NFL Week 8 "Late Slate" 4pm ET Starts in "A QB Driven League"...

#FlyEaglesFly (5-1) @ #BirdGang (5-1) 4:05pm ET

The battle near Phoenix, Arizona as two of the best teams in the NFL and the NFC goes head to head. The Eagles coming off a bye week is 3rd in ppg with 30.5. The Cardinals will be trying to slow them down and it will start with containing both Shady McCoy and Darren Sproles in the run game.

The Eagles passing game with all those weapons will be tough to slow down. WR Jeremy Maclin and Riley Cooper along with rook Jordan Matthews have been at times explosive. TE Zach Ertz has been a monster and that Cards secondary led by Patrick Peterson and Antonio Cromartie will be tested.

The Cardinals offense is middle of the road but they have two prominent threats. WR Michael Floyd and RB Andre Ellington are options 1a and 1b. Larry Fitzgerald is still a threat moving the chains working underneath coverages in his older years. QB Carson Palmer can still chuck it and is super accurate.

The game will come down to the Cards (3rd in run D) stopping the run and getting off on 3rd down.   The Eagles have to pressure Palmer and get home and force the Cards to move down field by air not land.

This might be the best game of NFL Week 8...

Winner: Eagles 30-27

#RaiderNation (0-6) @ #DawgPound (3-3) 4:25pm ET

The Silver and Black having their worst start in over a half a century might have a chance in this one. Rook QB Derek Carr will be pressured and he needs to rely on RB's Mo Jones-Drew and Run DMC McFadden. New lead man Tony Sparano has give the Rook Carr the keys and WR James Jones has been as advertised darn good!

The Browns coming off an embarrassing loss tot the Jags needs to concentrate on this game before they find themselves in a game with the Raiders. QB Brian Hoyer struggled last week as he needs to get the ball to RB's Ben Tate and Isaiah Crowell and feed off that run game to get play-action going. TE Jordan Cameron is a problem and Andrew Hawkins has been a solid pick up in free agency.

Winner: Browns 34-17
