For the 2K15 Chicago Cubs it starting to feel like the "Ghostbusters". You know,"If there's something strange at your ballpark who ya gonna call" Jake Arrieta. Yes Arrieta was fabulous adding to his off the charts 2K15 trek as he moves to 15-6. Arrieta also joined former Cubs and Braves great Greg "Mad Dog" Maddux at times dba "the Professor" in going 12 quality straight starts as "Mad Dog" did that some 23 years back in 1992.

Arrieta scattered four hits in six frames as the Run Support showed up once again in the name of Anthony Rizzo and Addison Russell. Rizzo took Braves Country starter Mike Foltynewicz deep in the 3rd on a three-run "Big Fly" after a Chris Coghlan RBI single making it 4-0 "North Siders". Russell would add a solo Bomb making it 5-0.

Foltynewicz would last just 4 2/3 frames giving up seven runs on eight hits falling to 4-5 in 2015. The Cubbies would add two more runs on for a 7-1 runaway victory sorely needed after putting up some 16 runs in two games versus the Motor City Kitties and losing both.

Chicago moves to 68-51 while Braves Country falls to 53-68...
