That man has hit the Phone Booth and those 1st half struggles appear to be in the rear view mirror. Los Angels Dodgers Ace Clayton Kershaw is back to his old self as he gave the Halos again a "Taste of the  Kershaw Life"!

Kershaw goes eight shutout frames allowing just two hits as he struck out seven and walked just one. He moves to 9-6 but that wasn't the hole story here. Los Angels Angels of Anaheim (and boy that is a mouth full and doin' the most) LHP and starter Andrew Heaney was dealing as well. Heaney went five score less frames matching Kershaw until the 6th.

It was a Scott Van Slyke sac-fly (off of Heaney) coupled with a two-run blast by Dodgers back stop Yasmani Grandal (Off Halos reliever Fernando Salas) that broke open a scoreless affair and ruined what looked to be one heckuva outing by Heaney. Andrew goes 5 1/3 charged with two runs (2 ER) as he takes his firs "L" of 2015 falling to 5-1.

LAD with the "W" moves to 59-45 with the Gigantes of the Bay breathing right down their necks. The Halos at 55-48 are in a flat out Alley Fight with the new 'Stros Show of Harris County Texas Hardball...

Note: Dodgers Captain Save-A-Game Kenley Jansen notches his 19th save of 2015...
