The St. Louis Cardinals continues their onslaught on Senior Circuit Foes as they go into the B.O.B. (What use to Bank One Ballpark in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona) and takes four straight. The Redbirds also take the season series 7-0 as they move to an impressive 82-45 and on track to win possibly 110 games.

It was Redbirds starter Carlos Martinez a 2K15 All-Star who went six giving up three runs on four hits as he struck out six moving to 13-6 in 2K15. The Cards starting the scoring in the 1st off of a Kolten Wong two-bagger making it 1-0 Cards. They added to that in the 2nd with a Tony Cruz solo HR and  and a Matt Carpenter RBI double making it 3-0 Cards. D-Backs starter Rubby De La Rosa gave up those three and would alter give up two more and those runs would be the decisive ones to get #RedOctober into the Winner's Circle.

The D-Backs came right back in the bottom half of the 2nd hanging a crooked three on Martinez tying the game at 303 and that frame was highlighted by a Jake Lamb RBI single and a Ender Inciarte two RBI single. Brandon Moss of the Redbirds would break up the tie in the 5th taking De La Rosa deep for a two-run blast making it 5-3 as both Pens would hold up the rest of the way.

A Jason Heyward amazing catch saves Redbirds Captain Save-A-Game Trevor Rosenthal as he grabs his 41st save of 2K15. St. Louis leads the NL Central by 4.5 games over #BUCN and has the Shows best W-L at 82-45 some 37 games over .500.

The D-Backs getting swept and losing their 4th straight might have doomed their chances of making it interesting in the NL West as they are 8.5 games behind the NL West leading Dodgers...
