This is not the time to be playing your worst Hockey and the Chicago Blackhawks are in a tailspin and they cannot get out of it. The Nashville Predators of Music City comes in the Madhouse after Hawks lost a tough one in Denver to the Avs on Hump Day and beat the Hawks 3-2. The River will be painted Green for St. Patty's Day in Chi-City but the Hawks right now are in the Red.

The Preds went up 2-0 in the 1st period as Hawks Net Minder Corey Crawford had has issues. The Hawks luckily before the 1st intermission get a Goal from "Captain Serious" as he lights the Lamp for Goal #26 in 2013-14 as he has been the only Hawk remotely close to being on fire.

In the 3rd the Hawks starting the Period in a Power Play when that backfired as the Penalty Box opened and the Preds Ryan Ellis took a pass for a breakaway wrap-around on Crawford not even a minute into the 3rd to put the Preds up 3-1. The Hawks did score a little over halfway into the 3rd on a Peter Regin Goal to make it 3-2. The Hawks could not muster anything else up as they lose to the Preds and that is 6-7-3 in their last 16 games.

Hawks fall to 38-15-14 and stay at 90 points and that is seven points back of the St. Louis Blues for the lead in the Central. The Preds at the bottom of the Central pick up two points and moves to 29-28-10 with 68 points.

Hawks entertain the Wings on Sunday March 16th wearing of course the St. Patty's Day Green Jerseys....and if they win keep them Jokers on until the Hawks lose again!
