'Jays Starter Drew Hutchison brought his A-Game to Comerica Park as he yielded  three hits in seven innings of work and left with a shutout. Tigers Starter Anibal Sanchez also went AL Cy Young giving up just two hits in seven innings striking out five and he also had a shutout when he left the ball game.

It came down to the 9th Inning Fireworks in this one as the 'Jays and Tigers both put crooked numbers up in the frame as the AL East leading 'Jays beat the AL Central leading Tigers 5-3. The 'Jays started with a walk to Anthony Gose and a steal as Jose Reyes then singled putting ducks on the pond at 1st and 3rd.  Jose Bautista dba "Jose Bats" then singles home Gose breaking up a 0-0 tie making it 1-0 'Jays. All this was on Tigers Captain Save-A-Game Joe Nathan as he was pulled with Ducks all over the pond. Tigers Ian Krol gives up a Sac-Fly to Kevin Pillar to make it 2-0 'Jays scoring Reyes. Another Pitching Change puts Al Albuquerque on the Hill and with runners on 1st and 3rd Brett Lawrie goes Three-Run Bomb and just like that it's 5-0 Blue Birds.

Tigers comeback in their half of the 9th as J.D. Martinez hits a Three-Run Tater of his own scoring both Ian Kinsler and Miggy Cabrera as 'Jays Captain Save-A-Game Casey Janssen replaces Steve Delabar and strikes out Don Kelly!

Both Hutchison and Sanchez get No Decisions as the Blue Birds win a wild one 5-3 moving to 35-24 as the Tigers fall to 31-23...
