The Orlando Magic in the midst of a ten game skid and 15-37 on the season terminates the services of lead man Jacque Vaughn. Vaughn in his 3rd season was suppose to be heading this youthful bunch in the right direction but it has not come to fruition for him and his staff.

The Richie DeVos Family (who owns the Magic) have left Vaughn's lead assistant James Barrego will take the helm as GM Rob Hennigan and Vaughn   go back to their Spurs Days as Vaughn as a Player and Assistant and Henningan as an Exec under Spurs President R.C. Buford.

The O-Magic at 58-158 under Vaughn in 2.5 seasons haven't really grown into anything but a "Bottom Feeder" and it happens. The recent success of another Spurs Team in Atlanta in former Hawks GM Danny Ferry and current lead man Mike Budenholzer has some NBA "Bottom Feeders" thinking why not now or in 12 to 24 months.

Be careful though the as the Hawks have also three 2015 All-Stars and it's a players league as you can't fire the Players or the Owner and they love Hennigan so good luck Jacque in your next endeavor.

Magic Core is without a doubt Combo Guard Victor Oladipo, Center Nikola Vucevic, and SF Tobias Harris. Remember this Vaughn is Spurs Family and played at Kansas as its all tied in. His next move might back to San Antonio or if at the Collegiate level with Bill Self the current Jayhawks lead man.

Now 360 Degrees as R.C. Buford has ties to KU as his Son was on the last Kansas National Championship and look for Self to be names Spurs lead man when "Pops" leaves...you got it! Vaughn should already be in the Alamo City back with San Antonio when all that goes down.
