The French grab three points as does Group E Mate the Swiss as they beat Ecuador 2-1 in a close one. I would have to say the French should have an somewhat easy time of it getting out of Group Play unscathed as they arguably have the weakest draw!

The French wasted no time and in his 1t appearance for Team France on the National Team and Real Madrid Club Forward Karim Benzema put on a Display for all to see. He goes Hat Trick or did he as they credited the 2nd goal to Honduras Goal Keeper Noel Valladares.
Nonetheless Benzema strikes in the 45th minute, 48th minute (Valladares), and 72nd minute as the french dominated play all over the board. they had a 68% to 32% in Possession, shot 20 shots to Honduras shooting just 4 times and if you don;t shoot you can't win. Honduras Midfielder Wilson Palacios picks up the World Cup's 2nd Red card and that is of course not a good look.
