With the Defending World Champion St. Louis Cardinals of Baseball Town USA only 3 Games up in the NL Wild Card as the #2 Seed there is Work to do. Problem is the Washington Nationals are in their own fight as they go for the NL's Best record and Home Field Advantage throughout the NL Fall Classic Tourney. The Home Field through the Fall Classic goes through the Senior Circuit having won the 2012 Mid Summer's Classic.

The Nats have everything to play for as they lead the #2 Overall Seed Cincinnati Red Legs by 1 Game and the NL West Winner Gigantes by 3 Games. Yes the Nats, Red Legs, and Gigantes have all punched their Ticket for the NL Side of the Fall Classic Tourney but the #1 Overall Seed is still out their for the picking.

With the Nats and Redbirds still fighting a crucial 3 Piece in New Busch is on Tap for all you NL Pennant Watchers and it has some Instant Ramifications depending on who does what.

NATS @ REDBIRDS  3 Piece Preview
(with NL Wild Card and Overall #1 Seed in the NL up for the taking )

September 28, 2012
WSH Jackson (9-10) vs STL Wainright (13-13) 8:15PM ET

September 29, 2012
WSH Zimmerman (12-8) vs STL Lohse (16-3) 7:15PM ET

September 30, 2012
WSH Detwiler (10-7) vs STL Lynn (17-7)  2:15PM ET

Don't think the Redbirds are going for it they have the Big Guns going and the Rotation came around perfect for this 3 Game Set.

The Nats will have 3-4-5 in the Rotation going against the Redbirds 3-1-2 and just think they are prepping Right-Hander Chris Carpenter aka CARP for the Post Season Run if there is one. This could be a National League Divisional and lucky for the Cards don't see Nats 2012 Cy Young Nominee G2 of the Potomac 2-Pack...Left-Hander Gio Gonzalez.

NL Drama and with Sunday's and Fall Saturday's going with the NBA Training Camp in the Back Drop..."Honey I Shrunk the Kids"
