The San Antonio Spurs knew exactly what was going to be the Goal for the 2013-14 season and they had nothing come between them and grabbing #5 for the Trophy Case. Having said that Star future NBA Hall of Famer to be Tim Duncan has a Player Option for the 2014-15 Season at $10,361,446 and he will most likely pick that one up as he made that same exact amount in the 2013-14 season. Dunc is also the 2nd highest paid Spurs Players behind TP9 ($12,500,000). Dunc has no money past  the 2014-15 season as does Manu Ginoboli who is due to make $7 million in 2014-15.

Lead Man Gregg Popovich says he wants to coach more and if Dunc is still rolling and arguably their best player in the 2014-15 season is NBA Finals M.V.P. Kawhi Leonard at the ripe age of 22 I see no reason why "Pops" would not keep coaching. When "Pops" is done he and R.C. Buford will most likely go after Kansas Coach Bill Self and the Bluedude is just putting that out there!

The Spurs dismantling of the Miami Heat was no fluke and they broke a record in doing so. The Spurs amassed some 530 points through their 4-1 Series win with the Heat amassing just 456 points as they never reached 100 points in the 2014 NBA Finals...yikes! Spurs averaged 106 ppg to the Heat's  91.2 ppg for a differential of 14.8 ppg...and that is getting your fanny handed to you Miami! A 74 points differential for the five games in Totality!
