The Boston Red Sox were saved by mother nature as the Rays were primed to add #3 to the 4-piece at Fenway and move onto first. Meanwhile the Orioles land in K.C. and lose three out of four and that is a bad BBQ Week in Kansas City, Missouri. Now the Red Sox have the Rays breathing down their backs and the O's are are trying to get on the straight and narrow and head for both. This is another crucial series and we haven't even hit August Hardball yet.

CARMINES @ O's from Camden Yards a 3-Piece

July 26, 2013 7:05pm ET
BOS Lackey (7-7) vs BAL Tillman (12-3)

July 27, 2013 7:05pm ET
BOS Dempster (5-8) vs BAL Feldman (9-7)

July 28, 2013 1:35pm ET
BOS Lester (9-6) vs BAL Hammel (7-7)

Both Teams the way the rotations ended up have at least two of their top three going. O's twelve game-winner Tillman will get Lackey Tonight and advantage O's. Feldman should have a decided edge over Dempster and Lester should get the nod over Hammel. The O's come in four full games back of the Bo Sox. The Sox are only a 1/2 game up on the Rays who are in the Bronx Zoo for a three piece.
