The Miami Heat with all those "Haters" will head back to the 305 all knotted up in the 2014 NBA Finals with the San Antonio Spurs. A Collective Effort from White Hot spearheaded by the one and only LeBron James as there was nothing to sop him tonight and maybe the only thing in the series that could is no A.C..
The Heat 43-43 at the break stayed close as the Spurs played better in this game then Game 1 in which they won 110-95. The problem was King James had it going and when the great ones get it going there is nothing you can do but hope at some point they cool off and take a "Chill Pill" as James never did. Some 35 points and ten boards later James has the Heat in the Win Column. Chris Bosh (18 pts) played extremely well in Attack Mode hitting the Lead-Changing Money Ball and making the Game-Clinching Play with an Assist to Wade County (14 pts 7 rebs 4 asst). Shard Lewis showing shades of his Seattle Supersonic Days had a big 14 points (3-7 3pt FG) has become the one man the Spurs are going to have to slow down.
The Spurs had Game 2 right in their mitts and let it go as a couple of key misses at the Free Throw Line and no continuity on Offense in the 2nd half. The Spurs relied too much n Manu and TP9 to make a Play for the Offense instead of ball movement. TP9 led Spurs Family with 21 points and seven helpers as Dunc added 18 points and grabbed fifteen boards. Dunc also ties Magic Johnson for the most Career Double-Doubles in Winning Time at 157 games. Manu chipped in with 19 points but made some questionable decisions late and bad shot selection.
The Heat and Spurs both shot 21 free throws and the Heat out rebounded the Spurs 38-37. Game 3 is on Tuesday June 10th in Miami at the AA 305 with Games 3-4-5 all in the 305.
