The Thunder as we go to press is #3 in the Logo Record wise and #2 in the West behind the TP9-Less Spurs. Now they both meet for a prime time Noon Match Up Central Time as every game in the Logo from here on out impacts someone.

The Celtics have been playing well despite losing "Double R"..Rondo and the "Brazilian Blur" Barbosa. Both C's GM Danny Ainge and Lead Man Doc Rivers have done a fantastic job of mix and matching moving Parts to go with the Two Constants...the Big Ticket..KG and the Truth..P2..Paul Pierce. The Record since Rondo went down is 14-4 and they have also moved themselves from the East Port-A-Potty to the East Picnic with an Umbrella over it. The Bulls, Nets, Hawks, and C's are all in the 4-7 range in the East Playoff Seeds and they are separated by maybe two games.

The Thunder have reeled off a few games in the W Column themselves and now with Spurs PG Tony Parker out with an Ankle Injury for at least a Month the Thunder can catch and pass the Spurs as the Schedule is in OKC's Favor. The Thunder though will also get tested with their New Parts and Rotations as they get to Winning Time.

The C's will not get into a Track Meet with the Thunder but will try to play at a Slow Down pace that is predicated on a half Court game. The Front Court featuring Chris Wilcox vs Perk and Air Congo vs KG. The Featured match Up is P2 vs KD at the Small Forward. Controlling the glass as well as the Paint will be monumental for both parties. Jeff Green will also play KD as they will move the Truth to the big Guard or even the point Forward.

The Guard Play is where the C's have to be concerned as Uncle Russ will get Avery Bradley along with Courtney Lee and Jet Terry. Thunder 2G Thabo Sefolosha will get Jet Terry, Lee, and he might even start out on Paul Pierce. The Chess match will be going in this one between Doc and Scotty Brooks from start to finish.

Can the C's contain both KD and Uncle Russ to keep things close and in check? Can the Thunder force an Up Tempo Game on the C's and make them play from behind coming out of the Motel?
