The VCU Rams Style is full court Man to Man Run and Jump and forcing you to play at a speed normally your not accustom to. Did VCU Lead Man Shaka Smart get the Memo that UM Ann Arbor Guard Trey Burke is all that and Hardaway Jr. and Robinson II can play as well? Final Score...UM 78 and VCU 53 and just like that the Wolverines are in the Sweet 16.

Well behind a tremendous effort from Trey Burke (18 points and seven assists) and Mitch McGary (21 points and fourteen rebounds and pictured right) the Rams had no shot in this one. The Pressure that usually takes a toll on VCU Opponents played right into Michigan's Favor. What VCU Pressure did it put UM in fast breaks chances and they delivered by simply attacking the Rim and taking what VCU was giving them. Both Hardaway Jr. and Robinson III had 14 points apiece as well for Big Blue.

The Rams were led PF Juvonte Reddic's 16 points but the Rams shot under 40% from the field and only made three of sixteen Money Balls. They had hardly any chances in Transition and the Wolverines played stifling half court Defense on the Rams. Now the Maize and Blue moves onto plays the winner of the UNC/Kansas Tilt that will be played on Sunday.
