Game 2 of the Houston Astros versus Texas Rangers four-piece was billed up as Colin McHugh vs Derek Holland and which pitcher would be the toughest to hit. Well Texas lit up McHugh in their half of the 1st frame putting up a crooked four highlighted by three RBI singles.

The 'Stros Show not to be outdone came right back in the 2nd frame on Holland hanging up a crooked the highlighted by a a Chris Carter RBI double and Hank Conger RBI single making it 4-3 Rangers.  Both pitchers would give a run each in the 4th an both get No-Decisions as both Pens would cruise through the middle frames all knotted up at 5-5.

Then in the bottom half of the 9th the key hitter the lead-off hitter as Prince Fielder fought off some tough pitches from 'Stros reliever  Oilver Perez to single to right field. Prince was then lifted for a pinch-runner in Drew Stubbs and with no outs Adrian Beltre would move Stubbs to 3rd on his single.

It was then with no outs and ducks at the corners 'Stros reliever  Will Harris would give up a line drive Sac-Fly off the Ash, Maple, or Bamboo of one Mitch Moreland for the game-winner...Rangers 6-5 for the "W"!

Texas moves to 77-67 and in 1st place for the first time in 2015. The 'Stros falling to 77-68 now trails Texas by a 1/2 game as we still have two more games to play in Arlington, Texas near Jerry's House!
