The Dodgers and Nats went toe to toe as both Starters Nolasco for Dodgers and Strasburg for Nats both game up just two runs. Strasburg came off the bat of Dodgers Shortstop Hanley Ramriez who took him deep for a two-run bomb. Then with both Bullpens  holding steady Dodgers CF Andre Ethier (filling in for CF Matt Kemp) goes Yard in the 9th inning to untie the tie and the Dodgers win 3-2. This for the Dodger is starting to look like the Hanley Ramirez Show circa 2007-2010 with thew Fish. Nats Closer Soriano gave up the Tater as he gets tagged with the "L".

The Baltimore Orioles Left-Hander Wei-Yin Chen to a 3-1 victory over the Rangers. Chen went 6 1/3 and gave up one run on eight hits. The Rangers Derek Holland went eight innings and gave up six hits and three runs as O's Catcher Matt Wieters took him deep for a Solo Job in the 2nd frame. Rangers have no one to blame but themselves as they left 15 ducks on the pond and that's not getting it done.

The Boston Red Sox beat the Yanks 4-2 as Felix Doubront out duels Andy Pettitte as they both go 6 1/3 innings but Pettitte gives up two long balls. The Carmines CF Ellsbury goes Solo Job in the bottom half of the first leading off for the Carmines. Jonny Gomes gets a two-run shot off Pettitte as that was more than enough for the Carmines in this one. The Bombers had their chances as they just couldn't get to Doubront as the Yanks strand fourteen runners. Ellsbury, Ortiz, and Gomes were the only players on both teams to get multi-hits.
