With Kentucky putting their best two halves of the season together they run their 2014-15 campaign to 29-0 and 16-0 in the SEC with two more games to play. The Arkansas Razorbacks clear and away the 2nd best team in the SEC clearly had no shot as they don't and who does match up well with these Kentucky Wildcats the 1996 Rick Pitino led 'Cats?

Kentucky used a 42-26 first half as a springboard for the 2nd half to go by as many as 31 points at the seven minute mark 78-47. UK gets 18 points from both Trey Lyles and Andrew Harrison as Lyles is starting to emerge like I said weeks ago their #1 player or player 1A. His versatile stretch-4 like game has to have NBA Scouts drooling as he poses nothing but problems on the offensive end with his methodical and simple approach and high basketball IQ.

The Hogs like most UK Opponents can't compete on the glass or in the painted-area as well as the depth. Woo Pig Sooie's #1 player and former Big Mac High School All-American Bobby Portis had 15 points and eight boards with the versatile Trampoline jumping Michael Qualls leading the way with 17 points and nine boards. The numbers vs UK almost mirror that of Arkansas except on the scoreboard.

UK Freshman back court of Devin Booker (10 pts) and Tyler Ulis (14 pts 3 asst) were absolutely sensational as they came off the bench to dominate the Hogs Bench 24-7.

Kentucky is at Georgia on March 3 and gets the Gators on March 7th at Rupp Arena to end the 2014-15 SEC Season. Arkansas will get South Carolina in Columbia on March 5th and the LSU Tigers on March 7th in Fayetteville as they fall to 12-4 in SEC play and 23-6 overall.
