The Texas Rangers have to get on their horse as they are right there in the thick of it talking Junior Circuit Postseason Happenings. They arrived tonight versus the San Diego Padres as the #2 team in the AL West just three games back of the In-State 'Stros Show down in Harris County Texas. They are also the #2 AL Wild Card Squad just two games head of the Minnesota Twins.

Well after the smoke cleared and the Scoreboard Watching was a minimum on the Rangers Bench the Friars shutout the Texas 7-0.  An RBI single and double opened up the scoring in the 3rd giving the Friars a 2-0 lead. Texas starter Colby Lewis didn't have his good stuff and with no Run Support he had to throw a No-No or lose.

Then in the 6th with the score still 2-0 Friars San Diego hangs up a crooked four highlighted by two singles, a double and a sac-fly. Diego's starter Tyson Ross threw a three-hitter through seven strong to get his 10th win versus nine down.

More importantly for Texas they lose a game on the idle Twinkies in the AL Wild Card and move back four games behind the idle and AL West leading 'Stros Show! Lewis falls to 14-7 in 2K15 as Elvis Andrus ha two of Texas' three hits on the night.

Seven Friars had an RBI led by a Friars first baseman Yonder Alonso going 2 for 5 scoring two runs with an RBI...
