Cubs Nation will look back on this year no matter how it turns out and say we saw the Rookie Evolution of one Kris Bryant. They will also say we saw both Bryant and Cubs other All-Star in First Baseman Anthony Rizzo evolve into the one of the best 1-2 Punch in the Show talking any MLB Line Up.

On this day it was all about the men on the "Bump" as Cleveland Indians RHO and 2014 AL Cy Young Winner Corey Kluber was dealing. "Klubs" had a "Perfecto" going through five with nine strikeouts. The problem was his counterpart Jon "Big Game" Lester had matched "Klubs" with goose eggs in the scoring column through six as well.

It was Lester's Battery Mate David Ross with one out in the bottom half of the 6th that broke the "Perfecto" by "Klubs" as they score remained at zero. Then in the 7th it was Rizzo's run scoring Triple that broke open a scoreless affair in the 7th as the North Siders led 1-0 after seven. "Kulbs" was done in the 8th and on the hook for the loss only.

Lester took the "Bump" in the 9th with a 1-0 lead only to hit lead-off hitter Ryan Raburn. Then with one out Francisco Lindor goes single moving the runner to 2nd. Then with two outs and Cubs Nation on their feet Lester gives up the game-tying RBI single off the Ash, Maple. or Bamboo of Carlos Santana...ties game at 1-1. Lester was then lifted in the 9th with two out by Hector Rondon as he gets a frame-ending  ground out.

Tribe Reliever Zach McCallister gets both Chris Coghlan and Rizzo to strike out only to give up the walk-ff Bomb from Kris Bryant with two outs and K.B. hit the first Rawlings Stitched-One he saw to right field and the Cubs win...Cubs win...Cubs win...Holy Cow!

Chicago moves to 72-51 as they head west for six with the Gigantes and Dodgers. The "Tribe" falls to 58-66 as "Klubs" and Lester get No-Decisions!
