The Jeff Fisher Welcome Wagon is in the Building and the Rams are lucky to have such a Coach Leading on Sunday. Having said that Fish knows there is plenty of work to be done but is it a Overnight Project, Long-Term Project, or a Science Project?

The Offense will be lead by hopefully a Healthy QB in Sam Bradford. He is still has former Corvallis Oregon Alum (Oregon State Beavers) and Las Vegas Native Steven Jackson behind him and that is a Huge Plus. Having said all of that Sunday is a "What have you done for me Lately League".

They get Scott Wells from Lambeau at Center and they have Rodger Saffold  at One Tackle Spot and Jason Smith at the Other. The Whole Sunday Football World is waiting on Smith to come around or he his Job is in Jeopardy. The Wide Outs look like a Whose Who on a Friday Line-Up for the County in Brandon Gibson and Danny Amendola...Who?...Right. The Offense looks like it will star with S-Jack and End with S-Jack.

The Defense is the Rams Strong Suit as they have a Franchise Type D-End in Bloodline Chris Long(son of Raiders HOF and current Fox NFL Analyst Howie Long) and Middle Linebacker De Jour in Columbus, Ohio's University James Laurinaitis. You add Michael Brockers the 2012 1st Round Pick from LSU that is a Nice Piece to go with Long.

The Back End picked up Finnegan Island....Cortland Finnegan that is following Fish from Music City. They also have 2012 2nd Round Gamble in Janoris Jenkins of North Alabama, who was holding it down for the Florida Gators until a Suspension, he is talented. The Safety is former Hard-Hitting Bird Gang Safety Q-Mikell .

Key Players and Free Agent Acquisitions for 2012:

QB S. Bradford
RB Steven Jackson
RB Steven Jackson
RB Steven Jackson
RB Steven Jackson

DE C. Long
DT M. Brockers (2012 1st Round Pick #GeauxTigers)
MLB J. Laurinaitis
CB C. Finnegan
CB J. Jenkins (2012 2nd Round Pick North Alabama)
FS Q. Mikell

Steven Jackson and more Steven Jackson. Bradford needs to make Plays down field as well. The Defense will be their Calling Card for now as they try to get through the NFC west and Sunday. They need More Weapons on the Outside for Bradford and S-Jack.

Key Schedule Dates for 2012:

Sep. 9 @ Motor City
Sep. 23 @ Monsters of the Midway
Sep. 30 12 Zone Washington
Oct. 4 Red Zone AZ
Oct. 21 Packers

Oct. 28 Patriots
Nov. 11 @ the Stick
Nov. 25 @ Red Zone AZ
Dec. 2 Gold Rush
Dec. 30 @ the "Q" near the SPACE Needle

They all look tough and they have the Packers and Patriots to go along with the NFC North and AFC East....not good. The Rams need to take care of Home before worrying what to do on the Road. Coach Fish knows it will be a Long Year but there is some Talent and Young Talent to try to put his stamp on it.
