The Montreal Forum dba Bell Centre was on 100 all night long but it was not without a few Peaks and Valleys! The Montreal Canadiens head back to NYC down 3-2 staving off elimination as they get to Rangers and Sweden National Team Net Minder Henrik Lundqvist putting him on ice in the 2nd period wit a 4-1 lead.

The 4-1 Habs Lead was compliments of goals by Alex Galchenyuk, Tomas Plekanec, Max Paciorety, and Rene Bourque. The lone Rangers Goal came after it was 1-0 Habs and Derek Stepan scored. The Habs were coming downhill and was in the lead comfortably as the Forum was going Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs then it happened...

The Rangers hit the Bell Centre Phone Booth and come out "Broadway Bullies" and in a four and a half minute span in the 2nd period they get goals from Rick Nash, Stepan (2nd of the Night), and on a Power Play Chris Kreider and for the Love of Canadiens Great Larry Robinson and the "Hair"...the Rangers were back in it 4-4 just like that. Hold your horse though Mr. Rene Bourque strikes not even a minute after the Rangers tied it up to make it 5-4 and the Habs never looked back as that took all the "MO" from New York Rangers in the Playoffs!

In the 3rd Bourque "Lights the Lamp" again for the Cleaning Crew at the Forum to get busy...Hat Trick Me...Habs up 6-4! They get a late Empty Net Goal on some shaky strategy by thre Blue Shirts Brass at the end to win 7-4.

Habs Net Minder Dustin Tokarski was fabulous when he had to be stopping 23/27 shots with a that bad 2nd frame as that was more of an ambush on the Habs in Totality! The Rangers have to play better and Mr. Lundqvist has to be better as he left after stopping just 15 of 19 shots.
