The Miami Marlins are one game back as they beat the Texas Rangers last night and lose to the Rangers in Game 2. The Fish get hit by the Yu Darvish Train as the Rangers jumped all over Marlins Starter Jacob Turner.
The Rangers get a four run 4th inning behind a Shin-Soo Choo bases loaded clearing Double. Then Choo scored on a wild pitch to make it 4-0 Rangers. They added a run each in the 4th and 5th to closeout the scoring as Choo ended up with 4 of the 6 RBIs. Elvis Andrus was 3 for 4 scoring two runs as Adrian Beltre was 2 for 4.
Back to Darvish as he goes Complete Job allowing six hits and giving up three free passes while striking out ten. He moves to 7-2 as he also among the League Leaders in K's. Turner's Tab was five runs on six hits in four innings as he struck out four.
The Rangers move to 32-34 while the Marlins drop to 34-31 but still right their in the thick of that NL East Race in June.
