The Seattle Mariners 2012 Season has been a Wash but the Bright Spots don't come to often. The Ace of the Pitching Staff, Felix Hernandez aka KID FELIX, took his 10-5 Record and sparkling 2.74 ERA and 162 Whiffs to the Bump Today vs the Rays and MAMA told you there would be Days Not Like This.

Kid Felix goes Perfect Game for the 23rd in Show History. Facing the Minimum 27 Batters in 9 Innings...Felix Struck Out 12 Rays in front of just over 21K by the Space Needle in Seattle Washington.

Felix Hernandez needed 2 hour and 22 minutes to accomplish the Feat and the Rays had all their Guns in there as they are chasing the Bombers and the AL Wild Card. Rays Starter Jeremy Hellickson went 7 strong allowing 5 hits and the Only Tally in the Game in the 3rd Inning. Hellickson drops to 7-8 on the Season.

Hernandez now goes to 11-5 on the Season drops his ERA from 2.74 to 2.60 and goes from 162 Whiffs to striking out 174 with 12 K's Today during the Perfect Game.

Seattle wins the Contest 1-0.....
