Steelers Safety Troy Polamalu has no doubt lost a Step in Speed but not in improvising and Football Smarts. He had a bounce back year in 2013 and that landed him at #61 in the top 100 NFL Players of 2014.

#43 is ahead of some real good ones at Safety as the Top Safeties of 2014 have to be Earl Thomas of the L.O.B. and 12's along with new Saints and former Bills Mafia Jack-Of-All Trades Safety Bloodline Jairus Byrd.

Safeties already called 61-100:

#61 Polamalu
#65 Cam Chancellor
#72 Antrell Rolle
#82 T. J. Ward
#92 Eric Weddle

Poalmalu might be more effective in 2014 with former Raiders/Panthers Safety Mike Mitchell teaming up with him as the Steelers can bring both down in the box...and the Speed at Backer and D-Line in front of him only helps #43 effectiveness!

Chancellor (from Beamer Ball Blacksburg VA) is the prototype Big Safety and is the complete Opposite of Teammate Earl "Hookem Horns" Thomas but together they are menacing and the L.O.B...

Rolle is the one consistent on the Back End for the G-Men as he is a converted Corner from the "U" (All-American in Coral Gables) and there he is why the G-Men will play Three Safeties and drop Rolle into the Slot to cover the Slot WR...Versatility is where he flourishes!

The former Dawg Pound Safety Ward will be really "Big" for the Broncos now they have Rahim Moore 100% healthy and back from injury. He should solidify that Orange Crush Back End as he is a true in he Box Safety...

Weddle is essential to the Bolts Success on "D" as he is All over the Pigskin a true Ballhawk...Versatility is also his biggest attribute and his nose for the Pig is uncanny to say the least for this former Utah Running Ute Star...
