Yes Toronto Blue Jays first baseman and DH Edwin Encarnacion dba in the Twittisphere as @EnCadWin goes 2 for 4 extending his hit streak to 26 games. The Blue Birds though did not get the "W" as visiting Cleveland Indians beats the Jays and David Price 4-2 in the Rogers Centre!

The Tribe struck first in Frame One scoring on a fielder's choice making it 1-0 Indians. That lead held up through four as the 'Jays got things rolling on Tribe starter Danny Salazar in the bottom half of the 5th scoring a crooked two. Those two Ducks coming in off the pond was compliments of a Josh Donaldson three-bagger as he gets closer an closer to being the lead for AL M.V.P.!

Price then in the 7th gave up an RBI double and single as his 2-1 lead quickly turned to a 3-2 deficit.  Price went seven but took the L"L falling to 13-5. Salazar (W, 12-7) went seven and was on the hook for the "W" as the 'Jays had two on and two outs with Donaldson at the dish and he struck out swinging...ball game Tribe!

Tribe Captain Save-A-Game Cody Allen was filthy in the 9th grabbing his 28th save. Lonnie Chisenhall gave the Tribe some much-needed insurance in the 9th with an RBI single pushing the score to the final score of 4-2.

Edwin Encarnacion goes 2 for 4 extending his hitting streak to 26 games and the 'Jays Quest to get to 22 wins in the month of August was shut down. The Carmines beat the Yanks helping the Blue Birds as Toronto still leads the AL East by 1.5 games.
