The Denver Broncos move on from the Vance Joseph Era as in 24 months he is out as Broncos lead man. I would say this not defending anyone as coaches coach to move up in their profession like anyone else would want the move vertically instead of diagonally. Having said that when you move  in the NFL its a "A QB Driven League" you might want to make sure a Franchise QB or something close to that is inn place for an extended period of time or you have no shot zero chance of getting anywhere.

It appears to me that some coaches are Stop Gap Coaches good enough to get the organization to the point to where they are on the way up. Some coaches just like the organization must do their due diligence and if things are not to your liking say no and stay coordinator as you don't have to do anything. Did Joseph had zero chance with really nothing in place (That "D" was not that good) and you say he was a defensive mind and its "A QB Driven League".

Now the Broncos move on to with QB Case Keenum, Red Jersey Collector Von Miller and #1 WR Emmanuel "Go Go" Sanders on season-ending Achilles Injury and he was on the way out anyway. John Elway has a long way to go to fix this and getting rid of Joseph isn't the problem as maybe shopping for the groceries is and it is what it is!

Broncos as we go to press have requested interviews with Steelers O-Line Coach Mike Munchak and Patriots D-Coordinator Brian Flores...
