT SUH
MLB S. Tulloch
CB A. Smith
FS L. Dlemas

The Talent is everywhere but they couldn't handle some Expectations off the field and you would hope at least in LIONS Nation that those Issues don't get in between the Chalk.

The Offense needs a Running Game but that Passing Game is Grade A with all that Speed and the TRON Boys....Mega and Jumbo. Don't forget about 2nd Tight End Tony Scheffler a 2011 FA Pick Up from Denver.

The Defense will be the Key as they still have Corner Issues but Delmas on that Back End is Super Nice. Suh, Avril, Vanden Bosch, and Corey Williams are as good a Front as you will see on Sunday. These are not your "Cheer for the LIONS only on Turkey Day"...these Lions have Lofty Expectations and rightfully so.

Key Games on Schedule for 2012:

Sep. 16 @ the Stick for "Schwartz vs Harbaugh Bowl 2"
Sep. 30 Purple People
Oct. 14 @ the Linc
Oct. 22 @ Soldiers Field
Nov. 11 @ Twin Cities

Nov. 18 Cheese Heads
Nov. 22 Texans "Turkey Day"
Dec. 9 @ the Frozen Tundra
Dec. 22 Dirty Birds
Dec. 30 Monsters of the Midway

They have a few really Good Tilts like Turkey Day 2012 vs Texans and Schwartz vs Harbaugh Bowl 2 will be Must See TV and there will be No Hand Shakes in this one as the Lions unleash Old Suh....hit after the Whistle all day Ndamukong. Then 2 Games with Birds...as in the Dirty Birds 404 and the Bird gang via the Linc.

They have the Roster they just have to put it together but thinks to EA Sports the Season might be a ash as Barry is playing with the Sooners in NCAA 2K13 and MEGAtron is Madden 2K13 Cover Boy...excellent exposure but some wait and see Bad Karma.
