The Cleveland Indians have taken care of business in the Month of September as they beat the 'Stros in the first of three at the Jake. Yes I call it the Jake because the Tribe is back doing what they use to do at the Jake in the mid to late 90s...win all the time.

The Tribe beat the 'Stros 2-1 as they get a solid performance on the hill from RHP Zach McAllister. Lil' Z went five innings allowing just one run on four hits as he struck out three and walked two. 'Stros Hot Corner Brandon Laird was the Hitter who took McAllister deep for a Solo Bomb and the 'Stros only run. Indians get their two runs from Back Stop Carlos Santana and RF Ryan Raburn. 'Stros LHP Brett Oberholtzer take the loss as he went the full six giving up two runs on four hits while striking out two and walking three.

Now the Tribe move to 84-70 as they await the Final Scores from the Rays (83-69) and the Rangers (83-69) to become final. The Indians are right where they need to be.
