The 2K15 Texas Rangers made a huge MLB Trade Deadline Move acquiring the rights to LHP Cole Hamels and everyone thought that might be for 2k16. Well as we hit the 2nd week of September the Rangers are fighting for the AL Wild Card Lives as they lead by a few games over the Twinkies, Halos, Tribe, and Rays to name a few.

Tonight they needed a huge outing from starter Yovani Gallardo and yes he came out of the garage after a $3 car wash Lamborghini Gallardo and helps Texas blank Seattle 3-0. Lamborghini Gallardo goes into the 6th allowing five hits and no runs as the former Brewer also had four K's with two walks.

All he needed was a run and the game was scoreless until the 6th when the Rangers finally got to M's starter Roenis Elias. Texas hits Elias with an Adrian Beltre two RBI single in the 6th to take a 2-0 lead. That lead went to 3-0 in the 7th as M's reliever Rob Rasmussen unleashed a wild pitch.

The M's could not get anything going against a stout Rangers Pen as North Texas Hardball's Captain Save-A-Game Shawn Tolleson grabbed his 30th save. They move to 72-64 and stays a game and a half ahead of the Minnesota Twins for the 2nd AL Wild Card. The Mariners at 66-72 unless they hit overdrive are dunzo but King County Washington State is running on 12's!
