The Top Five Closers in the Show for 2014 ironically enough close for some of the best teams projected in 2014. The Closer Role is so vital to a Teams Success and if you have trouble there your chances ultimately decrease in getting to October Hardball. The Braves Craig Kimbrel no doubt leads all Captain Save-A-Game's as he is Money on the back end of that Braves Pen. Who are the other four  Closers that are top-notch in the Show for 2014?

Top 5 Captain SAVE-A-GAME for 2014 in the Show in order:

1. Craig Kimbrel #BravesCountry @Kimbrel46

He appeared in 68 games and converted 50 saves in 54 opportunities while allowing just 39 hits and ten ducks to cross the dish. He can go to one of three pitches throwing of course that #1 "Express" with a Slide Piece or "Local". The Braves and Nats will be the Favs getting out the NL East with the Braves having the best Closer of the two teams. Kimbrel had 97 strikeouts in 67 Innings in 2013 with just 20 free passes.

2. Kenley Jansen #DodgerBlue @KenleyJansen74

He mixes in the Express with the "Cutter" and that had him save 28 of 32 in 2013 in which he will dominate that Role for the "Boys in Blue" in 2014. Pitching 76 2/3 Innings striking out 111 Hitters as he appeared in 75 games. He and Kimbrel are the two I would bank my Cash on but the Red Legs Aroldis Chapman is right there.

3. Aroldis Chapman #RedLegs aka Cuban Missile

Unfortunately he took that Line Drive right off the Noggin' and that will have him sidelined for the 1st half of 2014. No one in the Show throw harder than Chapman as his #1 is the Express with a Slide Piece and of course throwing that hard a Change or taking a little off with late movement. He converted 38 of 43 as he struck out some 112 Hitters walking just 29. He did all that damage in just 63 2//3 innings and hopefully he can regain his form after that horrific Spring Training Incident. The Best Closer in the NL Central and the Red Legs need it chasing the favorite Redbirds and all their pitching.

4. Koji Uehara #Carmines @TeamUehara

After seeing him dominate in the Carmines 2013 Fall Classic Run I was like who is this guy! He can throw at anytime in the count a Fastball, Cutter, Curve, Change, or Split Finger. He closed 21 of 24 games in 2013 with a staggering 101 K's and just 9 Free Passes...nine. If your a Free Swinger facing this guy...you have no shot in h*ll of ever reaching a bag. He also very durable as he is more of a Finesse Closer than Power Closer. The Carmines are one of the Junior Circuit Favs and they have a Dynamic Closer in Japanese Captain Save-A-Game Uehara.

5. Trevor Rosenthal #Redbirds @TrevRosenthal

He came out late in 2013 as the Redbirds didn't have him closing until late. At the ripe age of 23 he will be closing if he stays healthy for the Redbirds for years to come. He threw 75 1/3 Innings in 2013 with 108 K's walking just 20. He throws Fastball, Curve, Change, and Cutter as his out pitch is that Cutter.

Best of the Rest...
