The San Francisco Giants could nit have asked for a better start from Mike Leake as he goes seven frames strong getting snake bit in the 7th by a Chase Utley game-winning HR. Los Angeles Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw was his dominant self as he gave up a run in the 7th canceling his shutout but Utley's Bomb bails him out.

It was @ClaytonKersh22 going 15 K's over nine frames with a walk and a run an earned run as he moves to 12-6. He probably won't get the 2K15 NL Cy Young as his teammte Zack Greinke has a bead and lead on that but Kershaw is still "Strai22t Cash" Homie!

It was a Carl Crawford RBI double in the 2nd that broke up the scoreless affair as it was 1-0 Dodgers. Angel Pagan gets an RBI single in the 7th as Kershaw was cruising looking for the shutout tying the game at 1-1. Then it was Chase Utley's turn as he took Leake deep to center and Howie Kendricks that Dodger Nation!

Now the sweep puts Dodger Blue up 6.5 games on San Francisco as LAD moves to 75-57.  The Giants are also 6.5 games out in the NL Wild Card as they must now concentrate on their house and games in front of them and hope that both the Dodgers and Cubs lose.

The Washington Nationals are 1.5 games back of the Gigantes but forget catching San Francisco as they are the Titanic now taking on plenty of water...
