The Battle of Division Leaders comes down to the "Grizz" coming from the Logo Dead on a Oscar Sunday to shock Blazer Mania. The Blazers built for the "Fight for Larry" has a major meltdown blowing a 77-64 lead going into the 4th for a Grizz 98-92 "W"!

After a mid-May "Fight for Larry" felt first half with the score tied at 38-38 the Blazers take off for a 39-26 third frame for a 77-64 lead as Dame Lillard had 18 points and Nicolas Batum had a dozen. Then the "Grizz" took Rip City to the Grind House in the 4th.

The Blazers leading 82-69 with just over ten minutes to go was hit with Grit and Grind as the Grizz took the game over. Memphis goes on a 16-3 run to tie the game at 85-85 after a Marc Gasol "J". The Grizz closes the game out on a 13-7 run led by Courtney Lee six points from the stripe in that 13-7 run.

Rip City was without All-Star LaMarcus "L-Train" Aldridge out with that Right Thumb Sprain. The Blazers had a +30 points from deep advantage as the "Grizz" tore up Blazer Mania in the painted-area.

The Grizz was led by Gasol's game-high 21 points with Courtney lee adding 19 points. Blazer Mania was led by Adidas Basketball's "Dame" Lillard with 18 points and seven assists. Memphis moves to 40-14 and the Blazers fall to 36-19.

The "West" just might run through "Memphis in May" and in April and June 2015!
