They miss all the Time in the Sunday Draft or in any Draft. When you have a Top Pick via the 1st Round Variety you have to get it right. And when your Picking the most important Position on Sunday your QB or arguably the 2nd Most important Left Tackles you have to make sure he is it.

Now who is the Best Left Tackle on Sunday in 2012? Names from the past the Great Jackie Slater, Anthony Munoz, Randall McDaniel, Willie Roaf, Jonathan Ogden, and Walter Jones to name a few. Teams that miss on Left Tackles its sets everything back and even the QB who is relying on that Tackle to protect in most instances his blindside.

Of recent Memory guys like the Falcons' Sam Baker, Bears' Chris Williams, Colts' Tony Ugoh, and Rams' Jason Smith have never established themselves as a Marquee Left Tackle even though they were drafted as such check the Pick and the Direct Deposits.

The Best LEFT TACKLES on Sunday for 2012 is sponsored by you don't have to play on a Winning Team or have a Big-Time Sunday Signal-Caller to pancake everything coming your way whether it is a Defensive End, Speed Rusher, or Defensive Back:

1. Joe Thomas Dawg Pound (pictured to the Right #73): Drafted Top 5 in 2007 and the #1 OT on the Board out of O-Line University..The University of Wisconsin Madison. Thomas is Next in Line when talking the Best Left Tackles in the Game. Looks like a little bit of John Hannah and Anthony Munoz. Browns Rookie RB will gain a lot of Yards behind Thomas.

2. Joe Staley Gold Rush: Staley was the 3rd Tackle drafted in 2007 and the Last OT in the 1st Round.    A throwback on them lines of a Young Steve Wiesnewski. Excellent at the Point of Attack and a Nasty Streak like a Honey Badger. Made his 1st Pro Bowl inn 2011 and he will make a few more Runs to Hawaii.

3. Duane Brown Texans: Sometimes the Talent is in the Rb and sometimes its in the RB and the O-Line. Texans Brown is a Mix of Excellent Quickness and Excellent Power. The Average Tackles have one or the other. Ask Texans' RB Foster and Tate who springs them to the Outside a lot they will tell you Brown of course.

4. Jake Long Aqua Boyz 305: Long was all that at the Big House in College and is still Left Tackle Royalty. Drafted in 2008 #1 and the last O-Tackle to do so he has already been to 4 Pro Bowls and there will be more. Phins RB Reggie Bush and New QB Ryan Tanneyhill have to love Long all day everyday.

5. Andrew Whitworth the Jungle on the Ohio: He is Just a Rock-Solid Player that does nothing Spectacular but everything well with no glaring weaknesses. He was a 2nd Round Pick in 2006 and he not only is he a Steal playing Left Tackle but he is what Draft Experts call when guys are drafted and play right Away..PLUG and PLAY.

6. Branden Albert Arrowhead: He was a Top 15 Pick in 2008 and played for the Wahoos...Virgnia Charlottesville with Current Gang Green Offensive Tackle D'brickashaw Ferguson. Albert was a Guard in College but excellent Range and Footwork landed him at Left Tackle now he is in the Money. A Key Cog in QB Cassell staying Clean in the Pocket and springing All-Pro RB Jamaal Charles on the Outside.

7. Michael Roos OPRYland Boyz: Titans have a Monster at Left tackle and that is more reason for concern with CJ28's lack of Production. Roos helped Hasselback stay Clean when he came over from the Seahawks and helped CJ28 get to where he is now. Solid and Rangy with a Nasty Streak like most Left Tackles have.

8. Da'Brickashaw Ferguson Gang Green: He is the Reason Rexy Ryan was always talking about Ground and Pound. A top Flight Left Tackle who is Athletic as they come. Teamed up with Chiefs Albert at the University of Virginia for Two Years. No reason the Jets should have any problems running the Wildcat to his Side.

9. Jordan Gross Panthers: The Wiley Vet that will enter his 11th Season on Sunday and is the Same Guy both Pass Blocking and Run Blocking. He is a Technique Player so what he lacks for in his limited Athleticism he makes up for in Technique. Look Players don't last this Long playing Sunday without being a Monster.

10. Tyron Smith 'Boys: He is Another Smart Draft Pick for Jerry Jones and the Cowboys. If you miss you better miss in the 4th or later Rounds because those Top 3 Rounds have value and you get the Player he perform as expected. Smith is only 21 Years Old entering this Season and he could be another O-Lineman like the Great Larry Allen of the 'Boys who was an Offensive Guard. Excellent Strength and Athleticism is Smith's Calling card.

All these Players Team got it right. But for every Franchise Tackle you get right it appears to be 4-5 that are not the right pick. The Left Tackle Blues on Sunday some have them some don't.
