The Race is on and the Plot has thickened as the Spurs lead the West but OKC is riding shotgun and the Clips and Grizz are in the back seat wanting shotgun and the driver seat. The Spurs are trying to hold off the Regulators Report OKC while the Clips have the Pacific all but locked up. The Grizz won't catch the Spurs but they want to be in the Top Three Seeds as they will get a favorable match up early.

The Heat are back doing what they do as King James is joined by "Flash" Circa 2005-06 as Wade County has hit the Phone Booth and come out Vintage Wade County. The Knicks won't catch the Heat but they are in the lead in the Atlantic holding off "Brooklyn has a Home Team". The C's have been printing Atlantic Division Titles since KG and Sugar Ray arrived but that looks like that will change.

The Pacers are full steam ahead and holding off See Red but with the News of No ADIzero See Red Hero for the Bulls back in the 2012-13 Season "Operation Gold Swagger" likes their chances. Can the Knicks, Pacers, or even the Nets and Bulls pose any threat to the Heat Throne? It remains to be seen but the Champs 305 have the Parade Route in the making because they have King James and you don't.

Top 16 Teams in the Logo March 2013 trying to get to the "FIGHT for LARRY" 2K13 Edition is sponsored by you need Energy...hit 'Bama for that Rudolph Spray or the 305 Aging Clinic that has a MLB Players in the Back of the Clinic or just a Monster, Red Bull, or even a 5-Hour Energy Drink shall do the Trick on a nightly basis. Brace yourself as "Winning Time" is near.

1. ALAMO City SPURS  (1) 45-14..can they hold serve as there will be some turbulence through March into April. TP9 needs to get rest here and there but Pops and his Staff have rebuilt the Silver and Back of Texas and they are a real threat to the Heat and the Thunder.

2. CHAMPS 305 HEAT (4) 41-14..here they come shot right off Ocean Drive and Wet Willie's...King James with Wade County (pictured right) joining forces to become Dart Vader and the Darkside. Can anyone stop Heat in the East? As they say in the Bottom 305, " Glad @KingJames is on our Side".

3. YOUNG Gunz OKC (2) 42-15..they are 7-4 in their last 11 games but we will see the Real Thunder without Harden in Winning Time as they just don't defend without Harden and that's the piece that is missing.

4. LOB City CLIPPERS (3) 42-18..everyone was waiting for the LA Sports Arena Clips to show up and those Clips never had an NBA All-Star Game MVP and a Young Man that takes the Elevator like no other. Staples Blue and Red are here and going nowhere but to winning time and they will be a factor. Write it down and take a TWITpic or INSTAgram.

5. GRIND House GRIZZ (6) 38-18..they are over the "Rudy the Raptor" Trade and now they have been better defensively and Tayshaun Prince (pictured right with Orange) has a Ring and can flat out play. The Grizz are an interesting group as no one wants to see Z-Bo and Gasol in Winning Time with Conley Jr. with the keys to the Whip.

6. KNICKS Tape NYC (5) 34-20..the 2nd Team from the east falls in at #6 which tells me the Champs will either be from the West or the Heat from the East. The NBA is no March Madness single-elimination and that go against the whole idea of a One-Game Stunner. The Knicks can be tough but when John Starks 2K13 (the Poor Man's Version) "Get Shots" J.R.. is your 2nd Option...this isn't And 1 Mixtape or Holcombe Rucker and the EBC.

7. Mile High NUGGETS (9) 37-22...they have been o fire for quite sometime and they are Dynamite as they go at least 10 deep. If there is a Team that can get to the Western Finals from the middle of the Pack its the Nuggets and Coach Karl.

8. Operation GOLD Swagger PACERS (11) 36-22..They will play the Heat in the Eastern Finals and it will all depend on how far the "Circle City Strangler" D-Granger has come along. The Pacers are 2-0 vs the Heat because the play Inside then Out. The Champs 305 would tell you it doesn't matter who we play but they do not want to see the Pacers at least Coach Spo wouldn't want to see them.

9. HIGHLIGHT Factory 404 HAWKS (12) 33-23..Big AL Horford should get that Max that J-Smoove 5 wanted as Al is the Real Building Block in ATL. The Hawks are solid and its also all about the emergence of Point Guard Jeff Teague who has been playing at a Career High Level.

10. "BROOKLYN has a Home Team" NETS (10) 34-24..The Nets are playing like Wall Street and the Dow Jones...up and down but like both of those they can all of a sudden blow up and be the next best thing. I know what your thinking Nets/Knicks Playoff Series giving the "Subway Series" a whole new meaning...stay tuned.

11. #WARRIORSground GSW (8) 33-25...Young Steph Curry (pictured left) is all of that and the Warriors need to join him at the top so they can finish on a high level and play well in Winning Time. Will they catch the Clips for the lead in the Pacific?...No!

12. See RED Da BULLS (7) 33-25....When the West Side Story Report found out that D-Rose will most likely be out the 2012-13 Season the news appeared to deflate the Bulls. Now they have bounced back slightly but the Nets and Pacers back to back this weekend will be the tell tale sign of what the Bulls will do for the remainder of the 2012-13 season.

13. Salt Palace JAZZ (14) 31-27...they have Big Al Salt Palace Edition and Milsap along with a veteran back court in Mo Williams and "Foye Boy" Randy Foye. Can the Jazz pose any threat to the Best teams in the West in Winning Time?

14. Green Team CELTS (NR) 30-27....they were running on Post Rondo Injury News and now they has dissipated a little and they have got back to the 2012-13 C's running on fumes. They will challenge whomever they get in Winning Time but it is a formality as the C's are done.

15. REDnation ROCKETS (15) 31-27...they made a Trade and get T-Rob the "Mass Street Gladiator" of Rock Chalk but that won't help them now. The Rockets can catch Fire quickly but when they get to Winning Time they will be looking for that Gym Bag that has Winning Time Stops in it and it will be nowhere to be found.

16. LAKEshow LAKERS (NR) 29-30...say what you want as they are 6-4 in their last 10 games and they will catch one if not both of those Teams (Rockets n Jazz) in front  of them. Can the Lakers go to a place they never went to in the Regular Season in Winning Time or find that Switch they could find in 82?...That answer has to be no. (pictured right the "Earl of Staples" Earl Clark.
