The Junior Circuit looks like it will hit 2 1/2 Weeks of Day-to-Day Drama Filled Hardball as the Bronx Bombers lead is 1 in the AL East, the Pale Hose lead is 2 in the AL Central, and the Rangers lead is 3 in the AL West and here we go Show Heads and someone is not going to make it.

The Bronx Bombers have been Nip and Tuck for at least 2 Weeks as the O's trail by 1 and Rays have fallen off the Divisional Race by 5. The Rays are probably looking to stay in the AL Wild Card Race even though the AL East is within reach just a tad.

The White Sox have a 2:20PM ET Make-Up Game Today vs the Tigers and they are holding on for Dear Life in the Central. They lead by just 2 Games. It looks like the Loser in the Central might be out a an AL Wild Card possibility.

The AL West leading Texas Rangers knew from April that it would be a 2-Team Race but what they didn't know it would be the Swingin' A's and Not the Halos of Orange County California. The Loser of the AL West will most certainly have to play in that bizarre 1-Game Playoff Game for the 4th Team in the AL Fall Classic Tourney 2012.

September 17, 2012 AL POWER Rankings

1. RANGERS 87-59
2. SWINGIN' A's 84-62...3 back
3. BRONX BOMBERS 83-63...4 back
4. ORIOLES 82-64...5 back
5. PALE HOSE 79-66...7.5 back

6. HALOS 80-67...9.5 back
7. RAYS 78-68...9 back
8. TIGERS 77-68...9.5 back

The Wild Card Race

1. A's
2. O's ...2 back
3. HALOS...2.5 back
4. RAYS...4 back
5. TIGERS...4.5 back

The A's, O's, and Tigers are all gunning for the Division as they know no one wants to play in the Wild Card 1-Game Playoff.

Both AL West Teams the Rangers and A's also have the Two Best AL Records. The Rays and Halos appear to be the Only Teams that have a Wild Card Chance only as the Loser in the AL Central will not make the 2012 Fall Classic Tourney.
