The Colorado Rockies were methodically taking apart Dodgers Starter Zack Greinke as Dodger Blue was struggling at the dish. The Rox scored one in the 2nd and two in the 5th on the Greink-ster to move out to a 3-0 Rockies lead. The Dodgers didn't have anything going as it looked as though Greinke would get his 3rd loss of 2014.

In the 7th with Rox Starter Jhoulys Chacin cruising the that potent Dodgers Offense came to life. Dodger Third Baseman Justin Turner singled in Matt Kemp to make it 3-1 Rox. Then with Andre Ethier and Turner on the bags Dodgers Back Stop Tim Federowicz took Chacin deep for a Three-Run Blast and a Dodgers 4-3 lead. Greinke (7 IP 11 H 4 R 1 BB 6 SO) was all of a sudden in line to grab a "W".

The Rox tied the score 4-4 in the bottom half of the 7th as the Brandon Barnes against Dodgers Chris Perez with Justin Morneau on first takes Perez for a Walk-Off Triple and the Rox get the "W" 5-4. Neither Greinke or Chacin (6 IP 6 H 3 R 3 BB 4 SO 1 HR) figured into the decision. Chris Perez get the loss for "Dodger Blue" as Franklin Morales get the win.
