The Bronx Bombers and Rangers know when the Time comes and when that Time comes it will most likely be them Two in a 7-Game All Out for the AL representative for the 2012 Fall Classic. There are other sin the Running but it just feels like, looks like, and smells like Arlington, Texas and Bronx, N.Y..

The Pale Hose or Tigers have not yet thrown in the Towel by any stretch and if one of them gets in or Both...Lookout because they both a Nice Mix of Pitching and Hitting for October.

The O's have more than held their own and one they are chasing the Yanks and Two the other Team in the DMV has been getting the Headlines all season so that is Fuel for Thought.

The Most Dangerous Team that will most likely be playing the Rangers or Yankees in the Divisional are the Rays. If Evan Longoria can get back to being around 85% and that Pitching holds up with Price leading the way they are Super-Dangerous.

Mid-August AL Power Rankings

1. PINSTRIPES NY (69-47) What Else?...they still need Starting Pitching
2. RANGERS (67-48) They need Dempster to pick it up....
3. PALE HOSE (64-52) All that Hitting and Peavy and Sale

4.  RAYS (63-54) Price, Shields, and Rodney on the Back End....
5. ORIOLES (64-53) Pitching and they have Johnson to Save the Day
6. TIGERS (63-55) They are Chasing Pale Hose only

7. A's (61-56) Fallin' behind Rangers now Wild Card
8. HALOS (61-56) Ditto A's...it might have to be a Wild Card Push

The way it is shaking down is this. Pinstripes trying ward off the Rays and Os for the AL East. Both will be pursuing both the Yanks and Wild Card.

The Rangers are in the Drivers Seat in AL West and Both the A's and Halos will battle it out for the AL Wild Card but will try to close on Rangers in the meantime.

The White Sox know it is a 2-Team Race pretty much for the AL Central but they must also watch the AL Wild Card if the Tigers pass them. The Chi-Sox have the most dangerous Scenario of all teams in the AL.
