Where do you start as the Seahawks need to hit the reset button. The Rams in all phases were just better than the Champs on this day like the Cowboys were last week. They say it's a week to week league well it is what it is and the Rams cam out swinging and caught 12's on the chin and they never recovered!

The Rams gave the Hawks a FG early for a 3-0 Seahawks lead and that would be it for Seattle. The Rams would score the next three TD's highlighted by a Stedman Bailey 90-yd punt return and just like that the Hawks were in deep trouble. A Steven Hauschka FG towards the end of the half made it 21-6 at the break.

The Hawks cut that lead to 21-13 at the end of three as Hawks QB Russell Wilson ran one in as he was the Hawks leader on the ground as well. Wilson carried the pig for 106 yards on seven attempts and threw for 313 yards on 23/36 and two TD's. If anything is wrong with the Hawks offense it's balance as Russ is doing way too much. That in a nutshell made Percy Harvin look average but tell Seahawks opponents that who game planned for #3 and #11 and #24 as that as a dangerous trio.

The Hawks scored again in the 4th as the potential game-tying two-point conversion failed making it 21-19 Rams. St. Louis to their credit drove 80 yards on eight plays taking just over four minutes off the clock to get a TD pass to TE Lance Kendricks. Rams led 28-19. The Hawks WR Doug Baldwin (7/123 TD) scored right before the two-minute warning making it 28-26 and that was your ball game as the Rams ran the clock out.

The Hawks fall to 3-3 and they need to get back to the basics or 2014 will get away from them quickly as that Super Bowl hangover can last 12 months trust me on that. The Rams move to 204 and they need that "W" as they are a young group but as talented as anyone in the NFC west.

Note: Hawks Beast Mode had 53 yards on 18 carries as the Hawks had to get away from the run due to falling behind 21-3 early!
