The Chicago Blackhawks trek to Lord Stanley has gotten some help as the Minnesota Wild not the #2 seed Colorado Avalanche in the bracket have advanced. The Wild used Blue-Collar and sheer determination to get by the Avs 4-3 as they did it beating the Avs in the Big 2-Liter in Denver Game 7. The Hawks were down 2-0 to the Blue Notes of Gateway to the West Hockey and then went into Grant Park Celebration Mode to skate by the Notes in four straight. Now we have come to this with four teams standing and the Wild in the Indian Head's way....Round 2 Wild vs Hawks!

Round 2 Series Preview

#WILD Outlook:

They put on a display vs the fast skating and highly-skilled Avs that the Hawks in the 2013-14 season  are all too familiar talking the Wild. The Wild won four of five versus the Hawks this past season but this is Winning Time and it doesn't get any bigger than this. Team USA National Team Captain Zach Parise leads the Wild as had ten points vs the Avs. The Wild Forward can strike as they have extreme balance as its not just Parise you have to worry about. Center Mikko Koiovu of Finland has six points vs the Avs and is a force in the middle of the ice. Young up and coming Star Charlie Coyle is one to watch as he is a fast and big Center that had some real bright spots vs the Avs. Ryan Suter is the Bog Dawg on Defense and he is right there with Duncan Keith of the Hawks as far as skill set.  Russian Ilya Bryzgalov was started in  Net until he lost the first two game saves the Avs. He was relieved by Canadian Darcy Kuemper who won Game 7.

#INDIANHead Outlook:

"Captain Serious" dba Jonathan Toews and the "Bison City Mullet" Patrick Kane came off the injured list and was dominant in the Blues Series as Toews had 7 points and Kane six points with both Hawks Stars talking game0winners in Extras. Bryan Bickell was back to his old self checking and doing damage around the Blue Paint.  Slovakian Michal Handzus was spectacular all around as he along with Ice Games "Lunch Pale Members" Ben Smith and Andrew Shaw were a problem all series long for the Blues around the Boards. Both Patrick Sharp and Marian Hossa finally "Lit the Lamp" and that was a good sign for Coach Q an the Indian Head moving forward. If the Hawks are locked in with their superior Skills and "Netherlands" -Like Speed Skating comes to the forefront the Wild will be on Red Alert the whole entire series. Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook are back doing what they do with Hawks Defensemen shutting down the Blues in the back end of the series.  Corey Crawford started off slow but was dynamic in the end shutting down the Blues and he looks back to complete form that put him in Grant Park last summer (w/ Lord Stanley by his side) talking Hawks Hockey with some pleasant expletives for Hawks Nation and Teammates.

Projection: INDIAN HEAD 4-2

Game 1 Tonight at 9:30pm ET at the Madhouse on Madison...
