The Los Angeles Dodgers escape Great American Ballpark along the shores of the Ohio River with a three-game sweep. The Dodgers needed the "Greinkster" in RHP Zack Greinke on the "Hill and a bases-loaded fielder's choice to get a run to blank Cincy 1-0.

Greinke improving to 14-3 went seven strong allowing just four hits striking out 9 and walking two. The Dodgers Pen was equally as effective going the last two frames allowing a hit and striking out one as the Dodgers improve to 70-56 reaching the 70-win plateau and the 5th team to do this on the Senior Circuit.

The Red Stockings "Nightmare at Great American Ballpark" continues without Freddie as they fall to a dismal 52-74. Red Stockings back stop Tucker Barnhart led the Cincy Attack going 2 for 4 as one has to wonder  if they blow it up at the 2K15 Winter Meetings will both Joey Votto and Brandon Phillips be the Players to pick up in a trade?

Cincy starter Anthony DeSclafani takes the "L" falling to 7-10 as he went seven solid frames allowing a run on six hits striking out six with a walk. Dodgers now fly across the country back to Chavez Ravine to face the blue-hit Cubbies and "Maddon Ball" for the weekend!
