The Pittburgh Pirates at least through the first two games at Chavez Ravine have been better surprisingly on the Hill than the Dodgers taking the first two. Well on Saturday that all came to a crashing halt if Dodgers Shortstop Hanley Ramirez had anything to do about it.

Ramirez lit up Buccos Starter Brandon Cumpton as Hanley went 4 for 4 with two Round Trippers and five ribbies. He wasn't alone as A-Gon Dodger First Baseman Adrian Gonzalez went 3 for 4 scoring two runs and Matt Kemp 2 for 4 with two ribbies. The Dodgers scored 2 in the 1st, 4 in the 3rd, and 5 in the 4th as they were up 11-1 after four.

Cumpton went just 3 2/3 innings as he couldn't follow both Garrit Cole or Francisco Liriano who both beat the Dodgers Thursday and Friday nights. He allowed eleven hits and ten runs and one of the Bombs from Hanley all on his Tab. Dodgers Ryu gets the win as he gives up two runs on ten hits while striking out four.

Dodgers move to 30-27 as that is 6.5 games behind the 36-20 Gigantes of San Fran Hardball. The Buccos fall to 25-30 and that is 7.5 games behind the NL Central leading "Brew Crew" Brewers of Beer Town USA.
